poor fitting dentures and service
I only wished I had checked Affordable Dentures out before I too have become a victim. I have a full upper denture that fits so poorly no amount of adhesive will keep them secure. I went to them, because of a salesperson on the phone, thinking I could accomplish this for less money. After all day sitting there, and getting the service, and feeling like a cow in a cattle auction being processed through, I was given a partial, it was very uncomfortable and I told them, they said it would pass. I went back next day and told them my teeth were not meshing. I did not expect to be attacked, but I sure felt I was. The Dentist yelled at me, told me I did not know what I was talking about, that it was the way it was supposed to be. I went to my regular dentist, he told me what they had sold me as a permanent device was what they call in the industry as a flipper, a temp device until the real one comes in, Affodable Dentures said that it was permanent. It is most uncomfortable, like having a wad of wax in my mouth, and this is the midrange, not the economy version. Bottom line is, I still have to get the ones that I avoided for financial reasons, they (Affordable Dentures) wont adjust or fix the ones they sold me, and are about the rudest people I have ever met. So not only do I have to spend what I originally had to spend, but I am out $750 to them. The only good thing is that their extractions are very cheap, if you can handle the pain, where they give you a small shot similar to novocaine, and then pull the teeth with an instrument that has been laying out for at least 15 minutes, and then given unsterile gauze pads for the bleeding and all that in a dirty office. Again, avoid these guys, if they could deliver what their salespeople promise, life would be good, but they are only interested in your money, not your well being.

I had Dental Implants put in in the month of april, It took 3 hrs not 45 min, And the very same day one implant came out. Within a week another one was loose. I went back the next week and it took another 8 hrs to fix, but the dentist couldn't fix it at all. Instead he told me he was gonna order different cement and would call me. He never did call, So I called them. They said they couldent let me talk to the dentist, and they didnt no if or when the cement got oredered. The day after i called another implant came out. And they say they can't help me now. And now it's July the 5th and still I have no implants. witch by the way i payed for them before they put them in, in April.
Made me give them on star, otherwise I would not have given that. Walked in, and a sign on the window saying you have to have your dentures clean of any fixodent . How was I to do that? With my car keys? Maybe telling clients before they got there would help. Receptionist was kind, then my name was called and a nurse greeted me with scrubs on that looked like she had pulled them out of the bottom of the laundry basket. I apologized for not having the fixodent removed from my dentures and she was hateful. Doctor was also hateful, trying to talk me into something I clearly told him I could not afford. If you are looking for any kind of compassion, forget it. I would never give them a chance to work on my mouth. Stay clear of Muncie Affordable Dentures.

rude and racist dentist
I had the worst experience with Dr. Thore who was a racist and a very uncarring provider. Because I asked a simple question about the economy dentures, she went on and on telling me that I would not like them and she did everything to discourage me from having the economy dentures. Her bedside manners were horrible, she never introduced herself, she was rude, she was talking to us from a distance, left to other patients not knowing what I was supposed to do and then came back to continue to convince me that I should not have the economy dentures while she was fitting everyone else for them. When I told her that I read reviews about the dentures and that some customers did not like them, she removed her mask and rudely said: I name is Dr. Thore and I am glad you did your homework and read reviews but I telling that you can not have the economy dentures because you will not like them and showed us the way out. She was the most horrible dentist I ever dealt with in my life.

Affordable Dentures in Durham, NC are very nice but once they get the money. Then the gloves come on. They are very uncaring about quality of the partial. Mine had more product than teeth. I had 4 missing teeth on lower. They gave me (1) one for the left side and one (1) for the right. Each time I went for a fitting to correct what they suppose be correct they would put me where there was hardly good lighting. The technician were rude. I was told because I was complaining about how much product it was compared to the small teeth, the tech said who smiles like that. In other, no one can see their poor quality of work.
I just say I would need give them a dime first. Then when I complained to the BBB they lied. The character of the people there it is sad. But the put on a good show.
Hey my dentist is racist too, my child wanted a red lollipop and he gave her a orange one saying that he does not have any red. Probably gives the red ones to rich white children.
I'm sorry.. but where in your post was she "racist"? Every time I make a visit to my dentist (we are not of the same race), she is working on at least 3 patients at a time, which means she's constantly leaving me and coming back and even asking how I'm doing from way across the room! How is that rude or racist? Also, I have seen the economy dentures on my sister in law and they are awful looking. IMO, the dentist was just trying to save you from being another unsatisfied customer.

