I don't like writing long reviews, but I gotta say, my experience with Allstar Coaches was a real bummer.

We were super excited to rent an RV and live the RV life for a week in Key West. But right from the start, our RV had problems with the appliances. We wanted to cook our own meals, but the oven and microwave didn't work. I called RV support, but they couldn't help. After four days, they said I could go buy a microwave, but that wouldn't fix the oven problem. Plus, I didn't want to drive a huge RV into town just to buy appliances.

There were other problems too, like a broken recliner, a freezer that wouldn't get cold enough, and a tiny BBQ grill that was useless. And this RV cost $9,000 a week! We made the best of it, but when we returned the RV, we asked for a refund. Allstar said they'd make it right, but then they didn't do anything. When I asked for a 15% refund, they said no and acted like it was my fault for not buying new appliances. They wouldn't even refund our deposit when we had to postpone our trip because of COVID.

Allstar Coaches is a terrible company with bad customer service. Don't waste your money on them. Stay in a nice hotel instead.

I had to cancel my reservation with Allstar Coaches, LLC due to a family emergency. They sent me an email saying it was okay to cancel within 45 days, but they still charged me 60% of the rental fee. They also tried to make me buy trip insurance and complete an application, even though I had proof of my medical emergency. They forfeited my deposit without any argument, but still charged me for the rental fee. I didn't complete the final application because I cancelled within the 45 day window.

I rented a Coachmen Mirada camper van from Allstar Coaches, LLC and was charged $1,663.85+tax for damage to the linoleum floor that I didn't do. When I arrived at my home in White Lake, NY, I noticed a piece of wood with nails under the couch that ripped the linoleum floor when I moved the slider. I told the company about the damage and returned the coach early, but they charged me the full $2,500.00 security deposit without any communication. After weeks of outreach, I finally got a folio indicating a charge of $1,663.85 for "Repair Lino Floor". I tried to contact the person who does the actual checkout of the vehicle, but he didn't respond. It was a frustrating experience dealing with this company.
