My step daughter got a prom dress at Alexandra's Bridal Boutique for her prom. She spent $400. I called them today to ask about refunds because of the Pandemic. I told them my step daughter hasn't had the dress changed yet. They said they don't do refunds...FINAL SALE. This is crazy during the Pandemic. She can't wear the dress because this is her only prom. Shops like this should change their refund policies to help us during these hard times.

I got a dress from Alexandra's Bridal Boutique in Feb and got it in July. They sent me the wrong size, a 10 instead of a 12. They don't do refunds but they broke their contract. They made me drive two hours to fix it and said they would send it in a week. I got it and it's all messed up. They won't give us extra fabric or refund us. Four out of five bridesmaids dresses were wrong. They didn't try to make it right and now I have to pay more to fix it. The wedding is in a week. I paid for shipping but another girl didn't. This is the worst business ever. I want them to pay for my seamstress. If they refunded me, I could have used that money for their mistake.

I was so upset and asked to talk to a manager about canceling the order and getting a refund. But they didn't help me at all. I think they broke the contract by saying they could fix it and then saying they couldn't. They could easily sell the dress to someone else. I tried to call and email them, but they didn't answer. So I had to find another dress somewhere else. I bought the dress on 11/27 and I want a refund of $2,237.57, including the veil. They also charged me a storage fee of $200.00.
