I rented a car from ACO Rent a Car on March 21st. They charged me $200 plus a $600 deposit, which was a lot of money all at once. I had a credit card, but they told me that I would also have to pay $25 for tolls. Now they are trying to charge my credit card even more money, so I had to block their charges. I think they are dishonest and not truthful.

i rented a car from aco rent a car and it was a total disaster. first of all, the car was not clean at all. there were crumbs all over the seats and the floor was dirty. i had to clean it myself before i could even sit in it. secondly, the car was not in good condition. the brakes were squeaking and the steering wheel was shaking. it was a scary experience driving it.

when i returned the car, the staff was not friendly at all. they were rude and unprofessional. they charged me extra for a scratch on the car that was already there when i rented it. i tried to explain this to them but they didn't listen.

i would not recommend aco rent a car to anyone. there are plenty of other car rental services out there that are much better. save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

I gotta tell ya, ACO Rent a Car is not the way to go. First off, they ain't even at the airport, so you gotta figure out how to get to their location. And even when you do finally get there, they ain't gonna give you the car you paid for. Nope, they'll just hand you whatever they feel like and hope you don't notice. And if that ain't bad enough, they'll try to rip you off for every little thing they can. Trust me, it ain't worth the hassle. Spend a little extra and go with a company you can actually count on.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend ACO Rent a Car. They need to be more transparent about the insurance they accept. It's just not cool to leave customers in the dark like that.

ACO Rent a Car is the worst car rental place I've ever been to. They're a bunch of liars! They say you need your original insurance card to rent a car, but they won't accept a fax copy. What a bunch of bull! And if you don't have your original insurance card, they'll let you use theirs for an extra $23.00 a day. That's just plain robbery! I'll never rent from them again!

I had to ask some random employee at the airport who told me to call the number provided for service. I tried calling the number (which was ***790) multiple times, but each time I got a recording that said "please try again later." I tried for over an hour and still couldn't get through to anyone.

I eventually gave up and booked with another rental agency. I'm not sure if ACO Rent a Car is a fraudulent entity or not, but I did book through Cheapoair and had some issues with them as well. Overall, I would not recommend booking with ACO Rent a Car. The lack of clear directions and inability to get through to customer service was a major inconvenience.

Instead, she offered me a Toyota Yaris with over 130,000 miles on it. I was not happy about this, but I needed a car, so I accepted it.

When we arrived at the rental location, I was shocked at how run-down it looked. It was like something out of a horror movie. The representative then informed me that I needed to purchase Sunpass and liability coverage, which would increase the fee from $135 to almost $600. I was not happy about this and told her that I did not want to pay that much. I asked her to take me back to the airport, but she refused.

I felt like I was being scammed and I did not trust this company at all. I would not recommend renting from them. They are not honest and they do not provide good service. I was very disappointed with my experience and I hope that others can avoid the same situation.

In the end, I had no choice but to ask them to take me back to the airport, where I rented a car from a different company. I would never recommend ACO Rent a Car to anyone, and I urge you to stay far away from this company if you value your time and money. Their customer service is non-existent, and their policies are nothing short of a ripoff.
