I received my Visa statement today and there is a charge for $44.85. I did NOT order this and I will not pay it. I was to be charged only for the shipping cost of $4.95 for a FREE sample of Acaipure. Today is 12/4/08 at 3:55 pm.
I have tried to call and am on HOLD for over an hour. This charge will not be accepted. What kind of scam are you into? I want a credit to my Visa and a confirmation of that credit by mail and I will not wait--I want that credit to my account now and the confirmation now. I simply will not put up with this. same story as the other people who made complaints: you are put on hold for 45- 90 minutes, then you are disconected. then given a
web address to e-mail your complaint. You'll recieve
an answer in 24-48 hrs. Never happened. Yet they continue to charge your card for 39.95--44.94, and you recieve nothing. I even refused the 1st shipment. Still I have no reimbursement, from all that was ordered it was a free sample with only a $4.95 shipping charge. Well the next step is to go to the Attorney General, I Will. Just found a class Action law suit going on, am joining that also. I promise to take this all the way! 20 20, dateline,
investigate fraud. Believe me i'll find every source available to me.

I plan to take the advice of others and do the following:
1. get new debit card and explain situation to bank
2. contact both websites either by email or phone
3. contact better business bureau
4. email Oprah show
Wish I had looked for this scam prior to ordering. Besides, the product does squat. It looks just like my generic fiber pills that cost about $5.00 at Wal-Mart.
Thanks to all of you for your information and input.

