I am contacting you with regards to a complaint that I wish to bring to your attention.
A complaint that i believe stems from an infringement of my human rights.
Adidas online in South Africa is breaching contract by not issuing me a refund and also not providing me a reason for doing so.
Instead, they have been telling me for almost two months that they are investigating my case.
I don't understand what case there is, what is being investigated and how long it will take.
They only say "sorry" and that the case has been handed to the resolutions team, for goods that were received back on 17 August 2023.
I find it unacceptable that I cannot speak to someone directly to follow up.
That no one is informing or giving me feedback of progress.
That there is no turn around periods for "investigations" when refunds are due.
Adidas Online South Africa's after sales service is non existent and I would never have thought it could possibly be the case for such a large and prestigious company.
It's a real shame that it is the equivalent of dealing with scammers, that basically steal your money and feed you empty promises.
Zero accountability.
Desired outcome: MY REFUND. REGULAR FEEDBACK UNTILI RECEIVE IT. ACCOUNTABILITY. GENERAL GOOD AFTER SALES SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION.
