LimoBroker appalling

They were very nice to me until I paid. So here's our story. We booked a party bus (for ten people) that didn't show up on time. I immediately called their customer service and they said that the bus will и there very soon.
Ok, we gathered around a bus stop and waited. For more 30 minutes. No sign of the bus. Decided to call again, however, this time it was hard to do because no one picked the phone up. Not sure whether it was done on purpose or not, but it made us worried.
The bus didn't arrive at all. Of course, we demanded a refund, but there's only question: why did they lie to me about the bus?

LimoBroker wedding car - reference [protected]

I spoke with a representative on-line and specifically said I wanted a white wedding limo which is for my 43 year old husband to be, two 25 year old sons and 13 year old son. I rang the company today in order to get a contract and am told that a PINK GLITTERY Limo has been ordered! I contacted Limobroker who firstly told me that they can not guarantee a colour (I would not have accepted pink for a man), secondly when I said that the operator told me which website to go on and said 'that is the car you are getting', I am now told that this is for 'illustration purposes only'. I am therefore told that in order to look into this they have to request a transcript of my conversation which will take around one week. I GET MARRIED IN THREE WEEKS !

LimoBroker These scammers still have our money!

We ordered a limo from Limobroker and booked two months in advance.
One week before the event where we needed the car they called us and said that our limo broke and they were not able to fix it on time.
Then we asked them to find us another car and they said that they did not have free cars.
We asked for a full refund and they said that first they need to discuss that with their manager. The question is what they wanted to discuss? We paid for the limo and since there was no limo they were supposed to refund us! These scammers never called back and they still have our money! Avoid at all costs!

LimoBroker They didn't call me back

We rented limo from the company www.limobroker.co.uk. We ordered it 6 weeks in advance, but the rep contacted us 4 days ago and informed that the limo was broken. They promised to find the alternative and called back. After that no one called me back and nothing happened. After that I tried to reach them, but the phone was switched off. These people are scammers and ###, so be careful if you buy from them as well as post comments about your things with them.

LimoBroker We haven't booked the limo, but they charged us

The worst company ever. I called to the company www.limobroker.co.uk and wanted to book the limo, but the lady talked too much and afterwards it turned out that we haven’t booked it, but she charged us somehow. WTF? I tried to reach them and cancel the order, but the rep stopped to reply. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide bad services and attitude. Please post your comments about this company.

LimoBroker Stolen deposit

I booked through this company for the most important day of my life my wedding. They work as brokers so you pay them a desposit and they use agents all round the country. They send you through booking confirmation with the company who will be doing the booking, i decided to ring that company today who what a surprise had no recollection of the booking and my wedding is 5 weeks away, i rang back the broker company and they said they would ring me back which they did not instead they sent me an email saying it was booked with another company, so obviously i checked. I spoke to the owner and he said limobroker had just rang him trying to get him to do the job, but he could not because there was not enough money in it, but limobroker had just sent me another booking confirmation saying it was booked which was a complete lie. The £100 desposit which i paid is not really the issue, the issue is that if i had not checked this i would have had no car on my wedding day. To add insult to injury they refused to refund me, which technically is just theft. Well Mr.Randeva as a so called entrepenuer you have alot to learn about providing a good service actually a service at all would be a good start. Anyone reading this do not use these cowboys they do not care wether you have a car or not the just want a flimsey deposit, which my bank are actually refunding and my friends solicitors company is sending some interesting letters to them.

I ordered limo for my daughter’s prom from the company www.limobroker.co.uk. Two days before the prom, these scammers cancelled everything and informed me about it in email. I tried to call them, but no one picked up. I sent multiple emails and told to return money, but they only told to wait and promised to pay back within couple of days. I got nothing, and I wanted to ask for help. Please, help me to return money back. Share your views.

This company is refusing to refund a deposit after failing to provide a limo 24hrs before it was due. Over 30 phone calls have been made, bank details provided more than twice, promises, apologies ect.. but no refund - regardless of the fact it states it will provide a full refund if they fail to provide a limo. 16 boys were left stranded on their prom night the least they can do is return their money.

LimoBroker Taken £500 unauthorised from my account

Limo brokers never cancelled my car. Did not send me any paperwork at all said they had then took £500 out my account without any contact as usuall
Whats the point in haveing terms an conditions if your own staff carnt abide by them. Money spent on training in customer service would not go amiss where limo broker ltd are concerned. They dont have a rite to rip people off an think there wont be any come back from there fraudulant behaviour. If your after limo hire dont use this company it will cost you more than it worth.

LimoBroker Avoid at all costs

A bad review for Limo Broker! Limo Broker Ltd are an unprofessional, uncommunicative company who do not know the meaning of the phrase “customer service”.

We booked and hired them for my sister’s hen night in Cambridge. I booked a black hummer with balloons, banners and champagne. I got a white stretch jeep with balloon, no banners or champagne. We paid for a return journey; however, the limo was doing another job in London in between our pick-up and collection later on. The limo got stuck in traffic in London (surprise!) and we ended up having to take taxis home at the end of the night (1.15am) because we had no idea when they would turn up. I wrote and posted a letter of complaint to their registered address, and tried various e-mail contact addresses, but have not yet received a meaningful response.

So as I said, this is a very bad review for Limo Broker! AVOID AT ALL COSTS unless you have money to burn, enjoy bad service and look forward to being let down on an important occasion, in which case they are just the company for you. (I even sent them a copy of this review before posting it, in a last-ditch attempt to resolve the issue – their on-going silence presumably means they agree with what I’ve said!)
