ADS Consultancy inappropriate ads

What can we do to get these ads off our browser. Every time I get to the Yahoo search page there are nasty pictures of half naked women on there. Weight loss miracle junk. I have children that do research for school and every time they get on yahoo, there is something showing big breasted women or half naked women or naked women. This is not right and my children are being affected by this. I want a way to turn off these ads or to change them to something more appropriate. I don't care what Dr. Oz's is saying or doing to selling and the pictures are offensive.

Please make a way to change ads to something more family friendly. (Like Facebook does)
