Basically in a nutshell agree with the above reviews. This place doesn't even deserve 1 star,I didn't have an option for less. You can't blame covid for not returning calls,EVER! It's one thing if they were behind, I totally get that, but they NEVER answer the phone, they NEVER return calls and that's just horrible business. They'll gladly take your money though, they're very good at that, they just don't uphold their end of the deal. I feel bad for my son who's looking to get his license next month (July) but due to this company's negligence and poor service, he'll have to start over with another company.

I was not happy. I cant get the assistance and help I need. My son is still waiting to get lessons. No one even showed up for the second and third lessons. I never received a response to why the did not show up. The times of lessons were changed. They kept telling me they were only one person or did not have enough instructors to work with me.

All Florida Safety Institute I foolishly paid almost $2000 to this company in May that is listed on the Florida department of highway safety website!

I foolishly paid almost $2000 to this company in May that is listed on the Florida department of highway safety website! They refuse to refund or provide services, ill take either! I have called them soooo many times and just get nowhere. They do not answer or return phone calls. Nobody is ever in the office that is "open till 5" in ***. I see a reviewer state they filed chapter 11, why are they still accepting $. I see on indeed that they haven't payed their employees on time for more than a year. Im very frustrated, not sure what to do. Guess Ill have to file a suit in small claims court. What a pain.

We have made numerous attempts to contact this company to schedule lessons after weve paid for four hours. They do not call back and at this point, we just want a refund. The worst customer service Ive ever dealt with and seriously considering involving the local news channel to investigate.

MY SON HAS HAD 2 DRIVING LESSONS SUCCESSFULLY. THE 3RD ONE DIDN'T HAPPEN. IT TOOK OVER A WEEK TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE AND SCHEDULE THE 3RD LESSON AND TEST. WHICH THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, AND WE WENT TO THE FACILITY ON US 41 ONLY TO FIND THE DOORS LOCKED AND TRAINING CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. THEN, AFTER CALLING 2 TIMES AND GETTING NO REPLY, WE WERE LEFT FRUSTRATED. WE NEED THEM TO HONOR THE LESSONS AND TEST OR PROVIDE A REFUND.

Very bad experience! I had an appointment before the hurricane, but we waited for 2 months to reschedule. I get that since the hurricane it will take a while, but it has been 2 months. I passed at another place, but we are trying to call them back to get a refund now.

Scheduled a road test to take in *** and no one showed up a piece of paper left on door to reschedule in hillsborough or pinellas county. We asked for a refund and Manager said there are no refunds for the road test. When you call to try reschedule you are forced to leave a message and no one ever calls you back. I want a refund because no point in trying to call.

All Florida Safety Institute Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. We purchased a package 1-hour lesson and test. When we arrived, there wasn't an instructor available for the lesson so we rolled the dice and took the exam. The examiner made it seem like receiving a reimbursement was no big deal for the $75 lesson we didn't receive. A month later, I am still waiting to be reimbursed. Word of advise: don't upgrade your package if your child needs to take their road test...there won't be an instructor available and they are in no rush to reimburse you or have the courtesy to answer your emails/phone calls. I waited over 10 minutes on hold to leave a voicemail. Really?

I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service and scheduling of this company. We waited 3 weeks to even get someone to call us back for scheduling which I had to initiate the call. Then wait another 7 weeks to even start the driving and then it was every 2 weeks. So we've been dealing with this since the end of August. The driver has been amazing but the last class was canceled with no communication. The only reason why I found out was because I texted the contact asking to cancel the one additional hour. I then received an email confirming the appointment which was actually canceled so I texted the contact again to double check to make sure this was indeed canceled with no reply. I then texted her the next morning to get something rescheduled and nothing back. I then call the main line, spoke with someone, told them I want a new date for his last class and how unprofessional this process has been and she disconnects. No call back! If the disconnect was on accident, why wouldn't she call back? So then I called back to leave my number and still 2 hours later nothing. I finally got a hold of the main line and the ladies there are useless. There is no manager to speak with, no one to fix the situation nor reschedule. So now we are 2 weeks later and STILL no call back. I've left my number 3 more times, one call back with a hangup and now they are not calling me back. I emailed the contact and the office with no reply. So I waited all this time to go with a company so they can do the prep and the driver's class and now I'm almost 3 months later with a kid that has no license. If I knew ahead of time this is how they treat their customers after canceling on their end I would have just gone with the other driver school that was able to get me in immediately. Super disappointed and just want a refund of the last class so I can take my kid to the DMV. I would never recommend this place to anyone due to the scheduling and how they treat their customers.