I went to Affordable Dentures in Richmond, Ky and I also would NEVER recommend Affordable Dentures, as I have had a terrible experience myself. The dentist there told me that my bottom had some kind of deterioration and that within a few years I would loose them all anyway. So I chose to have them pulled everyone at the office praised the dentures, and said that it would be the best thing I ever did! I to never received a follow up call or exam. Every time I called the office with an issue the receptionist was VERY RUDE, AND UNHELPFUL! I felt like I was just a piece of paper, just wad it up and throw in trash can. I went to see what I could do about the dentures fitting so big in my mouth and wanted to do a liner and the dentist came in and said that I had my teeth out long enough to get my permanent so I had to do a return visit the next Monday and received the same plates back, and sill today I am having problems, I just recently called to the office and found out all that I had done was a PERMANET LINER WAS placed in my original set!You never get to tell them what you want you just get what they want you to have. I FEEL I HAVE RECEIVED JUNK TO PUT IN MY MOUTH! NEVER WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE OR ANY OTHER AFFORDABLE DENTURE OFFICE! YOU WILL HATE YOURSELF! Oh just a lasting word when spoke with the receptionist her first words out of her mouth about dentures was "WE DON'T HAVE ANYTHING NICE TO SAY ABOUT BOTTOM PLATES!" but before I had procedure done they (including receptionist) PRAISED THE DENTURES! GO FIGURE! I CHOKED ON THE HOOK, LINE, AND SINKER!

I went to Affordable Dentures in Bellevue NE, and after my extraction's i never received a follow up call, I was in severe pain and after the pain medication was done I was still in severe pain, the doctor would not do anything. It has been a month and I'm still having problems and pain. I will never have anyone I know go there.They do not care about their patients. If I could I would like some of my money back. I have gone back several times and the last time my top denture is bothering so they tried to fix the problem but made it worse. They have also put me on more antibiotics. If the antibiotic's don't work I will be getting an x ray which i will probably have to pay for because my thirty days will be up.
We do care about our patients. I will have to agree, that we probably did not make a call the day after surgery. That is something we have changed. Pain pills are addicting and we can not give a refill with out seeing the patient first. It is always a good idea if you are in serve pain to go to the doctor. Most of the time, after extractions, pain is caused from the dentures rubbing, or from a dry socket. Either of these situations requires a visit to the doctor. A person is constantly changing after extractions and it does take regular visits to make the dentures comfortable especially in the first 6 months. If the patients requires another x-ray to see what is going on, after initial treatment, they are always done at no charge. We apologize for any misunderstanding, Affordable Dentures in Bellevue.

I bought a set of dentures from Affordable Dentures. Went in for an adjustment. OK, I'll give them a honest try. Three days later it felt like I had two bricks in my mouth. Call to inquire about a refund, I'll give the dentures back, they give my money back. I was informed that they have no redund policy. Called the 800 number, was told they would get back with me(still waiting).
I would not suggest this company to anyone.

Your advertising says I'd walk out with a new beautiful smile, I left with a mouth full of teeth that are too big and ill fitting dentures. They say you have to wait a full year before getting my permanent dentures. Meanwhile I have to wear these temporary ones that are uncomfortable and the bottom ones will not stay in, even when using glue. I had mine done in late May early June last time I went back to have them adjusted they told me the second step to make a better fitting bottom will not be until November. I think all of this is unnecessary, and should be able to get my permanent ones now. My gums are well healed and it is more of a danger continuing to wear this ill fitting ones that can cause more of a chance of getting sores and infections that could possibly kill me since I have no immune system. Do you have any solutions for me Can I request them make my permanent dentures since they already have my money?
I went to Affordable Dentures in Bedford Va. They extracted 4 teeth, which were holding a partial in place. I had a custom bottom denture made. Of course they slap this thing in your mouth immediately after taking your teeth out. At that time you are numb, everything feels good! A few days later I discovered something in one of the sockets. It was bone. I went back. The dentist numbed me and proceeded to break off the bone with a pair of pliers and sent me home. A few days later I still felt something in that area and in another area. During this time I had to chop or puree everything I ate because it hurt so much. Again I went back. I told her I had bone splinters. She told one of the assistants to put a soft liner in my denture, and told me the bone would eventually dissolve!. After one month and 5 trips at 140 miles round trip I still cannot chew solid food due to discomfort. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Spend a little more money and get a better job done.

