I ordered £225 worth of perfumes from All Beauty. The Royal Mail tracking number indicated that the parcel was delivered, accompanied by a photo showing it left outside my door. However, upon my arrival home, there was no parcel. I checked with my neighbors, but they also hadn't seen it.
I did not consent to having my parcel left outside or in any safe ulternative, and leaving it in the open outside my door is definitely not a safe place. Unfortunately, anyone passing by, including the delivery person, could easily pick it up, as indeed happened.
I contacted Royal Mail, and they informed me that they would initiate an investigation. However, they advised me to reach out to the sender, All Beauty, for a refund.
All Beauty's customer service number is out of service, and their responses to messages are slow and unhelpful. They simply stated, "The tracking number shows it was delivered!" Well, it wasn't delivered to me! and certainly not to any secure area!
If this matter is not promptly resolved by All Beauty, I will be seeking legal help. This situation is highly unprofessional and shocking.
