Alabama Department Of Labor review: Unemployment 1

I file for unemployment back on June 2023. Was advised that empolyer had until June 23, 2023 to respond. Spoke to worker from the mail i finally got mailed In Aug 2023 to call Before Aug 7. Which I have called. Was advised that empolyer still havent reponded to request. But i was advised by the unemployment office in Mobile and received a call back from unemployment in July the employer had untill June 22 2023 to respond they havent, but i was advised my claim should still been processed back in June because employer had a deadline, Spoke to worker that was assigned to me with the number on the letter to call before Aug 7 2023. Which i called on Aug 4 2023. Was advised that the employer still havent responed and she was going the give them more time. So i stated I was already told by my local office and one of your reps call me back in july advised that they had a deadline and my claim should be processed and my pay card should be mailed soon. Im about to lose my apartment and be evitced. I work remotely and have been applying for anoter remote job every week since June 2023. I have been waiting since Is there some who can help me. Ive done all that has been ask. just given the run around these last two months. Thanks