Horrible! Long story but Ill try to summarize. Day that I called and PAID, was told schedule to follow in 4 to 5 days! 22 days later and no schedule and I have called multiple times speaking with many others than the original answering (***) and a supervisor (*** in ***) and every time Ive been told the exact same thing. Someone from scheduling OR MYSELF PERSONALLY will call you back today OR within a couple days! Hasnt happened, not 1 phone call, not 1 email ( they have my email, they sent the registration and confirmation of payment to it on the day I originally set it up) at this point I want my money back and will go find a REPUTABLE service

We use them I believe in 2018 and they were so good that I kept their information to use for my 2nd child to learn to drive. We haven't even stared driving with them but their customer service department is a HOT mess. Basically all I've been trying is to get payment clarified and if need be make payment. Communication has not been happening. Super disappointed!

Paid for driving lessons for my daughter, but have not been able.tp contact the company to schedule lessons. Tried to reach them numerous times through all contact methods offered, but they do not answer or respond. Last attempt to contact them was to get a refund, but once again, no such luck. I filed a dispute with my credit card for service not received.

I paid my whole *** for 6 hours class, 1st they canceled and wanted to reschedule my class. But when my appoinment comes the person or their driver that supposed to teach me didnt show up. I tried to call the number of the driver on student portal but he said he no longer working on this company. It seems like they are fooling people and tryimg to get money.

This place is a scam. The instructor was a no-call no-show and now all of my son's lessons have been canceled that we waited 6 weeks for. The company never called or emailed to let me know that the lessons were canceled. My son sat at his school for 1.5 hours on Tuesday! We can't get a refund and they only offer rescheduling lessons and only because I called. I asked to speak with the Director of these schools and I still have not gotten a phone call or email. This is very unprofessional and I will not allow my son to get into a car with anyone representing this company. The clause in the student contract puts the onus on the student to keep the appointments but there isn't anything that stipulates what happens when an instructor breaches the contract by not showing up to the appointment. I even received a confirmation email yesterday confirming today's appointment but the lady, ***, to whom I spoke with on the phone, said that all of my son's appts were canceled. The "personal" phone number that I was given does not work. Do not give any money to this company.

I recommended this company to a friend of mine because I used their service before and their were not like that, their service is horrible, for the first appointment the instructor didn't show up and they didn't even call to apologize and change the appointment, we he called them they were trying to blame the instructor (which quit) but was their responsibility to call and remake the appointment, then they had to change all 3 appointments because the instructor doesn't work for them anymore, we spoke to Destiny (supposedly the manager) and she refused to give the refund even knowing that they made a mistake. Don't use All Florida safety institute, their very irresponsible

They were super friendly when selling us the plan, but thats where it ended. They always canceled lessons. Instructors would come for an hour *** do 45 min, and write down an hour. One instructor smelled horrible and our kid couldnt stand being in the car with her. Another one made our kid pull over and wait for her to take smoke breaks during the lessons. Another one didnt show up several times, and when we finally got ahold of him, he said sorry, I quit. We paid for 24 hours of lessons 8 months ago, and have only received 16 hours. Its a constant battle just to get an instructor over here. Weve been put off, ignored, and ultimately ripped off. They wont refund anything either.

All Florida Safety Institute I scheduled for sessions back in August

I scheduled for sessions back in August. First, the driving instructor kept cancelling and rescheduling, like 5 times in one hour, HALF HOUR BEFORE the session was due to start. Then when they rescheduled it for was the day a hurricane came here (granted, not their fault). But do you think they called to cancel? I did. And told them not to charge a cancellation fee. To be fair, they took the fee off. Ever since, when I try to reschedule, I get the recorded stuff "You are 3 in the queue." Then it counts down to 1 and then they say "We are currently receiving a high volume of calls, please leave a call back number." And of course, they have not bothered to call me. At this point, it is 8-On Your Side. Get media involved. I work in TV/radio so it should not be too hard. But going by all these comments, perhaps we should try and get a class action lawsuit going. I am there too. About ready to call legal support.

