Do Not Do Business With This Company!
Our office was searching for binder books that (we discovered) where no longer being made. Ace Office Machines claimed they had three and half dozen to sell, I ordered 3 dozen thinking we had gotten lucky with finding them. Ace Office Machines readily took our payment and then began the endless procession of excuse after excuse as to why we never received our order. Ace Office Machines claimed the binder books had been shipped and they were just being slow to arrive, this after waiting a month already for any information on the shipment that was never actually done. ONLY THEN did Ace Office inform us, oh sorry we never had the binder books to being with and that they'd issue us a refund. Yeah Right. Again, excuse after excuse as to why we never received a refund, Ace Office even went so far to say our credit card company and then our bank refused to accept the refund and that there was nothing they could do. Meanwhile Ace Office managed to delay long enough that disputing the charge with our credit card people also was unsuccessful because too much time had passed from Ace Office feeding us excuse after excuse that the claim we filed was rejected. So in short, Ace Office took just under $250.00 from us and never showed an ounce of remorse or respect. Do Not Do Business with these people. Honestly, I don't understand how they are still managing to do transactions with anyone?!

Extremely Dissatisfied with ACEOfficeMachines: Fraudulent Practices, Poor Communication, and Unresponsive Customer Service
I bought this paper folding machine from ACEOfficeMachines for my mailing needs. The machine I initially ordered for $168 was no longer available, but they had a new and improved model for $329, so I decided to upgrade. However, I was extremely disappointed with the performance of the machine. Out of the 30 documents I tried to fold, it completely ruined 28 of them. I was frustrated and concerned about the quality of the product, so I tried to reach out to the company for assistance.
I left not one, but two voice messages and sent a total of five emails over the course of three days, hoping to get a response and some guidance on what to do next. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever. To make matters worse, when I tried calling the number listed on their website, it was disconnected. I was starting to lose hope and felt like I was hitting a dead end.
Finally, after some digging, I managed to find their 800 number and decided to give it a shot. Thankfully, I was able to talk to someone who located my order in their system. They assured me that I would receive instructions on how to return the machine by the end of the day. However, to my dismay, I never received any instructions or emails from them. It was incredibly frustrating and made me question their reliability as a company.
Desperate to find out where to ship the item back, I took matters into my own hands and contacted UPS. They were able to provide me with the shipping information, which was a relief. I promptly returned the machine and, to protect my rights as a consumer, I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I am currently waiting for the resolution and the return of my credit.
Once I receive my credit, I plan to take further action by claiming that my card was stolen. By doing so, I hope to have a new card issued with a different number, putting me in a more secure position. It's unfortunate that it has come to this, but given the lack of response and assistance from ACEOfficeMachines, I feel like I have no other choice.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against ordering anything from ACEOfficeMachines. Based on my experience, it seems that this company is engaging in fraudulent practices. Exceptional Service and Delicious Food at XYZ Restaurant
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a refurbished printer 9/2021. They sent me a printer that wasn't working and suggest I called the manufacturer to get it fixed. I told them I paid $303.79 for a printer that was working not for a printer that wasn't. After several calls I finally got a return label and shipped he machine back on 11/17/21. It's 2/9/22 and I have still not received credit on my credit card. I've called at least 20 times only to be given the run around. ( it takes 5-7 days, the woman who processes the returns is out of the office, transfers my call and ALWAYS get a voicemail and never a call back, etc.) They even gave me a manager's number who can only accept texts. So now I'm out $300.00 and have wasted so much time with this. If you look at google reviews several other people have given them a 1 score. Looks like they have done this to alot of people and they need to be out of business for their bad business practices!

