Allbeauty has been my go-to for perfumes for like 3 years now, and I gotta say, I've been pretty happy with them. But let me tell you, my most recent order was a total disaster. I ordered this fancy perfume called Tabit from Tiziana Terenzi, and I paid like ?200+ for it. When the perfume finally arrived, it was in the worst condition ever. The cap had fallen off, the bottle was upside down, and there was perfume everywhere inside the box. It was a total mess, and it was clear that the perfume had been like that for a while. There were stains and oils everywhere, and even the label on the bottle was partly coming off. Some of the letters were even faded! And get this, the perfume was perfectly cellophaned.
I was so shocked when I saw it that I immediately called customer service. I talked to this lady named Florence, and I showed her some pictures of the perfume. But she said they couldn't help me because the invoice wasn't wet. Like, what kind of excuse is that? When I tried to explain more, she got all impatient and rude with me.
I don't know what happened to one of my favorite shops, but they've definitely downgraded to some shady business. I'm still fighting with them about it, but I just want to warn you guys to be careful when you're buying high-value items from Allbeauty.

Millions purchase for Christmas
I purchased some millions EAU de toilet for Christmas.
It arrived on time as stated, looked like the real deal, however, the scent was not the genuine article, it’s fake with no shadow of a doubt.
I’m now being given the run around by Allbeaty.
They’ve had the item back for over a week and still not sorted.
They have no interest in sorting the issue.

I ordered on the 16th of dec 22, got a conformation that evri has my parcel, then on 19/12/22 was told there was a delay? Sound familiar anyone!, I’ve been emailing allbeauty since the 23rd of dec and it’s now the 30th of dec and I still haven’t got a reply from them, supposed to be a 4 day answer wait by allbeauty - well it’s now been 7 days you bunch of incompetent people. On the 13 December 2022 I ordered 2 bottles of perfume and paid an extra £3.95 for next day delivery - a week later I had not received anything so tried to call the number on their website numerous times but it was a recorded message and no one answered - I emailed several times and eventually received a reply from a Brad ? Who said because of the Royal Mail postal strike my parcel is delayed but I didn’t order through them but Evri delivery where I have a tracking no but no delivery date - allbeauty refunded my £3.95 but 2 weeks a day before Xmas- I still have NOT received perfume which was wanted before Xmas for a present - I’ve emailed allbeauty numerous times asking for a refund but have had no reply I’m absolutely furious they have £155 of my money and I have no perfume!

Clinique ultra fine eyebrow pencil in muted auburn
I purchased four of the Clinique ultra Fine eyebrow pencils in muted auburn for a total cost of $70.00. However, when they arrived on October 29, 2022 the box contained a correct receipt, but four muted expresso eyebrow pencils. Imagine my surprise to find that despite their error, I am expected to ship them back to England at my expense, for a refund. I have been purchasing skincare and cosmetics online for decades and have never run into such a ridiculous policy! Outrageous!
Desired outcome: I would like to receive a postage page shipping label from this company. Additionally, despite them advertising a Texas address, returns have to go to England. What’s up with that !
Refused to refund a damaged product
Long-term customer of Allbeauty. However, my most recent order went really wrong. I ordered Tabit from Tiziana Terenzi from them, paid £200+. Details of the order:

The perfume arrived in horrid condition. It was perfectly wrapped, with cellophane and everything. Upon opening the perfume box I was shocked - the bottle cap has been removed and fell to the side, the bottle was placed upside down, the metal nozzle by the side, causing perfume spilled everywhere inside. It was clear that the perfume had been in this condition for a while, because not only there were stains and oils everywhere, the label on the bottle had partly came off (with the brand name "Tiziana Terenzi" and product name "Tabit"), even some letters were faded (!). Needless to say I was beyond shocked. Again this all happened to a perfume that was perfectly cellophaned.
I picked up the phone to contact the customer service immediately. Upon providing the photo images, the Customer Service (Florence) said that they couldn't help as the invoice came with was not wet! And when I tried to explain further, she became impatient and frankly quite rude.
The company's response - "we can confirm the product would not be packaged in the way you are stating you have received the product, furthermore as there is no water damage to any part pf the products packaging or the invoice we would believe this to be a false claim and will not be assisting you further."

