My wife got me a Core Series LX Plus chair for my birthday and it's a good chair. It can hold up to 330 Lbs (I'm 190), has a metal armature and base, and good reviews. We got it from Amazon and I was happy with it. It was comfy and sturdy, but the base was made of plastic instead of metal like their website said. After 23 days, the base broke and I couldn't use the chair anymore. I contacted AK Racing support since it has a 5/10 years warranty. They took 5 days to reply and said they accepted the claim, but the part was on backorder and they didn't know when it would be shipped. I asked for an ETA and if I could get a metal base like advertised. It's been 7 days and they haven't replied. I might buy a metal base from a different company so I can use the chair again. I'm disappointed that a chair that costs over $400 is poorly built and their customer service is bad. They lied about the base being metal and their customer service is a joke. I can't return it to Amazon since it's past the 30 days. Not worth the money.

I buy AK Racing Black Core Series EX Gaming Chair, $300, and it's worth $300, the metal is not good, customer service is bad. I call them on Feb 18, phone not work. I email them, they ask for proof, take 63 days to reply. They say they send me something, but it's not a new chair. I email them, they don't reply. I call them, they answer after 2 hours, lady gets angry at me. Terrible products, customer service, employee attitudes and policies, employees don't know what they're doing. Don't buy from this company if you value your money.

Akracing sold me a chair that broke in just a few months of normal use, even though I'm well below the weight limit. I contacted their customer service and it took like two months before I got any info from them about what to do. I sent them pics of the broken parts like they asked, and they said they'd send me a replacement part. But when I got it, I couldn't replace it because there were other parts that wouldn't come apart. They said they'd send me a gas lift "as a courtesy," but that didn't work either because one last piece wouldn't come off. And they wouldn't send me a new base for free, even though it was their fault. I had to pay for it myself! It took months to get everything sorted out, and I had to destroy a washcloth to get the chair together. The customer service rep was really rude and kept insulting me. Don't buy from this company!

I got a chair from AKRacing. It said it can hold up to 330lbs, and I'm about 260lbs. But after a year, the thing that makes the chair go up and down broke. Now I need a new one.

I bought a desk from akracing website on June 14th, but I still haven't got it. The website says it was fulfilled on June 24th, but I don't have it yet. I tried calling customer service, but no one answered the phone.

I got the AKRacing ProX Gaming (2017) Chairs and the frame broke. The steel bracket on the bottom of the chair is also cracked. I sent two tickets to support but haven't heard back yet. One ticket is 9 days old and the other is about a month. I attached pictures of the damage to both tickets. I had to cut the foam and fabric to find the broken steel frame.

I been tryna get a new chair from Akracing since Jan 28th cuz mine broke. It's been a whole 90 days and they still ain't done nothin. I sent them all the proof they asked for, like when I bought it and a video of the problem. But they take forever to respond and sometimes they don't even respond at all. I know the pandemic is makin things harder but this is ridiculous. They need to get their act together and communicate better.

I sent back the chair I bought from Akracing within 30 days. Their policy said they would tell me how much credit I would get or why I wouldn't get any. But they haven't talked to me since July. I've tried to ask them if I'll get my $527.83 back for the chair I bought on June 30th. I even sent them the tracking number for the return label, which was 1z9x43759***. The chair got back to them on July 21st and was in perfect condition.

I buyed a chair from Akracing in December for $279. The frame broke and I tried to get a warranty replacement but they not answering. I need this chair for work because of Covid and they say it has a 10 year warranty on the frame. It's really annoying because I'm sitting on a stool for 10+ hours a day helping disabled US Veterans with their housing needs.

I got an AKRacing chair straight from AKRacing. The chair frame broke. I told them and they said they're waiting for the part to fix it. They said it might take a week or so to get the part. I asked if they could replace the chair because they didn't have the part in stock and I need the chair for my help since I'm a 100% disabled veteran and not having an ergonomic chair is making my injuries worse. They said they only replace broken parts. They said my seat is the only damaged part on my chair. This is a lie! On AKRacing's warranty page, they say they promise to repair or replace any AKRacing chair that is found to be defective in material or workmanship within five (5) and years from the date of original purchase so long as you, the original purchaser, still owns it. AKRacing further warrants the steel frame for a period of ten (10) years. The warranty is not transferrable. This is your sole and exclusive remedy. This warranty is subject to the provisions below. Their warranty clearly says "repair or replace." I don't like being lied to. Also, on their Facebook page, people say they're waiting for warranty claims for MONTHS! This needs to be fixed.

I got an AKracing Chair from Best Buy on October 2nd. They said it has a 3 year warranty. In June, one of the wheels on the chair broke from normal use and I wanted to replace it. I tried to contact them through their website's "Chat with us" section, but the US division has been offline the whole time I've been trying to reach them. They also have a phone number listed at the bottom of their website, which goes straight to an individual's cell phone's voicemail, but the mailbox is full and I can't leave a message. I filed a warranty claim and sent an email with all of my warranty information including proof of purchase to their service email on June 27th. I didn't hear anything back until July 15th, where I got a reply from the service email asking me to send a picture of my issue, which I did right away. Since then, I haven't heard anything else. I haven't gotten a confirmation that they got the picture. I've tried to contact them several times since then, but nothing. I'm frustrated because I don't know what to do, I can't talk to anyone at the company, and now another wheel is bending and looks like it will break because of the uneven weight distribution. I need to use the chair because I'm working from home because of Covid-19.
