I bought a sweater on November 28,2020 at the bella ella boutique in Layton Utah mall i followed all the washing instruction and all the sweater crochet strings came out of the sweater i called to see they can exchange it i did not want any refund they told me they could not exchange it because i washed it , i had only worn the water once and of course i needed to wash it i paid almost $40.00 for that sweater i feel that the sweater was defective not only that the customer service the provided to me was very rude.

This business, Bella Ella Boutique, stole our photo that we own the rights to. It was a paid photo shoot that captured our apparel, footwear and other items our business sells. The photo also includes are personalized business truck in the background and this photo can be seen on our website. We did not grant them permission to use the photo nor have any involvement with them. They used the photo as an advertisement on instagram. Instagram agreed that it was stolen intellectual property and removed it. The photo still can be seen in a post on their website. We have kindly asked them to remove it and they reacted very hostile and stated that they have no legal obligation to credit us for the photo. All we are asking for is credit for our own photo with our merchandise. Since they refused to do so, we would like the photo removed from their website and all media platforms.

I immediately emailed as 2 of the items are extremely poor quality and have stitching on the cuffs of the sleeves that looks like spaghetti and is loose and sticking out all over the place. I asked for a return label to send them back as they were not acceptable condition. Customer service asked me to send photos for them to review- sure! I sent 9 high definition photos back immediately with and without flash and different angles. I received a rude reply from "Trevor" (who seems to have a history of rude interactions with customers per other ComplaintsBoard.com complaints as well as my own) stating that he "couldn't see anything wrong" and can't accept the items back because they are clearance. I wrote back that clearance does not mean defective/falling apart, to which he replied "if you have any other questions let me know." I expect a refund for the defective items (happy to send them back with a prepaid label from them).
