I was charged twice for shipping & handling of $4.99 and twice for $78.81 for the product - all on the same day. The company falsely stated to me that this is an "authorization" and not a charge. I am absolutely furious!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - THE COMPANY WILL STICK YOU WITH AN $80.00 CHARGE, NOT THE $4.99 YOU THOUGH YOU WOULD BE CHARGED.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH "ADVANCED WELLNESS RESEARCH"!

I have cancelled this product before the dead line in January 2009 and the operator said everything is fine that there will be no more shipment. I have exactly received three shipment since then and charged. I called one more time and the operator said that it has been cacelled, if that is so why are you still charging me and sending the shipment? I have already filed a complainant with my credit card company. My next step is with the credit card fraud and call the BBB. Please stop shipment and stop charging my credit card. I have returned all shipment "cancel" please refund all funds back to my account or send my money back. Please respond!

My I wished I had read these comments before I ordered the sample only of these tablets. "This is the first time I ever fell for a scam. Live and learn! I paid $8.99 for shipping on April 21 but then on May 6 they charged me $80.00 FOUR times and then again on May 21. I received one bottle and Fed Ex arrived last week with more which I refused. Just got my Visa statement today and there are over $615 in charges I didn't authorize. I'm sure this will be a fight but have informed Visa and the BBB and will call company to have charged reversed-although I am expecting a battle!

I ordered a "free trial" of Bright Teeth whitening system for $4.99. I indeed received the "free" kit. A few days later I noticed a charge of $78.93 on my bank statement. I called the phone number [protected]) and spoke with Ryan Cole. I explained to him that I only ordered the "free" trial. He told me I didn't cancel within the 14 days. I said I had just received the package a few days ago. He said that didn't matter, it wasn't within the 14 days. He continued to argue with me concerning a refund. I told him I was going to notify the attorney general and at that point he said he could only refund $40.00 because the system wouldn't allow the full refund. Imagine that.

This company is a rip off alright! I've been ripped of $157.81 and everybody says they want an order number. Well guess what? I don't have any order numbers! They have charged my account even though I canceled the order and they said I wouldn't be charged. Well they did. Steve Jordan in Customer Service says I can get back $20 of my money back. Meanwhile they're paying people who don't speak good enough English probably peanuts and the owners are making a killing by raping us of our hard earned money. Somebody NEEDS to put a stop to this company and now before anybody else gets ripped off!

This company charged my card within the 14 days as well. When you call to try and get it rectified the same lady answers the phone and no supervisor is ever available. How can this be reported to the fraud division and these people be brought to justice. Any advise?

Today is June 5, 2009.

On May 30, 2009, I received a call from Master Card Company from the Fraud Department telling us for a possible fraudulent charges to my credit card. And yes indeed, my credit card has many unauthorized charges but we did not know who or what company used my credit card. My credit card is not stolen, I have it with me.

Yesterday, June 4, 2009, I received a package came from "Advanced Wellness Research" and inside is a "Bright Teeth Whitening Kit" with the note that... thank you for the order. There is no amount of how much is the charges. Right away, I have a feeling that this is one of the unauthorized charges that the Master Card caught.

I am so mad! Right away, I called the company...I told the customer representative that I received a package from them that I did not order. And she told me that I order it online and my name and address is on it, but the email address that she gave to me is not my email address and the fake email address started with my last name. She said my credit card has been charged for $4.89.

Now, in the middle of writing this complaint...

Today, June 5, 2009, I received another product from " Earth Essence Nature Beauty Health" 230 West 400 South, Firth Floor, Salt Lake City, UT 84101, Tel. # [protected]. The item is a skin renewal trial "no cost" but the shipping cost is $7.95, but they make money in sending you their product monthly. I don't know how much they are going to charge monthly because I did not order the product. And yes, the date of the 2 sales receipts are May 30, 2009. Leticia is the sales rep. but she cannot give me her last name and also she cannot give me the email address that she has in their file. I told her that Master Card caught already this fraudulent charges. And I told her that I'm sure that I am not the only one has a complaint about fraudulent charges from their company, and she hang-up on me. I will make another complaint to this company!

I did not loss a cent from these charges but I want other people to be aware of these companies and maybe in the coming days I will still be receiving another product/s that I did not order.