First of all i'm only 22 yrs. old, so having a partial denture (upper& lower) was something that I was sensitive about, but I trusted that this could improve my smile and be well worth the money.. I was WRONG! The day I had my partials made I went in early in the morning, got called back into a room, the dentist told me that only 3 out of at least 6 problem teeth needed to be pulled. This seemed odd, but he's a dentist so I trusted him. They did the impression, I chose the premium set ( most expensive ) and went home. I came back later that day, waited over 2 hrs. in the waiting room, got the extractions done then they put the partials in. I was the last patient. As soon as a got home, barely 30 mins away, I called up there because the pain meds I was prescribed were the wrong kind because they make me very ill, but the receptionist couldn't change it because the dentist was already gone. I feel I was rushed out of the office and not treated fairly. The nurse was incredibly rude, treating me as if I were an idiot. The dentist acted like I didn't know anything about my own mouth. He made a mistake on one of the teeth and said that I should come back another time to get it fixed. I'm not a confrontational type of person so I said this was ok. The teeth were awful, I couldn't eat with them in, they were crooked, pinched, felt sandy, and tasted disgusting. I went back to get the tooth fixed with other complaints such as sore spots and crooked bite and was told that I would have to get used to them because I'd never had partials and they aren't supposed to be comfortable. It's been 2 weeks later and I still can't eat with them, they simply do not fit. Although reasonably priced..do not let this company's satisfaction guaranteed mumbo-jumbo fool you. They are rude and do not care at all about their patients, just their wallets. I am planning to get a refund!