All Florida Safety Institute I am a former Driving Instructor with All Florida Safety Institute

As a former Driving Instructor with All Florida Safety Institute, I can confirm customer complaints are true. My termination came after I demanded overdue paychecks. The company fails to pay employees punctually, if at all. Leadership has driven a once-thriving business to the ground for personal gain, causing layoffs and office closures. Instructors have quit or been fired for addressing these issues, leading to missed appointments. The company's Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing shields them from paying debts to employees and customers. It's appalling. They face multiple lawsuits, and I hope they cease operations. Avoid booking lessons with them.

This company felt wrong the day I pulled up to the strange location. The office for the Daytona Beach market is located deep inside a building on the third floor. No signs. No marketing. I found their suite with the door closed, no sign and one there. Turns out the woman working was on lunch and arrived 2o minutes later. She did not have my appointment booked, yet they took my $125 over the phone for the appointment. Since they "missed" getting our appointment down, I was promised a refund for the driving training and that we would only pay for the drive test which we could go ahead and take that day. I have still not received a refund for the hour of drive training, nor can I get a live person to answer the phone at any of their locations. I am going down to the office in person to collect the refund and I may have to stay all day long so I can warn the other customers! After what I've read here, using this company is a big mistake!

September 13- Be AWARE of this company. This business deserves ZERO stars, had to at least rate one star in order to submit my review. I had to cancel way in advance for good reason and yet I have not receive my $160.00 back. I was told I needed fill out a refund request form which was going to be emailed to me and I did not receive. I called again to have the same person answer my call and say that she did send it and then placed me on hold for almost 10 minutes to then get back on the line and say a manager would have to first review my request before they could even decide if they wanted to the refund request form. I am so disgusted on how companies take advantage of the poor. Stealing their well earned money. I will post this review on *** and anywhere I can find to aware people so they dont acquire this bitter experience. Better off going to straightly to the *** or finding another business that is people friendly.

This company is a total scam, please avoid at all costs. I went to the Melbourne, F L location. Paid $125 for 1 hour of practice and then the road test. The teacher for the practice was rude and truly terrible at teaching. He couldn't demonstrate the three point turn correctly. Before the road test, the road test administrator had basically predetermined he would fail me as english is my second language, and he said he would cancel my road test if he felt uncomfortable. Then during the test he set me up to fail by instructing me to get in the left lane and make a left when there was no time to get in the left lane which was full of cars. He ended the test right then without even giving me the opportunity to finish the test. I has passed the parking portion which surprised the admin, so basically he looked for another way to fail me. Total scam - they rig the test and steal your money. This fraudulent company should not exist in the USA.

Former employee here. This is as true as it gets: this company has ruined people's lives. 60+ people demanding paychecks totaling thousands. I am owed my last 2 paychecks, the owner *** laughed at me when I begged for my checks to feed my family and pay bills. Told me to "get in line". I'm fighting to get my back pay as well as the pay they refused me. My hiring paperwork stated $16/hour, they paid me $15/hour. I was entitled to a raise on August 12, 2022 to $18.10/hour. My trainer sent an email to all, including payroll, they refused to give me the pay increase I earned. They kept me at $15.00/hour until I had to quit. I have emails from *** promising BIG BONUSES and all this other c*** He must still be waiting on the "$1 million from the *** or the $3-$4 million from some foreign investor who's assets are frozen in a investigation. Believe what you read, every story is true. While we were going without food and money for rent ***'s is paying off hos credit cards like nobody's business! $20,000 HERE, $60,000 THERE. They are still taking customer's money with no instructors!

All Florida Safety Institute With all due respect this school is the epitome of scam

With all due respect this school is the epitome of scam. Please avoid at all costs. I purchased a package which included 6 2-hr driving sessions as well as a road test. My schedule was generated and on the day of the first driving class I was contacted by the instructor whom I was assigned to letting me know he could not make it to the class and to call the school to reschedule. I called the school to reschedule and they canceled all of my classes with said instructor (3-4) because he would be out of commission indefinitely. I understand accidents happen but had I pulled that stunt as a student, my classes would not have been tendered as their policy says all classes should be canceled within *** hrs. I ended up having to cancel my 5th class with one week notice which I called the main HQ because the *** near my home would not respond to emails, texts or calls. The person I spoke to said they would relay the info to the scheduler. Well a week later the instructor calls me to confirm the class I had already canceled and I told them I had already called a week prior to cancel. The information was never passed on to the scheduler much less the instructor. At the instructors discretion, he allowed me to make up the missed class on his day OFF! Eventually when I took all of the classes, I tried to reach out to the school to schedule the road test and after NUMEROUS calls, texts to the scheduler and emails, I got zero replies so I contacted the *** directly to schedule my road test before I lost all the skills gained from the driving lessons. The school never rendered a road test despite I paid for the service $762.00.