I tried the free trial, the next month I received another bottle and a $100 charge on my visa. 2 months later I phoned to cancel any future orders. I was told I could cancel. He asked me why I canceled and I simply told him "becasue I want to", he then said he would cancel. Then he said his system was slow and offered me a $20 disccount to continue. I told him no, I wanted to cancel and wanted a confirmation number that it had been canceled. He then said "alright, I will get you a cancelation number", then he offered me $40 off, I resonded that I wanted my confirmation number and no further selling. He then said "since you are such a valuable and long standing client (4 months) he would offer me $60 off. I could not beleive it, I told him if the product was so easy to discount why not lower the price. I then told him I was getting angry and I wanted my confirmation number for the cancelation. He finally gave me a cancelation number, I had to have him read it back 3 times because he said it so fast and he missed a number the first time. It was as if he didn't want me to have it for the record. Finally in closing he asked "has this call be handled to your satisfaction?" I could not beleive it. I don't know if they are a scam, but I will contact my credit card immediately.

I also was taken in by the trial teeth whitening kit which was to cost only $4.99. I received the kit but decided I wouild not order any more. When I recieved my Master Card statement I had been charged not only for the trial kit but also an additional charge of $79.72. I immediately called the number on my statement and was connected to some guy in India. I was told they would not remove the charge and in addition I had already been charged an addition $83.92 for the next package of whitening stuff and it had only been 12 days since the previous charge. Of course I was outraged but that did little good. I told the man I wanted to cancel but he continued to offer me all kinds of discounts not to. After becoming irate he finally consented to cancel my "order" and gave me a long cancellation number. Then I immediately called my Master Card service and told them about the scam. The only way I could be sure of no future charges, eventhough I had cancelled, was to cancel my old credit card and have a new one issued . This is a giant scam and the Attorney General of the state of Illinois needs to look into it. I will continue to fight these charges through my credit card company and I will continue to try and contact someone that actually works at Advanced Wellness Research. They are basically thieves who would like to charge your credit card for as much as that can.

First of all I had problems ordering the product. There was never a confirmation that the order was placed. Then to find out I had accually ordered 1 acai berry product and 3 colo flush. My intention was to only order 1 of each. I had no idea that this much product was in the mail and the second round was here before I got my first credit card statement. I called right away and got the run around that they can only cancel no more than 2 at a time. Even after explaining what had happened they said I had to wait 24 hrs before cancelling the rest. I have recieved 9 bottles total and see there are 4 more on my credit card I have not even recieved as of today. The run around is unbelieveable and now I don't even want to try their product. If anyone has a solution to this please e-mail me, I am very frustrated with it all!

OH MY! Welcome to this end of the screw! I, too, got screwed by "American Wellness Research". I finally was able to get some action when I reported these quacks to the Better Business Bureau on-line. Also, to cover my butt, I also cancelled my credit card and got a new one with a new number. Drastic, I know. But I figured it was better than having to put up with watching these jerks' every move. I sent for a free sample bottle of acai pills for weight loss, paying only for S&H of about $1, which was paid for by VISA. Now, 6 weeks later, I find charges of $78.81 and $83.80 on my VISA.

I called the company. They claimed that I signed up for monthly shipments and that they had shipped me one months worth last month -- which I never received. I obviously protested vigorously but they would not cancel the charges. They actually had the gall to 'give' me a $60 refund!

That call sounded like an Indian location, so I gave up on that approach. I called my credit card company, who told me they have had many similar complaints about Advanced Wellness Research. They cancelled the charges against me.

I tried the ColoFlush product from Advanced Wellness Research. I canceled the product within my free trial period so that I would not be charged, since I decided it was not for me. I was charged anyway (almost $80). I called the company to get a refund and they said they would only refund me $60 of the almost $80 they charged me. I have NOT seen a refund of any sort. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT and tell anyone you know to stay away from any of the products that Advance Wellness Research puts out. Very Bad Experience.