Had remaining teeth pulled and got dentures, was showed video at consult visit, but couldn't hear it over music, asked if I needed to know anything and told no, dr Pearce came in, looked at mouth and said they would make me a pretty smile and was gone in five minutes or so, had remainder of teeth pulled, again was showed video I couldn't hear over music, lower denture was horrible fit, was told by manager that some of their patients had to use adhesive on lower plate, which I despise, asked why I wasn't told this before and tech said it was in video which infuriated me and I reminded her that I couldn't hear it, they offered to redo it, after it's too late and. teeth are gone I was told I didn't have a lot for plate to hold on to, I pointed out if I was told before I would have to use adhesive at initial consult I would not have had any work done, when so called remake was brought out it was really the same plate with wax on it to try to hide that fact and I was again infuriated that they tried to make a fool out of me, manager then said that all their patient have to use adhesive and become irritated when I pointed out that a few minutes ago was told some not all had to use it, he then tried to sell me on implants, when I told him if I were to get implants it certainly wouldn't be there, he then generously offered to reimburse cost of lower plate but I would have to leave lower plate there, knowing I had to have lower plate, this place puts you in a situation that if you want to chew anything you have to take what they give you wish Bryant office was shut down and they have to reimburse every patient they screwed over, the 2 grand would come in handy now for work I'm desperately need now.
I agree with being rushed I was in for adjustments and dealt with Annie what a sweet person but the next time was with Yolanda and she was rude and would not let me finish a sentence without telling me I was wrong and trying to argue she is the one who rushed me, if she would have just taken the time to hear me out and not try to one up me then my problem would have been solved then but I went back again and she did the same thing I asked her questions and she did not know the answer so I asked to speak with the dr and she said no he was to busy so I called again later this time I told her because of the reviews I read online about a lot of people having to contact an attorney to get results I was leary to use them to start with and she did not let me finish and told the dr I threatened them with a lawyer which is not true I was making a statement about the reviews I had read and again if she would have just listened to me and heard my entire statement she would have known I was not threatening them just stating a comment about a review, also everything I say to her she says no that is not what you said and basicly called me a liar, The dr and annie are so nice but Yolanda is a thorn there, she is angry about something and has to be right about everything she takes out her anger on the pts, If you want dentures I would say they are great but to avoid drama with Yolanda go somewhere else. The following was submitted to the Attorney General of Indiana, Consumer Protection Division and to the Indiana Dental Association Peer Review. Shut this place down and refund all payments to the vicitms of this scam:
On June 20, 2013, I visited Affordable Dentures, Franklin, Indiana, to receive same-day partials. From the clinic published offerings, I selected what is termed “The Premium Package, ” at a cost of $1780. The Package consists of a set of full or partial dentures, with the promise of being allowed to return at any time during the first year of wear for repair and adjustments. A final set is then placed in the patient’s mouth. The words “at any time” echo throughout the clinic as the patients are being fitted for teeth, and again, as they leave: “You may come back any time you need to.” That promise turns out to be a lie, particularly for purchasers of The Package.
At the time of my visit, I had eight teeth remaining, with only the two upper teeth to be extracted. I had been wearing partials and bridges for 17 years. The price schedule the assistant put in my lap showed extractions at $75 each. I was charged $105 for each one, and not told of the inflated price until after surgery. Dr. Stahl made the dollar amount out of whole cloth. This is bait and switch.
Patients are given two prescriptions and are told these have to be filled immediately or surgery will not be done. At the beginning of my visit I completed a medical history revealing a thyroid condition. The medication Dr. Stahl prescribed came with a printed indication of potential death to those with thyroidism. The prescription is given to every patient, no matter their medical condition. This is malpractice.
Over fifty patients were seen on the day I was. They were herded through the clinic, with their dentures made as fast as credit cards can be swiped, and regardless of quality. When mine were placed in my mouth, a definite elevation on the upper right was noticeable; the length of the right side teeth was pronouncedly shorter than the other side. I noticed this after I went to my car and called in the message. The hateful assistant Rose left a recorded reply, “Your teeth were made the way they are supposed to be, so I don’t know what your problem is.” No mention of “We’ll fix it any time.” Certainly, no consideration for the pain of the patient was forthcoming.
I went back anyway. When looking into my mouth, Rose told me, “Nothing is wrong with the partial. It’s you. You have a lip like Elvis. You snarl like Elvis and that’s why you think the teeth look funny.” I am 61 years old and never in my life have I been told I look like Elvis. I have never had elevated teeth on one side, either. I asked to speak to the dentist and in came Dr. Wick, owner of the practice. She looked at my mouth and told me I shouldn’t criticize her work and I should leave. I asked her to take the partial and make the teeth the same length. She stormed out of the room shouting at me, “I’M NOT GOING TO DO IT. I DON’T HAVE TO DO IT.” I told Rose that Dr. Wick had better do it. Rose grabbed my arm (I was still sitting in the exam chair) and shook me, saying, “You don’t talk to US like that.”
In a few minutes, Dr. Wick returned and added length to my teeth, so that miraculously, after 61 years, I no longer looked like Elvis! And then she said, “We added lots and lots to your teeth!” The same teeth that minutes before didn’t have anything wrong with them, according to her.
The lower partial was three times the size it needed to be. It wouldn’t fit into my jaw, particularly the right side. Dr. Wick continued to tell me my mouth would “adjust” to a denture so big that my tongue wouldn’t lay flat. I could not chew, couldn’t talk, and couldn’t get the partial into my jaw.
The week after this bizarre act of dental malpractice, I called for an appointment to have the lowers decreased. I was told that no one could come back until two weeks post-op; even those of us who had no gum swelling, and who had paid for The Package.
The shoddy work of Drs. Wick and Stahl resulted in blisters, lesions, sores and bleeding in my mouth. All caused by Affordable Dentures’ defective product. The lowers would not allow my mouth to rotate or chew. And I was expected to be tortured like this for no less than one year and up to two years! Subsequently, I was examined in an emergency room and by a dentist in federal practice, all advising me to contact Dr. Wick for adjustment.
Works was done to make the partials smaller, but still do not fit my mouth and are completely unusable. Sores and lesions continue to form on my gums due to the defective workmanship of this garbage for a product. Parts of the upper partial have chipped off during normal wear. I called again (“You can come back anytime!”) in early August for repair. The nasty Rose told me I could only come on a Tuesday between 1 and 2 o’clock. She then said, “You come when I tell you to, or you won’t get an adjustment or repair.” So I haven’t been back. I live with the worse excuse for a set of partials ever made. The chewing surfaces are almost non-existent. The lowers cannot be worn. The uppers continue to chip. These substandard, inferior teeth are causing pain and suffering as well as embarrassment by not being wearable.
Most new denture issues are caused by gums adjusting to extractions and the placing of artificial teeth. These are not problems particular to me. My gums were ready for permanent partials, yet Affordable Dentures refused to provide them. At one point, Dr. Wick, in an effort to deflect responsibility for her inferior work, pointed to my natural tooth #22, and said, “It’s this one that’s causing all the trouble. This tooth gave us FITS!” Tooth #22 had nothing to do with the creation or placement of her shoddy partials. My #22 is perfectly normal and was not in the way of anything. Dr. Wick simply had to divert attention from her fraud by projecting away from herself.
At the moment I paid $1990 on my credit card to the assistant named “Dana”, I asked for a copy of my file. Dana’s reply was, “What do you need it for?” I said I have the right to access my medical records. She said, “We don’t do that.” Affordable Dentures willfully violates HIPPA law.
A week prior to submitting this complaint, I sent an electronic message to the corporate office of Affordable Dentures, Kinton, North Carolina. The narrative here reflects that message. I allowed corporate ten days to provide an answer and nothing has been received, nor have I heard from the Franklin office.
I am requesting a full refund of the price of my partials and extractions, $1990.and the two dangerous prescriptions I had filled, totaling $55. Additionally, a consideration of $800 for the infliction of physical pain and suffering and patient inconvenience is requested.