All Florida Safety Institute Zero does not deserve even a single star

Zero does not deserve even a single star. Not sure how this company is DHSMV authorized school, absolutely misleading one. We booked learning classes for my daughter in June and paid for the total of 12 classes for the amount of $786 dollars upfront. She was scheduled for classes beginning August 3rd week. However, 2 weeks prior received an email stating the instructor quit and they will have to reschedule. Haven't heard back from them since. Called multiple times, long wait times finally at the end had to leave a Voice mail. Got hold of a representative finally today, who was equally very disappointing, she was in the office and said my account belongs to Fleming Island office and she could not help other than send an email to the supervisor. She refused to provide me with the supervisor's name nor the phone number to the supervisor nor the solution to my problem of rescheduling my daughter's classes. When I called the office number call went to the main office, because of the call overflow balance technology or assistance, so should not the main office have the same capabilities to assist like the Fleming Island office, when I explained what is going on, I am told she has nothing to do with Fleming Island office and they do things better at the main location. What is doing things better, other than assisting customers in offering better solutions and rescheduling at the earliest or offering refund. When the company does not have the staff or the capability to run the business efficiently in taking care of the customers why does it have so many branches. I would like to hear back from the company as soon as possible and reschedule the classes or refund the total amount. I would suggest other potential customers to stay away and not get carried away that it is a DHSMV authorized school. Do your research before paying the full amount.

On 8/12/22 I paid $358.77 for a 3in3 (4 hour behind the wheel) driving course to reinstate my license. On 8/19/22 at 9:30 am I met with the driver and we completed the course. I am working on getting the tracking number from my bank but I have a screenshot of my account from their website that shows I paid $345.00 for the course and $13.77 for a CC fee. When I completed it the instructor told me she just has to send an email to someone within her company and the DMV would be updated. It is now nearly 4 months later, multiple DMV appoinments rescheduled and they have still not sent the necessary information to the DMV. When I call I never get an answer and only get called back 1 of 5 times that I request a call back, but when I get a call back there seems to always be a new thing found to be wrong causing it to be delayed (ex: needed last 5 of social, needed S number from DMV database, need to contact instructor who no longer works there to confirm results and that the person that handles this 3in3 quit) I have been calling for weeks and still have not gotten any results. Once again, I'll have to reschedule again on 11/22/22 because they still haven't uploaded my information to the DMV as of 11/17/22 Thursday. I am not seeking any criminal justice unless they don't update my information or refund my money.

Paid over $800 for driving lessons at the end of August. The earliest they could get us in was mid-November. The instructor did not show up and we received no contact. I have now called, left voice mails, and emails over 15 times and no one responds. There is no way to contact them directly over the phone, they force you to request a call back, but they never call back. I have no way to request a refund or to get scheduled for the lessons I paid for.

I signed my daughter up for driving lessons on 9/7/22 and paid approximately $1,075 to the company. I did not hear from anyone after waiting the 14 days that they consider to be a reasonable time for contact. When I called to find out what the hold up was I was told it could possibly be 8 weeks before they could schedule the lessons as they ware behind. Nowhere on their website did it say that they were behind 8 weeks when I paid for the lessons. Had I known that up front I would not have signed up. I waited an additional 5 weeks and still did not hear anything so I called back and was told that they were still behind but they advised that the contacted the scheduler and that I would hear from someone within a few days. Two weeks have gone by and I still have not heard from anyone. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to try and get a refund for services that I have never received from this company. I know that I agreed to their terms when I signed up but the terms also state that I should have heard something from someone no later than 14 days after I paid. It has been 9 weeks and I have had no contact directly from this company. The only contact has been because I have reached out twice now. I attempted to reach out again but only get an automated message stating that I will get a return call. I would like an immediate refund of all that was paid.

