I have been told that they would make an exception to policy so I can EXCHANGE my coat for a more appropriate size. This coat is either mislabeled or poorly made bc I got the size that I always get in Alala and I am utterly swimming in it. I cannot wear it and I was told that I could exchange it. I have now sent multiple emails and gotten no response so I left a fitting review of the company on Trustpilot.com and will continue to spread the word on social media of their poor customer service issues. I have been a very good customer over the years and this is very disappointing.

Alala is so off the mark this time. Keep sharing your feedback but take it up a notch. Email their support with “URGENT: Exchange Request Follow-Up” as the subject line, as well as your order number, and reiterate the guarantee offered by them to make an exception. If they do not respond, then go public on their social media accounts to get something done about the issue. If none of these works then finally you can dispute this charge with your bank if you’ve been delivered something that doesn’t work or is completely unusable. Don’t let them ghost you!