I bought dentures 2 times from this place after 14-16 mo. They broke now they want me to pay for the repair of my most recent set I have had them repaired 2 times in 3 weeks this is so unfair to me and alot of other people do not buy any dentures from this place they are a rip off, but you do pay for what you get a set of really cheap made dentures! I am like alot of the people that go here I dont have the money for a real set of dentures, buyers beware.

I took my wife in for an estimate. They told me that my insurnace would only pay for the top of the line stuff and that my out-of-pockrt would be $1400.00. So we got started that day. They took and retook several molds and chareged me $399.00 for that day. The next day we were called and told that my wife had to come back and have all of the molds redone. Ok, more time off of work but she did it. Today was the big day. She took the meds to get her redy to have her teeth pulled and we arrived at our appointment only to learn that they were only off of the pout-of-pocket estimate by $2300.00! WOW THEY A

This dentist was incompetent and abusive. After being insulted, I got my money back and left. I have since talked to two other people who had work done by this dentist and they said he treated them the same way and that the work he performed was substandard, one has crooked teeth the other had to go to another dentist and have a new set made. I had to suffer thru ill/non-fitting temp dentures for one yr. no amount of adjustment/glue would make the temps fit. Purchased the premium package plus post implants. Doctor involved with my case sold company to another Doctor right after installing implants, I was told the new doctor would take care of any problems/adjustments...I could flip dentures right off the post with my tongue(not supposed to be possible) Had to Wait 90 days before a doctor that deals in implants showed up at office. New owner doctor refused to touch my case ..said he doesn't do follow-up or adjustments for implants done by another Doctor. I was ripped off after paying a around $2700. I can't count the old people that went out the door crying have never come to affordable dentures.have to fight affordable denture staff & doctors all the way and hope you'll receive a good functional product in the end, the Corporate office is in Kinston, NC.

Charged for upper/lower, plates and extractions, girlfriend came home with only uppers removed and no plate, in pain, tears, absolutly torn up. She was told the lowers were infected and she should see an oral surgeon. When they called me for billing info, they said all were removed. My girlfriend went back at 2:00pm in pain to have her upper plate fit and they said she needed her original invoice (Which showed all removed and billed as such with both plates). She had to drive back home, get it and return. When I called to find out what happened - holy crap - you'd have thought I was accusing them of something criminal, complete and immediate rude, curt and inflammatory response... The doctor was aggressive and the pain was intense, he said due to her low body weight, he needed to be careful with novocain side effects. I guess that means sit down, shut up, stop complaining - I am yanking teeth here. Add the driving back and fourth - what a heartless bunch of money hungry, meat processing #s. Additionally - the staff - at least one - is insane...
Folks - while I can understand a "pressure cooker" environment, I fail to comprehend how it applies to your facility – as you are not a government or charitable organization. I have been met with short, curt and accusatory comments, while - in my best corporate communication skill set, trying to keep inflammatory remarks to a minimum. We were charged for a complete extraction of lower/uppers and plates. I was under the impression (No pun), that removing the lowers were complicated and wouldn’t be done, when the billing assistant called for my credit card information – I was told all were done. I was very pleased and when my girlfriend returned home, only the uppers had been removed, however the invoice included uppers, lowers, extractions and plates. Upon calling the assistant, I was told it was an entire “package” that was purchased. I asked why the invoice included lower extractions and plates when nothing was done, it was the beginning of the end for our business/client relationship. Regardless, in pain, my girlfriend returned at 2:00pm to get her upper plate and resolve the billing issue and she was told they could do nothing without her original receipt. She returned home, picked it up and went back to get her upper plate. I had a copy of the original and the second receipt and noticed my card had been pre-authorized for both charges. I called in this morning and asked if a credit had been applied and/or the new receipt had no record trail of credit/charges as they occurred. I was told “that’s why we asked for the original receipt – you shouldn’t have any copies”. I said I made a copy and she said “well that’s where the problem is”, I asked if the charges reflected on the invoices had in fact been made and she said “no, just the second one – okay – bye!”. My best understanding of the issue is she had an infection in her lower jaw and the doctor expressed she should see a oral surgeon as it would be “extremely painful” if he performed the procedure. Understand, this woman was terrified and already in considerable pain from the upper extractions – she agreed. When trying to clarify this with the assistant, I became a villain – an immediate “we can do the procedure, she refused treatment”, did not reflect the doctors concern or why she refused, only that the patient was at fault and a – how dare you – response. I apologized several times and expressed my intent was only to clarify what we needed to do, I was met with incredible resistance which elevated to rude.in today’s workforce and economy, while you seemingly have a captive audience, a quick scan of the internet reflects similar results, with some pointing directly to the office in question. This is my two cents – I own/operate an auto repair facility, had one of my employees talked to clients in this manner, I would bring them aside and communicate my concerns. The next occurrence I would suggest a communication seminar and/or dismissal… in my opinion, the office is i. E. Overbooked or the client base / location is challenging. My only error was apologizing so many times, trying to disarm the situation, all the while feeling like a major inconvenience.