On 8/11/2022 I paid in full to the All Florida Safety Institute $2651.75 for 50hrs of driving lessons, plus a road test for my 15-year-old son. Upon calling them they said he would get 2-3 lessons per week for 1.5-2hours in length. They said he would start in 4-6 weeks. (this is from the date 8/11/22). His first lesson was on 10/21/22. over 8 weeks what was promised. I bought the 50-hour program under the assumption when he started he would be driving 2-3 times per week and be able to complete the program within 3 months. They are only scheduling 1-3 times per month. As of today 11/12/2022, he has had only 3 diving lessons and the next is scheduled for December 11. 2022. He is currently scheduled through the end of June 2023. Which is ridiculous, to say the least. It now seems impossible to get a hold of anyone and when I finally did they refuse to refund my money. They are not holding up their end of the contract. I feel as though they pulled a bait and switch. They claim they are short instructors. I'm failing to see how that is my problem. They should not have promised 2-3 lessons per week and sold me that expensive of a package. I want my money back. Please help.

If this is not the situation then they would be refunding my money along with all the other customers they have done this to all across Florida. If you look at reviews, this is happening in Tampa, Saint Augustine, Palm Coast, Jacksonville along with numerous others. Economic times are rough currently and I sure hope this business does the right thing. Their failure to follow through on their end should be recognized and they really should refund us.

On 09/03/2022 I paid $ 978.42 for driving lessons from this business. Three in person driving lessons were completed. One was missed on the 25th of October. (They had promised lessons based around my preferred schedule). On the 24th, I told my instructor via text that because of work I might be unable to make that lesson/appointment. He told some vague and unclear information about "missed appointments". But I decided to leave work early (NIGHT SHIFT) in order to make it. The appointments were set entirely in the mornings, creating a sleep cycle issue. Without me knowing, the instructor had immediately CANCELED the lesson for the 25th, with me finding that out only shortly before the lesson was to start. I called the head office regarding rescheduling, and possibly getting a different instructor. They stated they'd get in contact with the Tampa branch with my requests and concerns, which will then reach out to me. They haven't. On Nov 9th, I was to have a lesson. The instructor informs me on the 8th that he has a "heart appointment" that day, and wouldn't be able to make it, but that he would make it up to me the upcoming Saturday with two lessons, back to back. I agreed. 7-11am. The instructor not only doesn't show up. He doesn't answer my calls or texts. And hasn't done so since. Which leads me to today, the 15th of Nov. The instructor doesn't show up, and I'm unable to contact him. The head office is now also not answering or returning my phone calls.

I signed my daughter up for driving lessons on 9/7/22 and paid approximately $1,075 to the company. I did not hear from anyone after waiting the 14 days that they consider to be a reasonable time for contact. When I called to find out what the hold up was I was told it could possibly be 8 weeks before they could schedule the lessons as they ware behind. Nowhere on their website did it say that they were behind 8 weeks when I paid for the lessons. Had I known that up front I would not have signed up. I waited an additional 5 weeks and still did not hear anything so I called back and was told that they were still behind but they advised that the contacted the scheduler and that I would hear from someone within a few days. Two weeks have gone by and I still have not heard from anyone. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company to try and get a refund for services that I have never received from this company. I know that I agreed to their terms when I signed up but the terms also state that I should have heard something from someone no later than 14 days after I paid. It has been 9 weeks and I have had no contact directly from this company. The only contact has been because I have reached out twice now. I attempted to reach out again but only get an automated message stating that I will get a return call. I would like an immediate refund of all that was paid.

I paid All Florida Safety Institute $763.29 on Oct 18,2022 for driving lessons for my son. They had actually been recommended by a friend who used them for her son 3 years ago. I first tried to contact them a week later after not hearing from them to make sure we had submitted everything correctly and only received an automated email back. Since then I have tried to contact them via phone ( either leaving a message or asking for a call back) at their various phone numbers without a single response. They seemed to have no problem immediately running my card, but since then they are in the wind. It is now Nov. 10, 2022 and I am afraid I was scammed and will try to get my money back from Discover.

I paid for 20 driving classes for my daughter $1,660. She only had 4 classes. Nobody has shown up again. For the last 2 driving appointments that we paid $1660 for driving school they have not shown up. My daughter has emailed them. I have called them left call back number and voice mail. They have responded to nothing. I hope they do the right thing of providing the driving classes or refund the money. If I do not get a resolution will proceed with State Attorney to report.