WHY ARE THEY STILL GETTING AWAY WITH THIS FOR SO LONG. I TOO WAS A VICTIM OF THEIR FRAUDULENT TACTICS.I TOO WAS SCAMMED BY CENTRALCOASTNUTRAL PHARM., ACAIPURE, COLONCLEANSE, COLONSLIM 700, PROMICLEAR, FIT FACTORY.COM, ETC. SO MANY DIFFERENT NAMES AND FRAUD PHONE NUMBERS WHERE YOU CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE AND IF YOU DO JUST LISTEN WHAT THEY TOLD ME AFTER I HELD ON FOR 143 MIN ON JAN, 4TH . I TOO JUST ORDERED THE ACAIPURE AND COLON CLEANSE FREE TRIAL OFFER FOR 4.95 s&h CHARGES TRY FOR 15 DAYS, IF NOT SATISIFIED WITH THE PRODUCT RETURN BEFORE 15 DAYS POSTMARK OF YOUR PACKAGE. THEN YOU WERE TO BE OF NO FURTHER OBLIGATION...WHAT A BIG LIE THAT IS! WHEN I FINALLY GOT AHOLD OF THEM, THEY SAID AT THIS NUMBER [protected] (NOT THE ORGINAL NUMBER WHICH THEY PROVIDED BY THE WAY [protected]), THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE AND DID NOT IDENTIFY THEMSELVES AND ACTED LIKE THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT, AND THEN HE EVEN SAID I CANT .HEAR YOU, IF I DONT HEAR SOMETHING IN 5 SEC. I AM HANGING THE PHONE UP! I SAID I KNOW THAT YOU CAN HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR IM CONTACTING MY CREDIT CARD AND FILING A FRAUD COMPLAINT AND CONTACTING THE FBI. WELL A MIRACLE HAPPENED, ALL OF A SUDDEN HE STARTED TALKING LIKE HE COULD ALWAYS HEAR WHAT I WAS SAYING(WHICH OF COURSE HE COULD, BUT AFTER HEARING THE WORD FRAUD AND FBI HIS EARS SUDDENLY RECOVERED AND HE COULD HEAR ME). HE COULD HEAR ME ALL ALONG, AND I TOLD HIM THAT. HE SPOKE WITH A FOREIGN ACCENT AND WHEN I ASKED HIS NAME HE STUTTERED AND PAUSED ALOT AND FINALLLY SAID MATT. I TOLD HIM ABOUT ME JUST ORDERING THE TRIAL FREE OFFERS AND HE SAID WE ARE NOT THE COMPANY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. SOMEBODY IS PUTTING OUR PHONE NUMBER DOWN ON CREDIT CARDS UNDER THE ACAIPURE ORDER AUTHO. I SAID WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT THIS AND HE SAID, MAM IM NOT THAT COMPANY YOU NEED TO CONTACT THEM. I SAID IF SOMEONE WAS PUTTING MY PHONE NUMBER DOWN FRAUDULENTLY I WOULD BE DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT. I ASK IF HE HAD A FRAUD COMPLAINT FILED AGAINST THIS COMPANY SUPPOSEDLY USING THEIR NUMBER HE STATED YES. I ASK IF HE HAD NOTIFIED THE FBI AND HE SAID YES. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN WHEN I SAID I SAW ALL THE COMPLAINTS OF THE GETORDERHELP.COM AND MYTRIALSUPPORT.COM WEBSITES, ALL OF A SUDDEN HE CHANGED HIS STORY. HE SAID WHEN YOU ORDERED THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT, LIKE I WAS TRYING TO STEAL SOMETHING FROM THEM! THAT IS WHEN I GOT REALLY FRUSTRATED. I SAID SIR I KNOW YOU ARE THE PEOPLE IM LOOKING FOR AND I WANT MY REFUND OF 78.84 POSTED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD IMMED. OH IT WIILL BE MAM. WHEN I ASKED? WHY DID YOU LIE TO ME AND SAY SOMEONE WAS FRAUDULENTLY USING YOUR NUMBER? OF COURSE, HE NEVER ANSWERED THAT QUESTION AFTER I ASKED SEVERAL TIMES. I TOLD HIM THAT I WANTED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION NUMBER ABOUT THE REFUND AND MY CANCELATION OF ANY FUTURE PRODUCTS, AND HE SAID MAM THAT WILL TAKE 5-7 DAYS TO DO. HE WAS ONE OF THE MOST RUDEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER TALKED TO IN MY WHOLE LIFE, AND AS YOU HAVE READ HE LIED TO ME TELLING ME 2 DIFFERENT STORIES IN APPROX 2 MIN OF TIME. NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAVE NO EMAIL NO REFUND AND DONT EXPECT TO GET ONE BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE ARE RIPPING HARD WORKING AMERICANS OUT 0F THEIR MONEY FRAUDULENTLY AND I DONT KNOW IF ANYONE IS GOING TO PUT A STOP TO THIS BECAUSE I HAVE READ COMPLAINTS AS FAR BACK AS SEPT. AND IT IS STILL HAPPENING EACH AND EVERY DAY TO INNOCENT PEOPLE WHO DO NOT DESERVE THIS. PLEASE WARN EVERYONE U KNOW TO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD ALERT!THIS COMPANY IS CONSTANTLY CHANGING NAMES AND PHONE NUMBERS TO AVOID DETECTION. PLEASE CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT NO WITH YOUR CREDIT CARDS BECAUSE I CAN PROMISE YOU THEY WILL BE CHARGING YOU MONTHLY ANYWHERE BETWEEEN 49-90 DOLLARS, AT LEAST THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE DOING TO ME AND ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM. THERE ARE NOT JUST 3 OR 4 COMPLAINTS FILED. HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS OF COMPLAINTS HAVE BEEN FILED AND YET NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE WHY? I DID NOT EVEN GET A PRODUCT THEY CHARGD ME FOR PROCLEANSE? BUT IT IS POSTED AS 78.84 CHARGE ON MY CRD CARD! I HAVE SINCED CHANGED MY CARD NO. IF YOU DONT IM AFRAID YOU WILL ALSO BE SEEING FUTURE CHARGES FOR ITEMS YOU DID NOT PURCHASE. WE HAVE GOT TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS, THERE HAS TO BE A WAY TO STOP THESE CRIMINALS AND THEIR FRAUDULENT OPERATIONS . IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME WHAT TO DO I WOULD APPRECIATE IT ALOT. I HOPE THIS NIGHTMARE SOON COMES TO AN END. I HAVE BEEN SO STRESSED JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHER UNSUSPECTING PEOPLE WHO ARE GETTTING RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. BEST OF LUCK TO EVERYONE THIS COMPANY HAS AFFFECTED, ILL BE PRAYING THAT JUSTICE PREVAILS AND WE CAN FINALLY BE AT PEACE. I DONT KNOW IF I WILL EVER TRUST ORDERING OFF THE INTERNET EVER AGAIN!THIS IS A ONGOING NIGHTMARE THAT NEVER SEEMS TO END. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED GREATLY. THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO READ THIS COMMENT AND I HOPE WE ALL GIVEN JUSTICE SOON! ANYONE READING THIS, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU JUST LOOK AT WHAT ALL THE COMPLAINTS SAY. THEY ARE ALL SIMILAR STORIES WITH SOMETHING DEFINIATELY IN COMMON, FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!STAY AWAY FROM THEM BEWARE

I was ordering the 14 day trial and just paying the shipping of $4.95. They said that my card was declined and then I went and looked at my statement from my card and they have charged me for 4 different charges that I didnt authorize. This is wrong that people will do this to other people at the time and status that this world is in right now.