I got my dentures in July and I've cried often about them. I had gum disease, and alot of teeth missing so I had to do something. I bought the premiums and the lower plate look like skinny skeleton teeth, its like white tooth picks they arent molded like teeth at all.. I hate taking pictures my mouth looks droopy n crooked when I dont smile, but when I do smile you see raggedy picks in place of my bottom. I wish so many days I never walked into that place. I cant say I got what I paid for because the package deal was expensive and the work is crap! stay away from this business, I wish a many days someone would have warned me.

I had my dentures made by Affordable Dentures. they have never fit right. I cannot eat with them in and have been living on ensure for the past year. I went from 145 lbs down to 120lbs over the time i have had theses teeth. they hurt my mouth to the point where i get blisters from them rubbing. I understood that they were cheap when i purchased them, but i can see i am going to have to spend thousands over the next year to have a new pair made by someone qualified to make dentures.
I planned this out very carefully, asked all the questions, one of them, " will the new dentures look good? " I was told the Dr. carefully looks at your smile to choose just the right teeth. I had my teeth extrated, right away I had a bad infection, I cried day and night, I did everything I was asked to do, went back many times, each time waiting for hours to be seen. I could not wear them at all for a week, 1, they were too big, would not fit, 2, my mouth hurt so bad, I could not take the pain, after a week and few days, I had to put them in, had them adjusted to hold in my mouth, I look like a fresk! The new dentures are much too big for my mouth! I was told that everyone feels they are too big, that must be a trait of ffordable Dentures. Now I must return to work, in pain, big teeth, I will call again, I am sure to be told, " just give it more time" ! I am embarrased to go out anywhere. Affordable Dentures made me broke, and ugly, like a fresk!
do what I ask
I just left this "dentist" office for a simple extraction of a cracked tooth. And when i called i was told on the phone that they would pull it if that is what i wanted so i like an idiot went in waited for 3 hours for nothing they would not pull it he only wanted to send me to a dentist to fix it even when i am in the chair crying and begging that it be pulled and have had the same tooth on the other side pulled nothing!
Whatever happened to customer always right i pay you you do what i ask!

On 12/9/2017 I went to Affordable Dentures to get an immediate partial denture. Even though they made three impressions, the dentures didn't t fit. They kept going back and forth cutting off pieces of the denture to try to keep it place, telling me to use denture adhesive cream to hold in place. It was in place when I left the office but not for long. About an hour later it was out again. So I called them the next day. I went in and the Dr. again tried to make them fit. They still don t fit.
My upper partial kept cracking in half, went back to Affordable Dentures in West Springfield, MA to get it repaired. They told me it couldn't be repaired and would keep on coming apart, and I'd need to buy a new partial for $590. I'm laid off, but figured I'd better get the new one. I had to pay upfront, and it took almost a week to get the new partial. In the meantime, they actually fixed the old partial GOOD AS NEW. I picked up the new one, and they imformed me the office was closing within the next few days, and I'd have to drive to Providence, RI or Albany, NY for any further fittings. The new partial doean't fit right, some of the teeth are elongated and uneven, and they're sitting in a container in my closet while I wear the perfectly repaired partial that "couldn't be fixed". I'm so distraught over this, just had to get it off my chest. These people should be taken to every state's AG!
I went to affordable dentures in Panama city florida. the personal are rude .I'm very disappointed I have to way old day for one impresion tha'ts not fear.I'm 80 year old I want my job right but they treat me like cow .they shoul have theirs licencences revoked.I want my money back!
Don't go to Affordable Dentures with Ryan Fleming! They are scam artists - I purchased the 'package' which was to include the dental implants for the lower denture. I have been horribly self conscious ever since I got these in January, 2017 - my upper lip sticks out like I have buck teeth and they hurt so much. I have gone back to have them refitted and they treat me as if I'm crazy and nothing gets fixed...and of course, you have to abide by their schedule which is horrible for a working person. Needless to say, I can't eat anything solid anymore because no matter how much adhesive I use, you can't chew. The office staff is EXTREMELY RUDE. They told me that I LIED about my health. And that's the reason for my problems - They are the liars! When I went in for what I thought to have the mini-implants put in - they told me that it would be another $2017.00 plus and that I didn't paid for the package that included it - I am so angry! Please don't go to this guy or his staff. I saw one comment on here about them opening at 7:45 - B.S. They make you wait in the COLD and when you do finally get in a chair - all the 'artwork' is of a NARCISSTIC RYAN FLEMING! All the pictures in the office are of him - DON'T GO TO RYAN FLEMING OF AFFORDABLE DENTURES!