I feel that I've paid a substantial amount of money and they aren't supplying me with what I paid for. The classes were for my son, ***.

On 20 July 2022, I purchased four two-hour driving lessons totaling $567.79 for my daughter. Her lessons were scheduled for 09/19/2022, 09/26/2022, 10/02/2022, and 10/11/2022. I received a call on 09/19/2022 by the Regional Manager for the Wesley Chapel area who informed me that they would need to reschedule my daughter's lessons because their instructor had resigned. Since then, I have sent numerous email requests to reschedule her lessons but have received no response. I have also called and left voicemails, yet no one has returned my calls. Additionally, I have reached out to their corporate office to no avail.

I chose All Florida Safety Institute because they came highly recommended; however, this lack of communication and service is bad business and totally unacceptable. I need for my daughter to receive her driving lessons or for the company to refund my money, and if neither is possible, I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

I signed a contract with Florida Safety Institute on 8/26/2022, and they charged my Visa card $1028.46. No one showed up for the first lesson on October 21, 2022. An instructor gave my daughter her first and only lesson on October 23, 2022. Her lesson on October 28, 2022 was canceled at the last minute. There was a no show on October 30th. Her lesson today on November 6, 2022 was a no show. I have spent an extensive amount of time on the phone trying to reach people with no avail. An individual claiming to be an assistant manager admitted to missing one of the appointments because he wasn't being paid by the company. He was also scheduled to give the lesson to my daughter today, and I had his phone number. However, when I try to call, I only get a busy signal. At this point, I just want a refund, because I'm beginning to suspect that this whole operation is a scam. Please help me. Thanks

Back in early March 2022 I purchased 6 driving lessons and the road test from All Florida Safety Institute in the amount of $638.50 for my daughter. She received her first lesson on March 23rd. She was then scheduled for 2 more lessons on March 28th and March 30th. When March 28th came the driving instructor never showed up. We contacted the Driving School and was told that the instructor was sick and they apologized. They said he would show up for the next one which was scheduled for March 30th and once again my daughter woke up at 6:00 am for her lesson and he never showed up again and again no one called to inform us or to apologize. We received an email on March 30th at 8:19 pm letting us know that 3/28 and 3/30 lessons were cancelled. We reached out to the school several times and told them that if they were not going to keep their end of the bargain that I wanted a refund, all they kept saying is that the money is not refundable. They even hung up on my daughter. My husband went to the driving school several times to speak to someone and the office was always closed and no one was there. Up to today we have not heard from anyone, nor has a driving lesson been scheduled. I have the few emails that were sent back and forth. I understand that the money is not refundable however they would have to honor their part of the bargain, and this was not met. My daughter just went to the motor vehicle and took her test and passed. This school did nothing to help her and now is refusing to refund any money while only giving her one lesson. This school is a scam. They don't have enough driving instructors or staff to maintain their office in Ocala Florida.

I purchased almost $700 worth of driving lessons from this school back in April hoping to have lessons completed by the end of May. Nobody from the school ever reached out to schedule appointments. After 2 weeks, I called into the phone number and after being on hold for over 30 minutes I was told they still needed the availability emailed. We emailed the availability again and still no one called to schedule. I reached out several more times via email and finally got a response that I would be called the next day. The scheduler still did not call. I emailed again with no response. I finally called her again and she put us on the schedule only to have all of the lessons cancelled the next day due to instructor issues. I called back in to get rescheduled and was finally given 2 lessons in June. The instructor showed up for the initial 2 hour lesson, but never showed back up again. I called in to find out where she was on the day of the second lesson to be placed on hold for 45 minutes and then told they would call me back. No call back the next day and no email, so I called in again and sat on hold for 45 minutes. Nobody ever answered. I called again the next day and held for another 25 minutes before I was told someone would call back. At this point I asked to speak to the scheduler. They put someone on the phone who said they didn't have a current instruction and we just needed to wait until a new one transferred up from Orlando. At this point we have been waiting for going on 2 months. My son turned 16 in February and wants to get his license now, and it should have already been completed, as it is only 6 hours of lessons. We just want a refund and nobody will contact us back.

