Did not get back to me on my appeal. Money scam!
THIS IS A SCAM
THIS IS A SCAM. SHUT THEM DOWN. They're "levying fines" and issuing "parking tickets" without any authority.
Crooks. Held my family hostage with yellow boot even after providing proof of payment. Appeal website does not work, 1-800 number does not work. The parking lot and the admiral rentacops are taking turns blaming each other meanwhile they stole $114 from me.

Additional unauthorized credit card charges - invoice # 2332879
On 12/28/23 I received a parking violation in Buffalo, NY, invoice #2332879. On 1/2/24 per instructions on the parking invoice, I paid the total amount due of $47 online. On 1/2/24 I received an email confirmation that payment in full had been recieved by Admiral Enforcement. On 1/3/24 I observed that $47 had been charged to my card 3 different times by...
Read full review of Admiral Enforcement III was in my car and still got a ticket
I was on the phone asking for direction because i was lost. I had to put the adress in my GPS. I saw the young lady behind my car i tough she wanted to go her car, but she did not. While i was still in my car i saw her try to take a picture of my plate thats when i realized there was a problem. I was still parked i didnt hit anyones car. i dint know why she was taking picture of my car. I get off the car and i asked what was the problem..THATS when she APOLOGIZED she said she didn’t know i was in the car. She told me 2 file a dispute. I did and the company denied my request.
Desired outcome: To cancel my ticket
Parking: Location P2308
My significant other and I were recently in Baltimore. We parked in the lot adjacent to the hotel as we were told by hotel staff, which happens to be controlled by Admiral Enforcement II AKA and DBA Admiral Enforcement. I paid for the parking at this location, yet came out to find a ticket on the windshield. 85.00 for unpaid parking. The ticket states: Fee: 40.00 Unpaid Parking: 45.00.
The total for a singular day would be 130.35 since my card was charged 45.35.
This is totally unacceptable to end up paying 249.40 in total to a company, that doesn't actually patrol the parking lot for 'secure' parking. What's more is that I submitted an appeal last week, the site says that appeals will be resolved within 72 hours. It has been much longer than 72 hours from when I submitted the appeal.
The fact that these lots operate near hotels and do not provide you the option to pay ONCE for the entire period of time is concerning especially since the lot itself has no WiFi and accessing their application to pay without WiFi is impossible. Which means if you're visiting a city and can't get access to WiFi, you may end up in my situation.
I will most certainly be writing a review to discourage any future visitors from using this lot and talking to the hotel as well since this doesn't exactly help their image. Nor does the discrepancy in what the hotel said it would cost versus what they charged.
I have no issue in resubmitting my credit card information to be processed in the event that it didn't go through (even though my cc statement shows it) but I don't agree with being charged a 40.00 fee because I did what I was supposed to and from what I have seen across the web this is not abnormal for this 'service' (not really a service since I parked it myself, had to figure out how to pay myself, essentially did everything myself) provider to have issues with payments not being fully actualized in their system due to errors on their end. You should honestly install pay stations to save everyone the headache.
Desired outcome: For someone to actually reach out to me as I have filed the required appeal and left a message pertaining to this issue.

See attached pictures. I paid at 2:33 pm they said I didn’t pay until 3:01 pm. Boot was placed after I had paid. This was a rental truck I took it as A0A0 because the 2nd and 4th characters look the same not AOA0 like they have on the boot ticket. Not only was this embarrassing. But plain as day it was entered wrong on their end. But I still had to pay to remove the boot. From the time I placed the call it was 1 hour and 20 mins for them to take off the boot.
Desired outcome: Refund of $90 for boot removal, $10 unpaid parking fee then the $5.33 I paid to park there
Parked in a parking lot P2306 in Mobile, AL the parking lot signs had bag over them
Parked in a parking lot P2306 in Mobile, AL the parking lot signs had bag over them. At this the time of parking we did not know how to pay nor could see the sign. We parked at noon and an hour later the bags were gone and we had tire boots and we had to pay a $125 fee. No one will work with us and no one cares after we explained the issue.

On April 20th i parked my vehicle in a parking garage in New Orleans, LF. I believe the address was ***. Arrived at approx 2 PM. I paid for 8 hours parking at the parking terminal with the receipt showing parking valid until 10:43 At roughly 8 PM we arrived back at the car to find it clamped by Admiral Enforcement. I could not get in touch with anyone immediately on the phone. When i paid the ticket and was able to get in contact an Admiral Parking employee came out and unclamped my vehicle. I contested the ticket and was informed by Admiral that they will be reversing the change on my credit card. This complaint however isn't about the fine. It is about compensation for the illegal detainment of my vehicle which prohibited me for carrying on the rest of my business trip ( me and my boss actually). Admiral has a do not reply email so i have no way to email them. They have a web site for sending questions. I have asked three separate times about their policy on compensation for illegal detainment, the agency that regulates their business and a copy of their policy...they have not replied. I am looking to understand what their policy is on illegal detainment. I would like to understand what their policy is on compensation and i would like the person that actually camped my car without properly searching their system for the evidence that the parking was paid to be disciplined so they do not willy nilly interrupt other people.
On Saturday June 5th we paid to park for 2 hours for dinner behind Jax Brewery in the French Quarter
On Saturday June 5th we paid to park for 2 hours for dinner behind Jax Brewery in the French Quarter. We were a few minutes late to arrive back at the car and it was booted. There is no option to discuss with a human being, you can only pay the fees through your phone. The first 2 hours were $23.00 but Admiral Enforcement is trying to charge $30.00 for 17 minutes, plus a $90.00 boot fee. I've appealed on their website, but no one has contacted me. We were simply a few minutes late because the restaurant was short staffed. This isn't Russia.

