Online training and slides before hand were extremely helpful! Virtual instructors were very knowledgeable. I would recommend videos of proper and improper injections for visual learners. For hands on training, there should be more actual hands on learning and less talking (etc. reconstituting). The instructor was extremely knowledgeable.

I am so very happy! My results are amazing! The instructors are attentive, knowledgeable, and thorough. Aesthetic Medical Educators Training is one of the best! It is great to be a model at the training sessions they have while I get all my botox and fillers for a fraction of the price! This is my sixth time getting services with them and won't be the last!

This was a very well organized and well structured course. I was able to complete both the beginners and advanced course in 2 days feeling very comfortable and confident with all the skills I learned. Dr. Smith, the course instructor was very skillful, knowledgeable and patient. As a neurosurgeon who has attended many hand on courses I have to say that this was a very well-run practical course that was all encompassing . I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend it !

Had a great experience at the beginners botox/filler course. The teacher was excellent at explaining the procedure and there was a lot of hands on experience.

Experience was amazing! Relaxed atmosphere made learning the material a breeze! Instructor was great and made you feel so comfortable during hands on part! Would definitely reccomend!

The AMET training was awesome! The class was very engaging. I learned so much. They covered facial anatomy extremely well. The discussion was interactive and they took time to answer all questions. The materials provided were beneficial. There were multiple models for the hands on experience, that was the best part! I loved every bit of this experience. I will definitely be able to use in my practice and cant wait to get started. I highly recommend this class to al future and current injectors.

I couldn't find anywhere to leave a review on their website. I took the intro to Botox and Filler course. The one day class was not nearly enough time to master even the basics of botox or filler. I was lost from the start of the class when the instructor started talking about reconstitution without even telling us what that meant. I am a dentist and I had never heard of reconstitution before, maybe the MDs and nurses had more of an idea of what was going on.. I felt super rushed the entire day and left feeling just as incompetent at performing botox and fillers than when I arrived the morning of the class. I was pretty disappointed since the class cost me almost $2000. I have since purchased a book on the basics of botox and have learned way more with the $90 book I got than I learned in class. I more than likely will not take another class offered by AMET because it was super pricey especially when I left feeling incompetent at the procedures I was supposed to have learned about. For the hands on portion, I felt like I had to be pushy to even get a chance to do one injection. You will probably get to do one injection in ONE facial area for botox, and for filler I got to do one 1/4 inch injection on the lower lip. So don't expect to be performing filler on a patient's entire lip or performing botox on a patient's entire forehead. The hands on portion was definitely lacking.

I participated in the Botox/filler didactic and hands on portion , 12/12, in Austin. I immediately sent an email but have yet to hear from anyone. After the reading, webinar, and hands on I do not feel I have enough information on how to safely inject filler or even do a brow lift with Botox. The didactic was so simple with little information about injection depth of filler, anatomy, or technique. The price of the education is $1650 and they do not pay for product, as they charge models price of product. The education received was extremely poor and lacking was is presented on their website. During the hans-on portion we injected neurotoxins and that was straight forward even though we did not talk about the action of the muscle and how it's being affected. Six of us outlined a vermilion border, watched the doctor inject the lateral nose area with a tiny bit of left over filler (not really nasolabial), and one lip augmentation. During the demonstration of injection lateral to the nose the instructor did not tell the class to aspirate when injecting right near the angular artery. This only made me feel even more like we were not getting the most of our class. Especially knowing this can be dangerous place to inject and as beginners we should learn to aspirate at that site. As far as hands on, I did some Botox injections and I filled one part of a lip. I wanted to bring my own model that wanted lip filler and nasolabial folds, but the models spots were full (although we were lacking models that wanted to do lips or nasolabial folds). I would suggest to book models that want to do filler on the sites that the course advertises we will learn about. Not just book models and hope they want injections that the participants want to learn. I thought the staff was nice, but not the quality of education I expect for $1650. I need more education regarding anatomy, techniques of filler in nasolabial folds and lips, and to actually inject more than a quarter of some lips. I will need to find another resource. For this reason, I am requesting a refund. Thank you for taking the time to address my concerns.