All Florida Safety Institute Booked In-Car Lesson and Road Test for son at All Florida Safety Institute

On August 27, I arranged an In-Car Lesson and a Road Test at All Florida Safety Institute for my teenage son. He was scheduled for a one-hour lesson on September 22nd from 8:15 to 9:15 a.m., followed by the Road Test at 9:30 a.m., both at the Murray Ford location in Starke, FL. My credit card was charged $138.25 for both services on the booking date. I confirmed the appointments on September 21st. However, on the day of the lesson, the instructor went to my home by mistake, causing my son to miss his lesson and subsequently fail his test due to nerves. The Testing Instructor and customer service assured me of a refund for the missed lesson. My son passed his test on a later date, but despite multiple calls to the institute, my refund has not been processed, and I have not received a callback.

On 6/10/22, I booked and paid for 8 hours lessons plus the driving test, $767.45. I immediately tried to schedule lessons for my daughter as we need her to take the test before school starts at start of August. There was no availability. I immediately called in (booked at 11:05 and called in at 11:15am) and she said I'm so sorry but there is no availability for 6-9 weeks. That wouldn't do, so I told her I just needed a refund...didn't think it would be a problem since I just paid less than 30 min. prior. She said she would have a manager reach out within 2 days. I called back on Tues 6/14 because I had heard from no one. She said the email to the manager had been sent and I should hear soon. I could not wait to schedule something for my daughter so in the mean time called another company to get her a lesson asap. I did not hear back from the manager , ***, until Sun night 6/19 (9 days later!) He said they worked it out to get her lessons starting 7/1 - too far away. I told him since it took so long for him to respond , I already booked somewhere else and that 7/1 was too far out, we'd still like the refund I asked for on 6/10. He said he would forward it to refund review and we should hear back within 2 days. This was on Mon 6/20. I sent him 2 more emails 6/22 and 6/23 and as of today 6/25, still have heard nothing. I gave my phone number in those emails and asked for a call back not just an email and still nothing. I would like a full refund back. I asked for one within 30 min. of booking and was told they had NO availability. I would think that should be easy grounds for a refund. The fact that 25 days later I am still dealing with this and have never been able to talk to someone is ridiculous. They are holding $767 dollars on my credit card which is a lot money. This cannot be ethical.

I signed up to get drivers trying through All Florida Safety Institute. The contract stated that they would contact me within 3 to 4 business days to go over registration and scheduling. I was never contacted and decided since I paid over $300 that I should schedule an appointment. Upon making an appointment my service purchased stated they would pick me up at me home address. Listed on the scheduled appointment was a pickup location for an address that was not my home address I tried reaching out to the company to ask about this and received no response. During the wait for the appointment Hurricane Ian came through and the appoint was changed by the instructor. Again the new appointment listed the pick up location of a different address. I tried several more times to reach out to the company for clarification to no avail. The day of the appointment I decided that since I had not been contacted at all over the course of about 3 weeks since registration and that I was under the impression I had to go to this private dwelling based on the information on my appointment schedule. I decided to cancel the appointment as I was not comfortable with the situation and driving with a random person I had no prior contact with. Shortly after canceling the appointment I finally received a call from the company. I requested a refund and was told it is non refundable. I explained that the contract and website states a refund can be granted under special circumstances. I explained that since I had request a call back on multiple occasions over the course of 3 weeks that I should be entitled to a refund since they had not followed through with contacting me as per their contract. They agreed and said a manager would contact me. It has been approximately 2 weeks since then and they again have failed to return my calls nor has a manager contacted me. I have left 3 call requests today 10-25-22 prior to filling out the report and have not gotten a call.

All Florida Safety Institute On February 21, 2022, I signed my daughter up for 6 hour Lesson Plan plus Class E License Package Bundle