My dealings with Advanced Wellness Research / Netalab has been nothing short of a NIGHTMARE. In one of my numerous calls to them (it is an answering service based out of India) the agent informed me that if I disputed the charges, and they win, they will hit me with additional fees of $85 and another $50 charge. Clearly threatening me. All their agents are trained to speak this way, as they clearly receive ALL DAY LONG calls from irate customers. I received a box of teeth-whitening products from them and called to return this for a refund. They said they will only accept if 1) box is unopened 2) it has to be shipped via FedEx or UPs ONLY (even if I received their parcel by USPS) 3) I have to list the tracking number and RMA number on the outside. If I don't do this, I will get NO REFUND. I also decided to read their terms and conditions, and it is the longest I have ever read, clearly they are keeping their agreements tight and foolproof such that they are untouchable. They are like the GESTAPO. I issued a dispute with CITI and they said because of the Terms/Conditions, they will side with the company versus the customer, even if they know that the Company is fraudulent.
I have filed with the State Atty Gen of FL, the FBI, the FTC. I encourage all of you to do the same. This company needs to be stopped.

I have been charged too. Once for $78+ and then $81+. I absolutely did NOT authorize these charges nor receive the product. I was only expected to be charged for the shipping charges for the "free" trial". I am FURIOUS, to say the least. I wait tables to pay my bills and as an uninsured diabetic, need every bit of it. But they've just been picking away at my money. How can this be legal?!?!

Ordered a $4.99 Wax White Teeth trial & was billed $78.93 & $83.92 on my credit card a couple of weeks after I received my trial without any knowledge of it, nor did I give them permission too. Now I'am having to dispute these charges with my card co. I also called AWR to stop them from any more charging. So, be very weiry of these teeth whiting scams. They do not say anything about charging you later for more product or nothing. For that price I could have went to a dentist & got a better smile, thanks for reading.

I was also taken by the tooth whitening scam.

The promotion identifies a 14 day trial, but I didn't receive the product until after 14 days. when I did receive th package, it had no infomration about the company, contact information, nothing. They also neve called as a follow up to inquire about my liking, or how and if I'd like to continue with the product, and how I'd like to manage any future payment.. Please know, they also automatically charge your account $78. on the 15th day. Like it's an emergency that I get more of this stuff.

On May 20, 2009, I was charge full price on my Mastercard for the Bright Teeth Whitening System when I was told I would receive it for shipment only. Then, on June 2, 2009, I was charged again full price ($78.93 plus foreign transaction fee of $2.35) and I did not order nor authorize this at all. The only way I found out about the charges was when I received my bank statement for the debit/Mastercard. When I called to return the first order (#627440), I was told I COULD NOT RETURN ORDER #627440! And I was told the second order had been shipped (which I have not received).

I am furious! And I will take this to a higher authority, if necessary. This is totally a scam!

WARN EVERYONE YOU KNOW . . . DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVER contact Advanced Wellness much less buy anything. I foolishly ordered a "free sample" of Pure Acai Berry. Now I am trapped in a death spiral of charges and telephone calls. I am in the third month of fighting to get these shipments cancelled. I won't bore you with the details . . . because you've already read them in the previous posts. Because of the economy, the credit card which I use exclusively for Internet purchases was making some adjustments at the end of May. So, I called Advanced Wellness twice in April and once in May to get the account cancelled. Each time being assured that it was - only to have another shipment show up. June 6th I spoke with India again and reinforced that there were to be no more shipments or charges. Yesterday I got another shipment and, because my credit card was used after the end of May, my interest rate has gone up by 5 percentage points. The credit card company insists that an RMA be provided in order to start a fraud claim. They said that there is nothing that they can do to block the charges from being submitted. So, not only am I trapped in the death grip of India & Advanced Wellness but I seem powerless to make my credit card company refuse the charges and my entire card balance is now being charged the additional 5% in interest. The agents in India refuse to escalate to a supervisor or cancel the order. The credit card furnished me with additional contact numbers for Advanced Wellness and those numbers turn out to be bogus too. The numbers I have are: [protected] (from the back of the bottle); [protected] (from the cheapo invoice); and, [protected] & [protected] (provided by the credit card company). There has to be some way to stop these people!

I too ordered this product and returned it via certified mail. When I called the company to find out why I did not get a refund, I was told that on the website it states that I have to call the company for an RMA number first before returning the product. This information is clearly not included in the packaging, so too bad for me. The product was returned to the right address and I have proof of receipt, since I paid for delivery confirmation. BEWARE.