This company is awful. For a one time charge of a $1.99, they have charges my card twice, once for $39.95 and then $44.90. I have never recieved anything from them.I tried to call to complain and an operator says there is a 39.55 waiting time. This company needs to repay all the monies they have stolen, plus be fined.

I am mad as hell because of acaipure ads on the internet because I fell right into their free trial $4.95. I paid that amount that I allowed them to charge for shipping although the shipping cost them $1.86 from Largo, Florida.
Their product made me sick. I took only 12 pills before I realized that it was no good & the nausea My God!
Since then my same card has been charged $39.95 on 12/1/08 and $44.90 on 12/16/08. WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. This is the biggest rip off that ever existed. I trusted it because it was endorsed by Oprah.
I have canceled my card since yesterday 1/6/09. I am also writing an affadavit of forgery against this company from paperwork being mailed to me by my credit card provider. I advise everyone else to do the same.
We need to stop these f-ing crooks. I am so mad that words can't describe me at the moment. Someone please write me back so I'll know this mail got out. Thank you, Martha

Tried the "free" offer where I was supposed to be charged $4.95 S&H. Rec'd add'l products in the amount of $60. Returned the products-have not seen a credit yet. Got charged an add'l $39.90 beginning of Dec. and then $44.90 for another shipment which I never received. I contacted the company and they said I agreed to their "terms." Evidently if you don't return the unused portion of the original "free" product, you are charged the $39.90. However, they never addressed the fact that I was charged another $44.90 and received no product; nor did they credit me back the products I returned. This is a bogus scam as evidenced by the tremendous amount of complaints. I have contacted my credit card company to try and stop any future charges.

I ordered a free sample of acaipure, I was supposed to be charged $4.99 for shipping and no more. I was subsequently charged $44.85, $88.97, $39.95 and then a further charge from fit-fac.com for $29.95. I tried contacting the company but the man was extremely rude and told me he couldn't care less! I had to contact my credit card co. who cancelled all the charges and then changed my credit card number to avoid further charges. This company should be shut down - they are a bunch of thieves and I hope this helps others avoid the same hassle and worry that I experienced

Eugene, I wouldn't bother if I was you - you won't get anything from them, let alone a recipt of returned goods.
The update on my naiive moment is that I got onto my bank straighht away and through the card fraud department left it to them to sort out. I'm very happy to report that they have put back on my account every penny that that 'company' scammed off me. Thanks Alliance & Leicester !
To date though, I've still not recived the supplies of Acai that I was charged for, so assume only that none is on its way over the Atlantic !
I'm very happy I stumbled across this site - thanks

I ordered my "free" sample of Acaipure and paid the shipping charge of $1.95 and then I noticed a charge of $39.99. I tried to call the number that was on my charge card and the wait times were rediculous at 45-60 minute waits. I finally did have an hour to wait on hold and talked to someone who said that they would credit my card. However, my December statement shows another charge of $39.95 and I didn't even receive any product for this charge. If you don't want to be RIPPED OFF do not deal with the ads that say Opra and Rachael Ray approve of this diet supplement. Maybe Opra and Rachael had good luck but us little people are getting screwed!

I have read all the comments posted and now I will also add mine to the growing list.
I ordered the trail size from AcaiPure for the sh&h charges and was charged $39.95 so fast that my head is still spinning. I called the company and tried to speak with one of their people but I could not get through because of the 45 minute wait time. I am also going to cancel my credit card and wait for them to contact me, I am thinking of putting them on hold for 45 minutes also. How in Gods name do we get rid of these people?
I have not opened the product and I would like to return it but can't find the return address if someone has it please email it to me at this web site, please.