On February 21, 2022, I signed my daughter up for 6 hour Lesson Plan plus Class E License Package Bundle. Total amount paid was $621.86. On and off in March, my daughter called to try and schedule her sessions. No one answered our calls. When she finally got through, she was simply told to submit her schedule. We were hoping to get the majority of her lessons done during her spring break in April. Yet, no one responded until weeks later with a schedule of all six hours on two days in JUNE. Her DMV appointment had been scheduled for MAY. I immediately requested a refund. The manager, ***, rejected my request, citing a boiler plate no refund policy. The manager was able to set up three two-hour sessions prior to the road test prep and test scheduled for May 15th. Two sessions were completed and then the day of the 3rd session, the instructor cancelled. I immediately contacted the manager for assistance in rescheduling the 3rd session. She provided only two times (both Sat evenings) which we were not available. I again requested a refund for the missing two hour session. Once again, she cited to the no refund policy. This policy does not factor in the fact that this company oversells, does not warn customers of the long wait times and unavailability of sessions and the fact that the company cancels the appointments that are already scheduled. The manager again (supposedly with the concurrence of the Director) rejected my request for a refund of the remaining two hour session. I asked for contact information for someone above the Director and was ignored. Then, without warning and explanation, I received an email rescheduling the road test, once again to JUNE. After extensive back and forth with the manager, the road test was rescheduled to May 14th. At no fault of our own, we failed to receive two hours of instruction prior to the road test. As such, I am entitled to a refund for the difference between the 4 and 6 hour package, $125.

I signed my daughter up for a "road test" with this business because we could not find an appointment at the DMV in the immediate future. I was willing to pay the $60 /test with this private organization if it meant she could get her license sooner. My daughter took the first road test exam on 8/24 in the Tampa/ Wesley Chapel location. Her instructor, George, was very nice but he did not pass her. He told us that she was an "excellent driver" (his words, not mine) but at one point during the test, he had to tell her to stop. My daughter insisted that she was already in the process of stopping but that did not matter. While we were not thrilled with this result, we accepted it and decided to take the exam the very next day. The only location near us that had availability was in Bradenton. My daughter again did not pass -- this time, a different, far less engaging instructor (named ***) told me that, while on the course, she asked my daughter to back up 50 feet and my daughter had gone more than half way over in the other lane while doing so. My daughter said that she didn't feel like that was correct. I asked the instructor if there was a painted middle line. She confirmed there was not. I asked how she knew my daughter had been more than half way over. She told me that "she just knew". The road they used for this portion of the test was extremely narrow and there were no road markings. Also, my daughter went more like 200 feet, not 50. I managed to find a DMV appointment today. My daughter took her test there. This time, however, the DMV instructor not only gave my daughter her "pass" on the exam, he noted that she scored a PERFECT score. He found it unreasonable to assume that anyone would not pass her, based on her driving test that day. Neither of the "reasons" given for my daughter's failures we documented or warranted. I'm pretty sure this is a scam -- looking for more $60 test fees. I'd like to see their pass rate vs the DMV rate.

On 7/25/22 I registered my son for driving lessons & paid for 4 hrs of instruction. ($277) We called for 2 weeks before getting scheduled. His first lesson was 2 hrs on 8/20/22 10-12pm w/ *** After the 1st lesson, *** scheduled us for the following Sat. My son's 2nd 2 hr lesson was on 8//27/22 from 8-10am. After the second lesson *** recommended another 2-4 hrs of lessons & then the road test. So, *** scheduled us for another set of driving lessons and then I confirmed w/ the company & pd for the next lessons and road test ($207) so next lesson was on 8/30/22 at 3:30-5pm w/ ***. After that lesson *** said that he was quitting b/c he had not been pd in 6 weeks. I started calling on 8/31/22 & called everyday leaving callback #'s & messages trying to reschedule. FINALLY after 1 week, someone calls me back & schedules us for the last driving lesson & road test for 9/16/22, @ 12:00pm. My husband took off work, checked our son out of school, drove across town, & the place was closed, locked, and nobody would answer the phone. I began calling from 12:15 until 1:15 and never reached anyone. I even tried calling 4 different locations in FL. Around 3:30 the same day, someone called me back & assured me she was sending an urgent message to a mgr. On Sun 8/18/22 I get a text message @ 10:25 asking if I needed assistance, but she could not help me and told me "urgent' matters took 3-5 business days before hearing anything back from a Mgr. I called EVERY day multiple times since the 16th, even im'ing w/ someone on their FB app. Cannot get through, or get a mgr to help me, can't get rescheduled, nor an explanation or apology. They still owe us 2 hours and a road test. They make you sign a doc saying you won't be refunded for cancellations. SO, how long is reasonable? How long do you wait to receive what you pd for? They only test in Ocala on Thursdays and Fridays, so you are already limited with scheduling. This started NINE weeks ago. Please help!