Parcel got missing/ terrible customer service administrator
I ordered 3 perfume sets from allbeauty that costs £125 in total. Royalmail was the courier to deliver the items on the 17th of September. On that day, it has been said that the item has been delivered but it’s nowhere to be found. I have not agreed to deliver it to a safe or neighbour since someone is at home to receive the parcel. During that day, there was also a delivery from other seller thru royalmail which we have received. I contacted royalmail and was told that they will investigate. Contacted allbeauty and Eleanor, who was apparently the customer service administrator said they will investigate and will feedbaxk after 2-5 days. I have waited but no feedbaxk until I emailed yesterday. She told me that they couldn’t help further as royalmail confirmed that it has been delivered and tracked. I tried to explain to her thru email that it hasn’t been received and I checked everywhere, still she doesn’t want to assist further. Lucy one of the customer service agent replied to my email and said that I just need to send a letter of denial of receipt but this Eleanor said that even if I will send a denial of receipt letter, they will not able to help. We’re not going anywhere as she is so hard and cold hearted human being! It so frustrating and disappointing that your money will just go to waste!

Missing Parcel
I was away with work and noticed while I was away my parcel was being delivered, I assumed it would be left with a neighbour at best or taken to a royal mail depot... How wrong was I!
Contacted all beauty and spoke to Eleanor who eventually opened an 'investigation' which RM and advised 2-5 days. After 6 days I thought I'll contact them as I'm out of pocket and have no items to then be met by a reply from Brad who is a 'Senior Administrator' that RM advised the item was delivered
So I literally waited 6 days to be told it was delivered which the tracking already stated... No card, no safe place to leave the item... I live on a main road, anything could of happened to the parcel. The only place out of sight would be my bins which I checked as the first place. I asked Brad for the complaints procedure and he didn't even acknowledge it in his reply which speaks leaps and bounds to be honest
I suffer alot with my mental health and this whole thing has made me sick to my stomach since it began and allbeauty couldn't care less

What a terrible customer service I received from all beauty. First time customer only order after reading so my good reviews, so my parcel suppose to deliver by royal mail is they knocked the door no one was home so they left calling card for me saying back to delivery office. So I went next day and they cudnt locate the parcel. Advised me to contact allbeauty so I did not get they took week to investigate and than said parcel was delivered. But so we can't help you anymore. But but royal mail and all beauty failed to tell me who they delivered. I as royal mail don't leave calling card if parcel is delivered. No back and forth not I had to open dispute with PayPal as they refused to refund the money or replacement.

I have used this product for many years and really rate it -but on starting a new tube recently noticed the texture was completely different - very watery - therefore have had to use more than I normally would and the hold useless! What has happened please.

Terrible customer service
1 full week ago today I placed an order with all beauty. When it hadn't arrived by Wednesday I checked delivery status & it said delivery attempt Tuesday & calling card left! No calling card was left & I knew there was no delivery attempt as there was someone home all day! I contacted the delivery company who informed me my package was sent back to Dublin because Allbeauty failed to provide my eircode & phone number. I gave details & they said they will deliver. I contacted All beauty and explained to customer services. The person who I'm still communicating via email has done nothing but stress me out! Still waiting on package. She sent messages saying a calling card was left or should have been left and that they do have my details! If this was the case I would have my package by now. How would they leave a calling card when they couldn't locate my home.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
what a nightmare
I received an order confirmation 2 days after I placed it. I was so excited that the lack of a tracking number did not embarrass me in the slightest.
Two weeks later I decided to check the order status on their website and learned that the items were never dispatched. And also it turned out that the confirmation was sent by mistake and that they weren't planning to ship anything that day. I was so frustrated. They kept my items for no reason because all of them were available. Can't cancel it either. So I have to sit and wait.Oh gosh, what a mess!
They are not listening.
I ordered a small package of their hair products just to try them out. It was approximately 20.00 dollars. Since then I received another package of supplies which I refused and marked the box do not want cancel this order. I have charged over $90.00 for hair products and never received any. I also told them to cancel any further products and they are not listening.
