Al Zahra Hospital Dubai review: poor administration and poor service

As I have severe pain in my throat and ear so I chose al zahra hospital dubai emergency service.
After registration, I was waiting for more than 2 hours to see doctor.
After approaching reception for the doctor, he told me that we have only 2 doctors available so you need to wait.
Worst experience of my life even it was emergency service.
If I need to bear pain inside the emergency department then it's a shame.