I called them several times and took the time to wait on the phone. You must obtain a return merchandise number (RMA) before sending back and get a postal delivery receipt. The product should be returned within 14 days of receiving. Because I did exactly what they requested, the last call I made resulted in cancellation and money back. It is a nightmare and I, too, have now cancelled my credit card. Beware that they have partner companies...Fit Factory...that will also start charging you for your membership as result of this free trial. Fortunately, they were easier to contact and cancelled the membership and refunded my money.

I also order the same product and receive the same thing. Paid for the shipping and handling but a couple weeks later I was charged the 45.99. I trying calling for several days and was placed on hold for almost an hour each time. Then on 01/07/09 I spoke with a lady on their customer service line after holding for 33 mins. She made me feel like I should have known that I would be charged the 45.99. I told her I order the FREE sample off line and did not want any additional pills at this time. She stated to me (the customer) "Now you know we had to charge you for those pills, how else is the company suppose to make money?" I was so thrown off by her statment. I feel this is how that company makes their money by having those false ads. Not sure where you saw how to order the "FREE" samples but I found my on http://www.bettysweightloss.com/my/story2/. If these are false stories or these people are helping this company rip off people someone needs to put a stop to it. THis has total taught me a lesson not to believe everything I see and nothing is totally free even if you pay for the shipping and handling. On the website they were also advertising for "FREE" colon cleansers too and saying "How I Lost 47 Lbs Using These 2 *Free* Diet Products That I Combined Into A Powerful Double Diet”

I ordered a "free" sample online and was supposed to be charged shipping only fees for the product. Enclosed were two other items that were charged to my card without permission and now I have received another bottle with another charge of $44.90 which I did not order. What a scam. I tried their [protected] number only to be put on hold for over 75 minutes due to such heavy volume of calls (due to complaints like mine I'm sure). I want this stopped. All products are being returned unopened and should not be charged restocking fees since I did not order any other products, plus I want a full refund and reversal on all charges to my credit card. It is bad enough I have to pay shipping and handling to return their product.

And when I got my bank statement there was $39.95 out 30 day's later and I did not even ask for anything because of the free trail. If any one knows what to do please let me know this has to be stoped. Why should we have to cancle are credit cards. How will we get are money back? Because I want Mine. Same as others - they offered "free sample" with charge of 5.95 - they charged my credit card for 44.95 in November and then again in Dec - its a monthly charge. When you call toll free number you are told that due to high demand for product wait time is "X" minutes - and shortest wait time has been 16 minutes! On November 14th 2008 I ordered a sample of their product for a small charge of $4.95 charged to my debit card. The next thing I know, I get a package with the Acaipure capsules, a Hoodia eyedropper type bottle to put in my water, & Zoft gum. Later I discovered that they charged my account $44.85 which resulted in $90.00 worth of overdraft charges. I haven't opened their products and don't want to send them back until I contact someone about it. So, I tried today to call the FL number & they said the wait time was 29 minutes. Don't fall for this scam. I only hope they don't keep sending me packages. I am getting a new debit card just because of this!

I ordered a free trial of AcaiPure and Hoodia in December 2009. I had no idea I was going to get a very expensive fitness letter to boot for $29.95, and continued billing of AcaiPure. I called in December after I got the first bill and asked why I got billed and their answer was to pay for the Hoodia. At that time, I asked them to cancel everything. I just became awidow in Ocotober of 2008. My charge card can't handle these types of charges, expecially those I specifically asked to have cancelled.

Now, it takes at least 22 minutes to get in to a representative. I'm sure it's just because of its "popularity." Not in the sense of a good product, but because of the total chaos of not representing the product and its "free trial" properly.

I want my account corrected immediately. I have tons of bills to take care of due to my husband's death. He left no will and tons of bills I knew nothing about.

claim is, and I quote "...If for any reason you do not find AcaiPure is rigt for you, we will gladly give you a FULL refund, no questions asked", there wasn't any time limit given that would have alerted me. I'll not be accepting or ordering much on the internet any time soon...if ever.

