You will get the certificate you need. The website will charge you money for your course. Then you find out you will be charged for a certificate.

The site will automatically charge you for some monthly subscription which you did not request. Yes this is fraud. UNAUTHORIZED charges to your credit card.

You have to call the company to get them to not charge you for things. This is ridiculous.

I was looking to take a driver safety course and SafeDriver caught my eye. I clicked on the link and was surprised to see that they have already charged me before I even finished my purchase. That was not a pleasant surprise at all. Unfortunately, I had to pass on this one. Instead, I opted for Aceable which seemed more convenient to me.

I paid for the course, but I noticed that I didn't receive an email confirming my purchase. I contacted them but I didn't get a reply. I have to say that it was very frustrating. But after a week, I decided to give them a call. I spoke to Lucette who was not the most pleasant of people. She interrupted me throughout the call and made me feel like my concerns weren't important. By the end of the discussion, she was practically yelling at me.

Overall, my experience with SafeDriver was not a good one. I don't appreciate being charged before completing my purchase. And the customer service left a lot to be desired. I hope they can improve on these issues in the future.

I can't believe how disappointed I was with the service at SafeDriver. I sat through their program for four long hours, only to find out that they charged me twice, despite my decision to opt out of any extras and certificate sending. To think that I wasted my weekend just to complete this course is beyond ridiculous. When I finally decided to call their customer service for help, I was told that the double charge was for a one day certificate sending option. Really? That sounds more like a scam to me.

I advise anyone thinking of using this service to go instead to a traffic attorney and spend the $50 instead. That way, you won't be wasting precious hours of your weekend on a useless program like this. Luckily for me, I managed to get a refund from my credit card company.

Overall, stay away from SafeDriver. Their service is nothing but a waste of time and money.

Sign-up and advertizing for SafeDriver.com was kinda tricky for me. They talked about $25 charge and that I will get the certificate via email, but emailin' the certificate costed another $30 more. I mean, come on, why ain't they transparent 'bout the pricing? Doesn't seem right to me. Some other online courses be more trustworthy, that's for sure. At SafeDriver, ya have to commit to the $25 without knowin' if the email certificate thing is somethin' ya can afford or not. Unlike other courses out there, they will show you the total cost before ya pay for the course. Just thinkin' 'bout savin' some cash? Then better choose another one then SafeDriver.

Also, talkin' 'bout the ShopperApproved reviews, looks like SafeDriver got some fake reviews there. Ya better check other sources before makin' up your mind.

I done did took this drivin' course from SafeDriver (safedriver dot com) and let me tell ya, it was a real pain in the booty. I lost nearly 5 hours of my life and shelled out 37 bucks for this nonsense.

I thought I'd be savin' some cash by gettin' the Allstate driver's defense discount, but that was a big ol' lie. Allstate didn't honour the discount even though it was plastered on the website in giant letters. Turns out this is a third party site called defensive drivingcourses dot com slash allstate-auro-car-insurance-discount-defense-driving/. It looks official, but it ain't.

Honestly, this whole deal sounds like a lawsuit waitin' to happen. I wouldn't give SafeDriver any stars, but I gotta give 'em at least one for actually providin' a course.

My advice? Talk to your insurance company first before takin' this course to make sure you're actually gonna get that discount. Don't waste your time and money like I did, folks.

So, I was checking out SafeDriver (safedriver.com) to see if their course was good for me to try it out. I was kind of considering it but then I found something else more interesting. So I decided not to get SafeDriver's course. But guess what? I was charged today on my bank statement for that same thing I didn't even buy! Like, what the heck?
I had to make a call to their customer service, and I got this lady, Mary, on the line. So, I told her my problem, but she just told me to hang up and call back tomorrow. And then, she said that some girls will take care of me. Girls? What kind of thing is that?
And then, suddenly, she hung up on me and left me there like, helpless. What kind of customer service is that? It’s definitely a scam. They took my money for nothing, and they even hung up on me. What a waste of my time and money.

Man, I really wish I had read these here reviews before I went ahead and spent my money on these jokers at SafeDriver. They was talking all professional on the website about some "nominal" charge to get your certificate emailed to ya, but what they don't say is that it's a whole $29.95 - that's like more than I paid for the dang course in the first place! And to make matters worse, I didn't even complete the transaction and they still went ahead and charged my card.

So I'm thinking, no biggie, I'll just give them a quick call on their 800 number. But what do ya know, even though it was between 8 and 5 like they said, the recording says their office is closed. What kind of nonsense is that?

Now I'm stuck having to dispute it with MasterCard, which is just a whole 'nother headache I don't need. Stay away from SafeDriver y'all, they're just a whole lotta rip-off.

Do you know how many times I had to opt out of the $39.95 email certificate delivery and so many other scammy offers? It was at least a dozen times, for real! And it wasn't just once at the beginning of the course, I had to go through about six screens just to make sure I *reallywanted my certificate delivered by USPS - even though they say the post office is terrible! Oh, and it's not like these extra options are displayed only after you've paid $25 upfront!
That being said, the course content didn't live up to my expectations either. Most of the material seemed like it's from 2013 or something - totally outdated. Next time, I will definitely take my time and shop around for a better option. There have to be better courses out there, for sure.