I was wrongfully booted after paying my parking fee. The company refuses to give me back the $120 that it cost to remove the boot

Immobilization# *** On Sunday, April 3rd 2022, at approx. 11: 30am, I went to a farmers market and parked in the lot with free parking for the farmers market. The farmers market parking sign was clearly visible and stated free until 2pm. When I came back an hour later it had been booted at 12:04pm. The Admiral Enforcement employee who removed the boot for $150, refused to acknowledge or provide explanation for the free parking sign beyond: "you can file a complaint online". This company took my money by holding my car hostage for no reason and wants to force me to request a refund. I believe they do this thinking most people won't follow through and they can keep their money, which sounds like a scam.

I parked my truck in a designated area on a busy downtown street
I parked my truck in a designated area on a busy downtown street. I paid $45 dollars for 10 hours of parking and I parked between two other vehicles. I purchased the parking ticket at 3:44 pm. Despite this, the parking company put a boot on my truck at 6:54 pm, charging me $135.00 for allegedly unpaid parking and a removal fee, claiming my truck was double parked, which was not the case upon my arrival. When I returned, the adjacent vehicles had left, and I'm unsure if they faced similar violations. Attempts to contact the company for assistance and to appeal the ticket have been unsuccessful.

WE parked in a lot with this company. I went on this site, which was difficult or let's say was impossible to access, so used the designated code with my phone. The information came up and I entered all of the info as was asked by the company. I received a verification code. As I was entering the credit card info something was always not correct, such as the expiration date, which was correct, as this info automatically fills on my phone. I tried twice, and was not sure if anything was accepted. I believe I saw a red check mark, so I went on to my dinner. Nothing was clear as to whether or not the credit card was accepted or not accepted. When we returned there was a $76.22 dollar fine. What they call a $50 fee for the plate not being recognized and the parking fee of $26.22. When I had entered my original credit card for 6 hours the fee was $13. By the way, when I went to pay the fine, the credit card was accepted just fine. Same card. This is a scam and they are preying on people being in a rush.
I was visiting a restaurant in the city center. I parked in their designated curbside spots, which are not meant for mall patrons but exclusively for the restaurant Pinstripes' curbside pickup service. Despite this, I received a boot on my car for parking there, and the business refuses to accept my appeal. I've explained to them how the boot fee of $59 was unfair and unjust since the spot I occupied was reserved for Pinstripes guests. I was inside the establishment waiting for my order, and I can have the managers vouch for my presence. Their argument was that I had an unresolved ticket from months prior, but my response is that I was unaware of the ticket, which is the truth. Moreover, my vehicle should not be subject to checks if I'm parked in Pinstripes' private curbside pickup spot. I am familiar with these regulations because I was a manager at this restaurant last year. The parking spots in question are clearly marked and intended solely for Pinstripes' use for curbside service.
I was given a parking ticket by Admiral Enforcement and I filed an appeal because My car was logged into the system and nobody called me to follow up or offered an explanation! They are threatening to report it to collections and essentially ruin my credit for this!
Hi, I am filing a complaint against Admiral Enforcement
Hi, I am filing a complaint against Admiral Enforcement. I parked in a garage at *** on 11/27. They ticketed me for parking without registering my car plates. There was no sign stating I needed to register my plates. The only visible sign stated parking was free for the first 90 minutes. I spoke with Admiral Enforcement and they agreed to reduce the ticket to $45. I paid this on 12/29. I just received a certified letter in the mail (dated 1/3/22) for the parking ticket and late notice. This certified letter appears to be from Premium Parking which appears to be associated with Admiral Enforcement. The ticket numbers for the original ticket and the "new" one are different. Original citation is 2110781 and this "new" one is 621513 but they are for the exact same violation. I tried calling and am unable to speak to a person regarding this issue.

