False advertisement
I ordered a jacket for my husband, the picture we saw was absolutely stunning. The jacket was nice and puffy like a puffy jacket should be. Not what we received, the jacket we received has absolutely no puff and looks nothing like the picture on the website. Aweful, I had items in the basket to order for myself but not now. I’m afraid of what I will receive.
Recommendation: Be very careful, won’t say all the items are shabby but I watched a video on YouTube and the items the young lady was modeling was subpar.
Scammers selling cheap garbage
Their web site advertises linen shirts. I ordered two XL and received cheap, thin cotton blends that were barely size Medium. The quality is terrible as well. I've blown my nose in more durable fabric. Not worth the BS involved in returning them.
Learn from my mistake: when you see this many negative reviews, pay attention and don't be fooled by the positive ones.

Ador Review: Disappointing Size & Return Experience
I just gotta say, I ain't too thrilled with Ador. I ordered this shirt in a 2x and what I got was the size of a dang medium! This website Ador (ador.com) is pretty low quality. Not worth your money, trust me. If you do buy something, I suggest you inspect it real good because they won't take it back once you've got it in your hands. That's if you don't want to pay for the return shipping cost, anyways.

Oh man, I gotta say, Ador was a major let down for me. I was so hyped to order this thing for my Halloween costume, but it ended up being a total nightmare. First off, the website said it would only take four to seven business days to get to me, but it actually took a whopping eleven business days! Like, what even? That's almost twice as long!
And don't even get me started on customer service. At first, I was just getting automatic responses, which were no help to me at all. And then, when I finally did get a real reply, they tried to tell me that I'd "misunderstood" their order procedure. Excuse me, what? How is it my fault that they don't know how to give accurate delivery times? And speaking of delivery, why would they even give a timeframe that starts from when the item is shipped, not from when it's ordered? That's just confusing and misleading.
But the real kicker was when the item finally did arrive. It was obvious that it had been rushed, because there were parts that weren't even finished! Like, the straps of the dress weren't even attached to the dress! That's just downright sloppy and unacceptable. And on top of all that, the quality was just abysmal. There's no way I would even wear this thing, let alone wear it out in public.

The lead times are also NOT as advertised. I received my order after 45 days from the date they quoted for delivery. This was already a major disappointment for me.
However, things got worse when I inspected all the items. I quickly identified that they were not as described. The quality of everything was terrible! There were incomplete stitching, threads hanging out everywhere, low quality fabrics, mismatched colors, and stains. I was totally disgusted and wanted to return everything.
But, the return policies of Ador are a JOKE! Their customer service department required me to measure each piece of clothing, photograph it, and explain their incompetence and incorrectness for each piece of clothing. I even had to show them how they incorrectly advertised each item. This was such a tedious and unnecessary process.
To top it off, Ador makes the buyer pay for shipping from the USA to China prior to providing a refund! This is just ridiculous! They do this so they can avoid giving you a refund because shipping from the USA to China takes like 2 months. On top of that, they require you to photograph receipts of shipping and then FAILED to provide a refund.
If this was not enough, their customer service was also not helpful. They were rude and unresponsive. I feel like this company should be shut down!

I ordered a bird stone necklace on November 2nd.. I never got a confirmation number and I still never received the necklace.. My name is Tammy Shafer 174 Samuels Avenue HAZLETON Pa 18201. I have sent them numerous emails about my order and no one has responded back. I ordered this necklace for a friend for her daughter as a favor and I have received no information about this necklace. I screenshot all information for the friend, and sent it to her. When I screenshot information for her I cut off the ending order number, so now I can't track package, with no confirmation number. First, I got a product that does not match the description, and therefore i would like to return the product and be refunded for it.
Second, it is not possible to submit a Return or Refund through Ador's webpage because it does not work. I tested this dozens of times in different times of the day, and it never finishes processing the information submitted (image 5).
Third, not only I was unable to give a review rating of Dissatisfaction, but i was only able to classify it as Excellent, which is suggestive of the bad Ethics of the company.
The product received (images 1 and 3) does not match the product in the website (images 2 and 4) because:
1. the colors of the product received and the product on the website are different.
2. the neckline has a different v-shape and smaller opening than the original.
3. the buttons are white instead of brown.
4. the interior is white instead of light or dark brown as the external colors of the t-shirt.
5. the stiches are black or white instead of matching the colors of the t-shirt.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate a full refund of the product.

Ador Review: Cool Clothes but Confusing Sizing Chart for Plus Sizes
Ador is cool, but I gotta say, their sizing chart is a bit confusing for us big girls. I placed an order for Shirts and tank tops and I received wrong items, I have been trying to contact ADOR directly and no one is answering emails or return request. I proceed to do a claim with PAYPAL as well since it was paid using their service.
Clothing order
On May 4, 2022 I purchased this dress from www.ador.com. On May 19, I received the dress. Upon receiving the package, I opened it up and tried on the dress to find that it was not as their website advertised. The strap was on the opposite shoulder, the slit was on the opposite side of the leg, the color was not as described o their website as well as the flowers were not proportioned as described. There were black spots around the shoulder area that are not part of the dress design. Upon receipt of the returned dress, I requested a full refund of $39.56 back to the credit card the purchase was made from. As suggested on their website to return products, it was suggested to fill out their return request form. After having done so, I received several denied access walls to prevent me from sending a return/refund request.