I had dentures made at affordable dentures in Wilkes Barre, PA about 3 weeks ago. For the last 2 weeks I've had my old dentures in my mouth.
The dentures tasted like acrylic, I tried soaking them in mouth wash, lemon juice, and baking soda but could not get the taste out. I kept getting sicker and sicker from the taste and the sandy feeling in my mouth.
I am very petite. I weighed 110lbs when I got them made. I lost 5lbs in one week. I could not hold anything down from the taste and the feeling in my mouth.
I am not new to dentures. I've had them for about 40 years and never experienced anything like this.
I told them I did not want them remade, I want a refund.
They told me I have to return the dentures and wait for corporate to give me a refund.
I paid $660.00 when I got them made, which came out of my bank debit card immediately. They did not have to wait for the money, why should I have to.
These people should be put out of business, they are would be dentists. Have no idea what it takes to make a good denture.
If you are smart, you will stay away from them.

The "so called" dentist there never once checked by mouth before or after the dentures. They are extremely inferior. I am reporting them to the BBB and stopping payment on my credit card bill. This place should not be in business.
looking at their site it seems you chose the custom dentures at 660.00 ..thinking maybe you should have chosen the premium dentures at 895.00 ..use a credit card for all purchases this way you can cancel the charges if you dont get what you deserve

Won't recommend this place - staff treat you like cattle. The staff treats you like a child and will not listen to you and state "I told you" etc. They treat the customers like children and even made my friend cry.
Long wait when they ask to come in for adjustements before 10 :00 a. M. And won't take you in order. Waited over 2 hours for a liner.
The dentist if great, but his staff do not provide customer service and since the older people tend to go to this dentures, they treat them horrible and abbusive and blunt.
Also, when you paid up front for the dentures and go back for adjustment, liners they have you money and don't care how long you wait or tell you you have to wait or come back another day. ' dont not are about customer"

Treated terrible...went there 2 weeks ago to have a bracket adjusted ...told I had to be there by 10 am...my schedule doesn't make that very easy...finally was able to make the requested time slot ..sat for an hour and never saw any personal. Sat in the and called a friend in the business...he told me to come right down to his office ...please don't use Affordable Dentures...you will not be treated well...Pay More Get More...
I agree...You are treated with no respect. I read the horror stories for dentures, didn't think I would have one for having to have a wisdom tooth pulled and had a feeling the tooth next to it had to go, yes I was right at least I don't feel they ripped me off for a second tooth. I was told on the phone that even the wisdom would cost $65. So they shot me up with novacaine, then told me to pay and come back, so I did. The cost $260 for x-ray and two teeth pulled, I questioned the amount. The wisdom was $130, what was I to do but pay it since jaw was going numb and I knew I had to get this taken care of or I would be in great pain. I am a big baby when it comes to my teeth, it's my phobia and I always let the dentist know this. Well I could barely open my mouth for the needle and they Doctor said "Mame I need you to open wider, I tried and he said it again. Then there was a point while ripping my tooth out that it really hurt, he said "Mame I have to ask you to calm down, we have other patients here and they don't need to here me". Maybe they should put doors on each room. Then my arms were on the chair but my hands were upwards and he the Dentist put them down for me. I felt like it was a meat factory, pay your money, sit down and let's get on with it. Then when it was finally over I asked if I could see me teeth, I was told "NO". Did not really get an answer why not, and got to see them as they were being taken away. What is the big deal with me wanting to see my own teeth. I will never go back there again, I think I would rather shoot myself in the head once the pain would not go away!

