Kindly note I am extremely disappointed with the service received at the Calderwood property. I moved in 1st July 2019.
I havent missed a payment since January 2020 and made arrangements I did not mind paying extra or the amount requested but nothing was said and then I get them knocking at my door talking about lock down. I don't mind the payment but the miscommunication is terrible.
When I try calling to follow up on what was said by Nqobile Zwane in credit she was never available and always told that she will call me back but never does. Is this legal for a credit control clerk to duck from a customer trying to make payment arrangements or to to just pay?
Proof of payment sent and date was discussed. Why was I not informed further if anything was needed instead of threats of lock down.
I will not leave it here if this matter is not dealt with immediately.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