I was visiting a restaurant in a local mall in my hometown. I parked in their designated curbside spots, which are not for mall patrons but specifically for the restaurant Pinstripes' curbside/pickup business. Despite this, I received a boot on my car and the business refuses to accept my appeal. I've explained that the $59 boot fee was unfair, as I was a Pinstripes guest waiting for my order, which managers can confirm. They argued I had an unpaid ticket from months prior, but I was unaware of it. Moreover, my vehicle shouldn't be checked while in Pinstripes' private spot. I'm familiar with the policy as I was a manager there last year; these spots are exclusively for Pinstripes' curbside/pickup.
On 6/19, I visited a popular tourist destination on a Cousins trip
On 6/19, I visited a popular tourist destination on a Cousins trip. I parked in the parking area where it stated "pay or be immobilized." Upon paying for parking, the system asked for either my license plate or the make, model, and year of my car. I didn't know my license plate, so I entered the latter. I paid for 24-hour parking, which cost $40. Upon returning to my vehicle, there was a boot on it as well as a sticker. I called the number on the sticker and was advised it was because I didn't enter a plate. I insisted that the system allowed for an alternative to the plate. The attendant who arrived was rude even after I showed proof of payment. I still had to pay a boot removal fee. I filed an appeal online and submitted my evidence. I received a response from the parking authority stating the citation would be voided, but there was no mention of a refund, despite the error not being mine. If a license plate was mandatory, it should have been clearly stated before payment.

I parked my vehicle at a lot without clear trailer parking policies.
I parked my vehicle at a lot. They booted my car for having a trailer, claiming I used two spots. The lot had no signs about trailers requiring double parking fees. I paid my parking fee on time via an app and even added extra time. Despite this, I was charged $110 to remove a boot and an additional $150 for a second boot due to a damaged lock. After $260 in boot fees, I also paid $80 for roadside assistance to change my tire. It's unfair to treat hardworking people this way. There should be clear signage about trailer parking fees or an attendant to help customers. I've attached more information and request a refund.

I parked in a parking lot monitored by Admiral Enforcement
I parked in a parking lot monitored by Admiral Enforcement. I was assisted by a man wearing an Admiral Parking polo shirt. The parking term I paid for was for 12 hours. I came back to my car after 3 hours and found a violation ticket on my windshield. It said I had not paid for parking, as my license plate was not in their system. The ticket said I now owed $90 in parking and fees. The ticket listed a website where I could appeal my violation. I went to initiate an appeal the following day. The website had a link where I could upload my supporting documents (my credit card receipt, the texts from the parking company saying I paid, etc) was not functional. I submitted my appeal anyway. I was informed by the site, that I would receive a phone call within 72 hours to discuss resolving my issue. It has been 9 days and I have not received that call. I have left 3 voicemails with Admiral in that time and still I have received nothing from them. The violation threatens the amount due will be sent to a collection agency if not paid within 30 days, this is unacceptable, if they will not return calls or web inquiries.

Parking pass purchase issue for Grizzlies Game on April 1, 2022
We purchased a parking pass the day before the Grizzlies Game that took place on April 1, 2022. Attached is the confirmation of our parking pass that we paid $30 for. We put the address given for the parking lot in our GPS and it directed us to a building - not a lot. However, there were two lots adjacent to the building. Assuming one of these was our destination, we parked in the second lot as the first was full. We confirmed with locals and a police officer that we were parked correctly. Upon returning, our car had been booted despite the correct location. Our receipt matched the lot number. After paying $50 to remove the boot, I followed the procedures provided by the Admiral to request a refund. I was promised a callback within 48 business hours, which I never received. I am now filing a complaint due to their wrongful booting of my car when I had prepaid for parking. The lot in question is Lot P2726.

At the USS reunion, met enforcement officer Adameesia, discussed parking rates and app issues.
We arrived for the USS reunion and saw the enforcement officer 'Adameesia'. I walked up to her and pointed to our vehicle, explaining we had just arrived and were trying to use the payment app. I inquired about the $10/day parking rate advertised outside the garage but didn't get much assistance. We then went to the Holiday Inn across the street to unload our luggage. Back in the room, we couldn't get the payment app to work and discovered our car had been booted when we returned. After several attempts, we reached 'Admiral Enforcement' through an automated system. Adameesia returned, and we requested she remove the boot. Her supervisor agreed to a $50 removal fee instead of the $115 on our window. I insisted on paying the standard fee, as the app failure wasn't our fault. Adameesia showed us a payment machine inside one entrance, which we used. The signage didn't mention this alternative to the app. Despite my frustration, Adameesia remained patient. I felt wronged by the company and requested a full refund, but my appeal was denied.

Their equipment would not accept payment to park so I was unable to pay for my parking I work in establishments on nearby Frenchmen and Bourbon Street and use these facilities 3-6 days a week so I'm very familiar with them and the processes I personally believe this company rigs payment equipment to not accept payments so people are left with no choice but not to pay so they can collect way more money charging and collecting fees to have immobilization boots removed they have no customer service resources other than to leave a message for phone calls that are not returned and issues are not resolved they simply do not care at all I have had boots put on my car on more than one occasion when I did reserve and pay in advance for parking they will still put an immobilization device on your vehicle and demand payment which is over $100 I might add and you have to sit and wait until a very surly and uncooperative agent shows up to remove it however long that takes.. today was over an hour.. I told the agent I spoke with the first time informing them the boot needed to be removed as quickly as possible because I am very pregnant and alone in a high crime area it didn't seem to matter still took over an hour for someone that was very rude and uncooperative to show up and demand money from me I should not have been penalized in the first place because it was due to their equipment not functioning properly I have exhausted all outlets trying to contact them directly with to no avail and I work too hard to throw my money down the drain like this when it should not have occurred in the first place
