Hi, I was in warranty period, the defect was & yet is endless restarting! it occurred after normal use of almost 10 Months of purchase. agent assumed it's OK after holding one Month for maintenance in their Tripoli center to discover -in the 2nd day- the same condition!
So, returned to the agent who hold it for another Month, but the devise was normal only in the 1st week then reached to the same point: "endless restarting"! it's clear such defect must be alerted the manufacturer to be aware & try to learn & avoid ... but in vain!
I believe your agent concern was the warranty & How to avoid replacing another newer device, discovering this fact, I never apply it to the agent who have nothing to do but fruitless try of fix!
Desired outcome: Please guide your agent to send my device to the Top engineers for study & replace me by another same model out of the warranty percent they enjoy to meet such cases.

Stop dealing with this agent immediately. Clearly, they're not interested in resolving your issue. Take your complaint directly to the manufacturer and demand a replacement or refund. Bypass the local agent entirely if they're not capable of providing proper service. Assert your rights and ensure you're not stuck with a defective product.