I ordered the custom dentures from the company. The day they gave them to me I informed them the dentures did not fit. They told me it was fine and come back in 2 weeks and they would do a remake if needed, and adjust it otherwise. I used my old dentures for the 2 weeks and when I returned they told me they would only fix any sore spots I may have and replied 'I dunno what to tell you' when I said they didn't fit.
Then a man came in and said the new teeth were same as the old and I said 'no look there man, its the gum thats too high'. The man then turned and bent over about 12 inches from my face and shouted 'DON'T CALL ME MAN! YOU CAN CALL ME SIR WITH RESPECT'. I could smell alcohol on his breath and was very nervous about his aggression because he was a very tall large man. I said 'man is just an expression, I didn't mean it with disrespect, just trying to show you the problem area on the denture'.
The man then continued shouting and said 'Get up and get out of here! GET OUT! HIT THE BRICKS BUDDY!' I was afraid to say anything else because he was red in the face and obviously drinking so I got up and left. As I left I noticed there were at least 2 other customers in the cubicles beside mine who heard the exchange. Also my fiance was there with me. At the front we asked them to put in writing that they were refusing to make the adjustment and the receptionist stated 'I ain't giving you nothing in writing, bye'. There were about 12 customers in the lobby who heard this exchange as well.
I have never been treated this way in my life and I cannot remember being that afraid for my safety. He frightened me so much that after I left when I realized he still had the teeth the company made that did not fit, I was afraid to go back so I just called and asked. I was placed on hold then the line went dead.
I will tell you that after having thought about this overnight I am getting very upset. I paid for custom dentures that would fit, and I was given something that I cannot wear at all. I want custom dentures that fit... I paid for it. I do not want any drama about it, I did not pay for drama and intimidation. The part that unsettles me most about all of this is that I am 26 yrs old but I noticed many of your customers are senior citizens and I should really hope and pray that this office is not treating them the same way they treated (attacked) me if they try to get them to stand behind their quality promises. I have looked online and found quite a few testimonials from consumers that are almost the same as mine. Very unsettling. I am hereby demanding in writing that Affordable Dentures refund my money because they not only didn't provide dentures that fit, but they kept them when I tried to get them to make them fit. I will cc my attorney on this email in case Affordable Dentures decides to outright scam me.
I will take legal action but my point of this post was to warn anyone going to this company from wasting your money, especially seniors cause with a drunk raging lunatic dentist they could suffer serious mental or even physical anguish. This company is bad news, i don't know how they have been around even 1 year other than maybe the people they try to scam and bully around can't afford a lawyer. Thanks for your time, and please take my warning or you will regret it.

I went to Affordable Dentures in Fayetteville NC 15 years ago. I got the cheaps set that they had because of it being my first set and at the time is all I could afford. I have never had a problem with them. I think its time for a new pair. I will be going back to Affordable Dentures.
Let's just say Affordable Dentures are not at all what they appear to be. I had a tooth fall out, front tooth at that and they want to charge me to fix it and charge me for an office visit. Furthermore, the nurse told me I wasn't suppose to eat Fritos or any hard foods with my front teeth. No one ever mentioned this to me and she was extremely rude and told me to go some where else if I was not happy with the service I was receiving. This happened today. Before using this service, read all the reviews, you will want to find a better, more qualified dentist who care about their patients.
I am sure there are just as many, if not more positive testimonies for Affordable Dentures as there are negative. The Lady that called the dentist "man" had the nerve to complain about the disrespect she received, but she also disrespected the dentist by calling him " man" instead of by his name.
I don't know if any of you reading this has ever been to Las Vegas and stayed at the Circus Circus hotel and casino. All these negative stories remind me of the negative stories I had read about Circus Circus. I had booked my stay in Las Vegas for this hotel and casino, after reading all the negative reviews I was begining to wonder if I had made a mistake by booking my stay there. Well I went and I had a great time, the reviews were far more worse than the hotel and casino. I learned not to judge a business by what someone writes in a review. Not everyone is going to be totally 100% satisfied with the service they are given everywhere, so of course they are going to air their complaint and add more to it than actually happened. I have not been to Affordable Dentures yet, but I am going to go and I will not let some sour pus with a negative lifestyle ruin my day. I will judge the place myself.
you have to realize that the people on these boards are onyl the ones with negative experiences, or they are dentists whose practices are struggling because they lose the $6k from each denture patient. As with every company, there may be a bad doctor in the corporation. Otherwise, the dentures are made to the same quality of most dental labs, and they are forced to "herd" many people in so that they can manage to make them so affordable.