Naturally, I was a tad miffed by this conflicting information, so I decided to give Ace another ring. This time, I had the pleasure of speaking to Max. I explained the whole debacle to him, and he kindly took the time to investigate further. Lo and behold, Max confirmed that the printer was, in fact, refurbished. Well, color me surprised!
Now, being the cautious shopper that I am, I wanted to know what kind of guarantee came with this refurbished printer. So, I posed the question to Max, and he confidently informed me that the printer had been refurbished by Canon themselves and came with a one-year guarantee from the company. Sounded pretty good to me, but I wanted to be absolutely sure. So, I decided to reach out to Canon directly and relayed the information Max had given me.
Well, well, well, imagine my shock when the Canon representative flat out denied any involvement in refurbishing printers. They made it crystal clear that Canon did not offer any guarantee for refurbished printers, and to top it off, they dropped the bombshell that Ace Office Machines was not an authorized dealer of Canon products. Talk about a major misrepresentation by Max!
Needless to say, this whole ordeal left a sour taste in my mouth, and I ultimately decided against purchasing the printer from Ace Office Machines. It's a shame, really, because I had high hopes for this deal. But hey, you win some, you lose some. I'll just have to continue my search elsewhere for a reliable replacement for my beloved Canon Pixma MG6220.

He flatly informed me that my order had been canceled. Can you believe that? I tried to discuss the issues I had faced up until that point, but he had nothing to say. Talk about being unhelpful and indifferent.
I mean, seriously, is it too much to ask for a little bit of concern and communication? I waited a whole 2.5 weeks for a pack of staplers and a rolling mouse pad to help with my Carpal Tunnel pain. And what do I get? A canceled order and a whole lot of frustration. It's not just that they're selling stuff they don't even have, but they can't even be bothered to keep their customers in the loop. It's like they expect us to do all the work and figure things out ourselves. Not cool, ACEOfficeMachines, not cool at all.
I gotta say, this whole experience has been a major letdown. They told me they had this refurbished printer in stock, with 4 ink cartridges already in it, and it would ship in 1-3 days. All of this was on their website, aceofficemachines.com. So, I thought, "Hey, why not?" and I went ahead and bought the HP Officejet Pro 8600 Inkjet Printer for a total of $320.32, including shipping charges. This was back on September 21.
Now, time started passing by, and I had a few more phone convos with the Ace peeps named "Austin," "Max," and "John." But guess what? No printer showed up. At least my card hadn't been charged yet, so I tried to keep my cool.
But then, on October 4, they finally charged my card. And what did I get? An email saying that a FedEx label was printed. But hold up, FedEx didn't even have the item yet.
Fast forward to October 12, still no printer, no word from Ace, and that same ol' "label printed" message. But guess what? Ace had my money for a whole 8 days!
So, I spent the entire day on October 12 calling Ace and talking to "Austin," "John," and "Max" multiple times. I straight up told them that I felt like they were playing me, that they weren't acting in good faith, and that their reassurances were a bunch of baloney. I made it clear that this situation was not cool, and the only way they could prove me wrong was by actually shipping me the printer I bought, in good working order, and for which they had already been paid.
Then, John sends me an email saying that the package is still with FedEx because it arrived without a label. He said he would pick it up, inspect it, and reship it with expedited shipping. He apologized for the inconvenience and promised to contact me once it was dropped off and scanned.
Finally, on October 13, I get a FedEx notice saying that the item is on its way... from Utah. Like, what? I never even heard of this B&H Printer from West Valley City, Utah. How did they get involved in this mess? And to top it off, the printer they sent me is completely useless. No one bothered to "reinspect" it like they promised.
The delivery box didn't even have a cable for me to connect the printer to my computer via USB. And guess what? No ink cartridges either. None! So, I called Ace to let them know, and you know what response I got from "Max"? The same old line they always give me, "We'll notify our team and get back to you within 24 hours." But let me tell you, they never call back. Not once.
In the meantime, I had to borrow a cable and ink cartridges from a friend just to test the printer. And guess what? It only turns on. That's it. I tried to align it, like the setup process requires, but the printouts came out all blurry. And the alignment was "unsuccessful," which means the printer heads are messed up and probably need to be replaced. That should have been taken care of during the refurbishing process. When I tried to print some images from my computer, all I got were smears of ink on the pages. And this happened for both black and color settings. This printer is a hot mess. It wasn't refurbished at all. No USB cable, no ink cartridges, and it's completely unusable.
It's been a whole month since I made this purchase. I asked all the right questions before buying the printer, I called them multiple times to track it down, and now I'm stuck with this useless machine. I'm starting to think that I've been played, and that the Ace staff knew exactly what they were doing and saying throughout this whole ordeal.
