Advance Handyman review: Vance lupex - do not hire

I hired Vance Lupex from Advance Handyman to do handyman work around the house, specifically caulking/grouting bathrooms, doors adjustment and seal gaps outside garage area. He asked for $100 cash advance to get materials before he started because he said he had no money. Then he did a shoddy job on caulking in all bathrooms, and the color didn't even match for some of them. The garage gap sealing job was a mess. He said it would self-level and expand, so there is no reason to worry. Obviously he was lying. I paid him $570 in total and other than 4 door adjustments that work, I have to redo all the rest. He doesn't return call after that. What a con man! DO NOT HIRE him!