I feel pretty dumb right now - not because I feel scammed, but because I knew about having to call within 14 days to cancel but forgot to do so. I've done these online free trials before and I always remember to call to cancel - I forgot this time and I am regretting it big time. I was obviously reminded to call when they sent me a second dose of their crappy teeth whitening product. However, what I am extremely furious about right now is the fact that they are charging me not only for the second shipment, but the FREE TRIAL as well. They fall back on the language that the free trial is really a free trial PERIOD. So if you do not call within the 14 days, you pay for that period. I told them I would like to return the second shipment for a refund, but they said there is a 20% restocking fee! When you factor in the cost to FEDEX or UPS the package on top of that, you are just better off taking their offer of 50% refund of the last charge. Their terms are clear, but I agree that they are running a very sketchy business. I would like to try to put them out of business. Here's how we can all help to do so - order another free trial. Use another credit card, and get friends to participate if you can. After ordering the free trial, just remember to call right away and cancel. If enough people do this you will essentially be forcing them to push a bunch of their ### products with no return in profit. Ok, last thing - since they are playing hardball on the language of the terms - you may want to play this angle - My bank account statements have charges from MY WHITENING and BRIGHT TEETH. The Terms clearly state that your payments will show as ADVANCED WELLNESS RESEARCH. They claim that the former two are just product names, but I am going to argue erroneous and unauthorized charges since I did not authorize charges to either MY WHITENING or BRIGHT TEETH.

My Problems start with buying Maytag products, but ends with their preferred appliance repair company, A & E Factory Service. My complete overall dissatisfaction of how A & E Factory Service treats their customers. Having problems with your appliances is acceptable, their service and attitude towards customers is completely unacceptable behavior. I bought these appliances on Maytag’s name alone and though they make a great washers and dryers, their presence in the kitchen appliance department leaves a lot of room for improvement. I find it in these tough economy times, that Maytag and their preferred service A & E Factory Service (Sear’s?) can stay in business with the service that they provide.
1. In 2004, I bought all new kitchen appliances from Maytag, right from the beginning the appliances started to break down, mainly with the range and the dishwasher. Somewhere in the range of 3 times each.

2. Dishwasher is now on its 3rd main brain. I now can diagnose the problem better than some of their own techs.

3. I was treated unfairly and rudely, not only by numerous agents, but the supervisors as well. I never wanted anything for free, just wanted them to stand behind your products.

4. Finally with no help from Maytag, I turned to their “preferred” appliance repair company. A & E Factory Service. I have had nothing but problems with these people and a month later, I am seeking another company to come in and take care of my appliance. Fortunately for me, there are plenty of companies in the appliance business willing to help me out. For this, I am grateful.

5. A & E Factory is now is possession of $158.00 of my money, like a idiot, I paid them up front, thinking they were a reputable business. (Maytag recommended them.) I will try through the court system to get this back.

In closing, buying Maytag has cost me a lot of time, money and frustration. Its not so much about appliances breaking down, its how their company deals with it.

A & E Factory Service is one of the most anti customer service companies I have ever dealt with. Their agents are rude, uncaring, out right lie, never show up for their appointments and from agents, techs, supervisor’s, just don’t give a damn.

What’s ironic is after I decided to have someone else come in and fix my problem. A & E Factory Service immediately sent someone over to pick up the part (Maytag had paid for this, not them1) The only time I could get them to do something is when it involved their money. I’m still out $158.00! LOL. I would never allow anyone in my house that acted like this. They are bullies and I will deal with them in court.

I can only hope for potential new customers, Maytag does the right thing and stand behind their products, but at all cost, stay away from A & E Factory Service, believe me, only head aches and frustration will prevail!

I saw an ad online for this Bright Teeth Whitening system and ordered the free trial + shipping and handling, which was 4.99. I got the product in the mail, and the teeth tray didn't fit, so I didn't use it and figured that it was free, so no loss. I then started receving a package monthly and thought there was an error with how many free trials I had ordered. I had noticed also though, that my checking account didn't seem to balance this past couple months, and realized I had been charged three times in the amounts of 83.80 (twice) and 78.93. I was outraged. I had never authorized this and had a lot of trouble trying to cancel my order once on the phone with the company. It took me almost 10 minutes to get the lady to stop talking and offering me things to tell her I didn't want anything else, just to cancel my order, which I had never authorized in the first place. It was frustrating, and I did NOT get my money back.
