I just left my pcm at AES Modules and I gotta say, the prices were pretty good. The whole process was easy and the staff was friendly. AES Modules Disappointing Experience with AES Modules: A Review

I've used AES Modules (aesmodules.com) three times now and I have to say, I'm not impressed. I was hoping that this time around they would treat me right, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I ended up getting the shaft again.

I don't think it's Adam's fault, though. It seems like AES is just out to screw you over. They're professionals at it, and they don't seem to care about their customers at all. I ended up spending $126.35 and I feel like I got nothing in return.

I'm not sure what to do at this point. I don't want to keep giving my money to a company that doesn't care about me or my needs. But at the same time, I'm not sure where else to turn. It's frustrating to feel like you're stuck between a rock and a hard place.

Overall, I would say that my experience with AES Modules has been disappointing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I'll definitely be looking for other options in the future. It's a shame, because I really wanted to like this company. But unfortunately, they just don't seem to care about their customers.

AES Modules Beware of AES Modules: Unreliable Service and Hidden Charges

So, I had this problem with my bcm and I sent it to AES Modules (aesmodules.com) to get it fixed. Adam called me up and said it would cost me 349 bucks to get it fixed. I was like, "okay, that's not too bad." But then, a few days later, he called me back with some bad news. He said my bcm was all messed up and they needed 170 more dollars to fix it. I was so mad! I mean, come on, man! You can't just add on extra charges like that!

Anyway, I reluctantly agreed to pay the extra money and Adam said it would be done in 5 days. Well, it's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't gotten my bcm back. I've tried calling them, but no one ever picks up. I've sent them emails, but they never respond. I'm starting to think they just took my money and ran.

So, let me tell you, stay away from AES Modules! They're a bunch of slimy thieves who will take your money and leave you with nothing. Don't make the same mistake I did. Find someone else to fix your car problems.

AES Modules Disappointing Experience with AES Modules: Lack of Transparency and Misleading Information

I recently had an experience with AES Modules and I must say, it was quite frustrating. I sent in a module that needed repair and was transferred to another person who gave me some incorrect information. They tested the module and said it was in good condition, but the second person I spoke to said that it was too damaged to be repaired. This left me with no other option but to buy a refurbished one, which ended up costing me twice as much as what I originally paid. It felt like a scam to me.

I think it's important for companies to be transparent with their customers, especially when it comes to repairs and replacements. It's not fair to mislead someone into thinking that their module is beyond repair when it's actually in good condition. I wish AES Modules had been more upfront with me about the situation so that I could have made an informed decision.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with AES Modules. While I appreciate their efforts to repair modules, I think they need to work on their communication and customer service. It's important to treat customers with respect and honesty, and I didn't feel like that was the case with this company. I hope they take this feedback into consideration and make some changes to improve their services in the future.

AES Modules Poor Customer Service Experience at AES Modules - Not Recommended

I called AES Modules to get some information on the price of a control module. I was hoping to speak with someone who could help me out, but unfortunately, my experience was not very good. The first two people I spoke with, Andy and Chris, didn't even let me finish my sentence before transferring me to customer service. I was a bit frustrated by this, but I decided to give it another try.

The next person I spoke with was a customer service supervisor, and unfortunately, they were quite rude. I asked to speak with the sales manager, but instead of helping me out, they hung up on me! I couldn't believe it. If this is how AES Modules treats their customers, I don't think I would want to do business with them.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience at AES Modules. The people I spoke with were not helpful at all, and the customer service supervisor was downright rude. If you're looking for a company to do business with, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

AES Modules Unreliable and Dishonest: My Experience with AES Modules

I recently had a very unpleasant experience with AES Modules. I was hoping to get my ABS module fixed, which my mechanic had diagnosed as the problem. I spoke with a man named Mark, who was initially very rude to me. However, we eventually agreed that he would fix the module for me.

Unfortunately, things did not go as planned. The part was with AES Modules for over a week, and Mark never called me back to update me on the progress. I had to call him multiple times, but he never returned my calls. Finally, I found out that they were not able to fix the module, and they refused to return my money.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from AES Modules. They are nothing but scam artists who take people's money and never deliver on their promises. I am now taking legal action against them and will make sure they pay for their dishonesty.

Overall, I would strongly advise anyone considering using AES Modules to look elsewhere. They are not a trustworthy company and will only cause you frustration and disappointment. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable repair service.

AES Modules Disappointing Experience with AES Modules: A Cautionary Tale for Repair Shop Owners

I recently had an experience with AES Modules (aesmodules.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. As someone who runs a repair shop, I understand the importance of finding reliable and trustworthy companies to work with. Unfortunately, my experience with AES Modules did not meet those expectations.