I WAS ALSO A VICTIM.
In these hard and trying times, it is unfortunate that this company chose to do business by scamming people of their money. People only wants to be healthy and better their life but instead they fall for this scam.I was amazed how this company and all the people working for them can get away with it. They should be stopped and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

The real question is: HOW DO WE GET OUR MONEY BACK? AND< WHEN? I have called the phone number and get this "due to the popularity of our product, there is an extended waiting time of 40 minutes and 3 seconds." Yesterday, it was 24 minutes and 45 seconds. I'm going to assume that most of these calls are for a product we ordered called AcaiPure that was supposed to be free with only a $4.95 shipping and handling fee attached. That's what I thought I was getting. zi ended up with a charge of $44.95 plus the shipping fee. I called on that on 12/06/08 to get that off my charge card. I was told I had asked for the other product when the advertisement stated it was free as well. ALL ON A FREE TRIAL BASIS. At that time I told them to cancel anything that has to do with this product. They told me it was done. No, there was no confirmation number of anything since it was a free trial.

Yesterday, 1/8/2009, I received another charge of $44.95 plus $4.95 shipping and handling. For what? NOthing!

WHEN DOES IT STOP? A complaint to the Better Business Bureau? When?

I just became a widow in October 2008. One on a very fixed income. One with tons of bills because my husband, ion his illness, had done things I didn't know about. I'm up over my eyeballs in debt and this company is not helping me by putting this every month on my charge card. UNAUTHORIZED! This is not a free product. And with the amount of complaints, not a very good one. Kath ySteele

I ordered the free trial version and they charged me for the whole thing. Now they sent me another and charged my credit card. I tried to call to cancel and the wait time is over 30 minutes. I went on line to cancel and it is automated. I'm never ordering anything from TV again. Last time, I had to change my credit card number to get them to stop sending the stuff. Now that they have my card number, the company is shipping automatically from "Fullfillment Center", Largo, FL 33773.

These ripoff companies just want your credit card number. That's why they offer it for "Shipping Cost Only". The charge is $44.90 and they make it impossible to just cancel and return the product that I didn't order.

I ordered a sample then within two weeks I was charged $44.90 each for the Acaipure and Colotox. I did not order them. I called my Bank of America card and they said that if I did not get any customer service response and a refund in 30 days they would dispute the charge. I then called the customer service at Central Coast and it automatically says that you will have to wait 39 minutes (a scam so that people will hang up) I finally got through and the person on the end of the line said "I can't help you." She actually laughed at me! People were laughing in the background. I will be sending back the product but do not expect any service from reading all the other complaints. When I told the rep that I believe this was a scam she hung up on me. Unbelievable! Do not have anything to do with this company or these products. Go to your local drug store or reputable on line pharmacy.

I PURCHASED A FREE TRIAL OF THIS PRODUCT AND WAS CHARGED THE SHIPPING WHICH I AGREED TO, BUT WAS ALSO CHARGED 78.84 TWICE ON MY ATM CARD. I CALLED THE COMPANY THROUGH THE PHONE NUMBER MY BANK HAD. THE PERSON WAS VERY NASTY. I WANTED TO RETURN THE PRODUCT BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS UNREFUNDABLE. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE FRAUD DEPARTMEBT OF MY BANK AND CANCELLED MY ATM CARD.

**USE PRE-PAID VISA CARDS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES AND "IFFY" PURCHASES...

ANY COMPANY THAT OFFERS FREE TRIALS OF A PRODUCT, YOU CAN BET THERE WILL BE FUTURE OBLIGATION! GOTTA READ THE FINE PRINT! DO NOT BITE, THERES VERY LITTLE HONESTY OUT THERE THESE DAYS!

But if you still think you might get a "free" trial, as an offer claims (and are still pathetically holding onto the idea that there may YET be some honesty left in this world)... then my suggestion is to use a PREPAID VISA or card that has little more $ on it that the actual cost of what you are paying "shipping" for. For instance, by using a prepaid Visa or other- the company cannot charge you for an amount BEYOND what is left on the card. So LET them charge the measley shipping charge...but they AINT GONNA GET ANYMORE! Leave JUST the amount needed for the supposed "shipping" charge, and hopefully your trial will be on its way.

This is what i do nowdays due to so many scam artists and lying a-holes out waiting to take our money! Though I would not pay for FUTURE shipments that I did not agree to (or supposedly "cancelled")...yet I WOULD pay to see their expression when MY card actually DENIES any FUTURE charges! :O

I ordered a "free" trial for $4.95 shipping and was sent 2 other products and charged $44.95. My credit card was charged another $39.95 the next month even though I had cancelled the "membership" that I had not authorized. I was on hold for over an hour and got no help whatsoever. I'm now out over $85.00 for a little bottle of vitamins, a bottle of water and some gum!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
