On Saturday the 26th of August, I ordered and paid for a size 8 Forum Bold Shoes. Yesterday when I checked my order it said that I can expect delivery by Friday. This morning at 11:49 I received an email that read: We confirm that your order has been cancelled and any charges made will be reversed. You can imagine my shock as I certainly did not cancel anything. I then contacted Adidas to enquire about the situation where I was informed that there was no stock in the warehouse so they cancelled the order. Not one email to explain the situation was provided. If I didn’t contact them, I would not have known.
I am really upset about the situation and how it was handled, completely unprofessional. If you advertise a product being available then make a plan to get that product to the customer. I would like feedback regarding this situation as I really looked forward to receiving my shoes. If I do not get satisfactory feedback I will be sending this email to Adidas international.