When I sent in a module for repair, I was initially told that it could be fixed. However, when I was transferred to another person, they gave me completely different findings. According to them, the module had too much damage to be repaired. This left me feeling confused and unsure of what to do next.

To make matters worse, the second person then offered me the option to buy a refurbished module. While this may seem like a reasonable solution, the price they quoted me was double what I had originally paid. And to add insult to injury, they didn't even tell me that there was nothing wrong with the refurbished module.

Overall, I felt like I had been scammed by AES Modules. It's frustrating to think that a company would take advantage of their customers like this. As a repair shop owner, I rely on companies like AES Modules to provide quality service and support. Unfortunately, my experience with them fell far short of that standard.

In the end, I would caution anyone considering working with AES Modules to think twice. While they may seem like a reliable option at first, my experience suggests otherwise. If you're looking for a trustworthy and honest company to work with, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

AES Modules Terrible Customer Service: Avoid AES Modules for Repairs

So, I gave AES Modules a call to inquire about their repair fees and if there was an inspection fee included. I was a bit confused because I had mixed them up with another repair facility that had a better reputation. Unfortunately, the person who answered the phone was a bit of a jerk and said "we charge WAY more than that" before hanging up on me. I tried calling back, but they wouldn't answer the phone. Needless to say, I won't be doing business with them.

I did notice that they have an "A" rating with the BBB, but I'm not sure how that's possible with such a bad attitude towards potential customers. It's a shame because I was really hoping to get my repair done quickly and efficiently, but I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

Overall, I would recommend staying away from AES Modules. Their customer service is terrible and they don't seem to care about potential customers. It's a shame because they could have had a loyal customer in me, but now I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

AES Modules Disappointing Experience with AES Modules: Poor Customer Service and Unexpected Costs

I recently had an experience with AES Modules (aesmodules.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I sent in a module to be repaired and was initially quoted a price of $160. However, a few days later I received a phone call informing me that the repair would actually cost an additional $500. Needless to say, I was not pleased with this unexpected increase in cost.

After waiting for a month, I finally received the module back and installed it in my car. Unfortunately, I quickly realized that the same problem was still present. I tried for three weeks to get a return call from AES Modules, but was unsuccessful. Eventually, I decided to send the module back in for further repairs.

It has now been three months since I first sent in my module, and I still have not received it back. The customer service I have received from AES Modules has been subpar, to say the least. I am beginning to doubt whether anything was actually repaired on my module, and I am frustrated with the lack of communication from the company.

Overall, I would not recommend AES Modules to anyone looking for reliable and efficient repairs. My experience has been a three month ordeal, and I feel that I have wasted both my time and money with this company. If I ever do receive my module back, I will update this review.

AES Modules Poor Communication and Service from AES Modules - A Cautionary Tale

I recently had an experience with AES Modules that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My company purchased a body control module over the phone using a credit card and was told that we would receive it by October 1st. However, when we called on October 2nd to check on the status of our order, we were told that the warehouse had "dropped the ball" and that it would be another 5 days before we would receive the module.

I asked to speak to a manager and was told that Darrell would call me back. After waiting for 4 hours with no call, I called back and asked for the manager again. This time, I was told that he was on the road. Finally, Darrell called me and told me that they couldn't get me the module until they had one on hand and could rebuild it before sending it out to me. I was confused because I had been told that it was already on their shelf and ready to be shipped out to me.

When I asked why I couldn't get the module overnighted to me, I could hear the frustration in Darrell's voice. He told me that they would refund my money and not to call them again. I called back to find out when the refund would be returned to my company, but my company's phone number was being blocked by them.

Overall, my experience with AES Modules was not a positive one. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and transparency was concerning. I would caution anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with caution. I plan on filing a complaint with the BBB in their area.

AES Modules AES Modules: A Terrible Experience with Crooks Who Don't Care About Customers

I had a terrible experience with AES Modules. They are a bunch of crooks who don't care about their customers. I ordered a module from them and it never arrived. When I tried to contact them, they ignored my emails and phone calls. I was so frustrated that I decided to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. It was only then that they finally responded to me. They claimed that the module was lost in transit and that they would send me a replacement. But guess what? The replacement never arrived either! I was so angry that I demanded a refund, but they refused to give me one. They said that their policy was that they only give refunds if the product is defective. But how can I know if the product is defective if I never received it in the first place? It's just a bunch of BS if you ask me. I would never recommend AES Modules to anyone. They are a bunch of thieves who don't care about their customers.
