The Hut.com Beauty gift bag

I noticed there was a promotion on Skinstore website, which is purchasing price beyond $150, I would get a free beauty bag worth to $137. Because of this promotion, I bought a neck cream and paid $150.5. However, after skinstore delivered the neck cream via DHL, it emailed me that the free gift bag was out of stock. And I also heard my friends were requested by Skinstore to cancel the free gift set. However, now, its website still shows the beauty bag is in stock and on sale 15%. So, Skinstore doesn't dispatch the free gift bag completely is not because of out of stock, only because Skinstore wants to use big promotion as fraud advertisement to absorb customers and it doesn't want to pay any cost. Meanwhile, I have contacted Skinstore many times vis its message center, snapchat, instagram. And no one replied me. Thus, it is an advertising/ promotion fraud. I don't want to receive the free gift bag at present, and I hope Skinstore will compensate me with equivalent money of this beauty bag, $137, because I will move to another apartment in June and might not receive parcel.

The Hut.com molton brown baubles christmas

I ordered two Molton brown baubles beginning of December hoping they would arrive in time for family members. So waited and waited and waited nothing. Waited more. Got emails saying they were being dispatched and that Hermes had them. So thought great not long to wait now. Anyway time had passed and wondered what was going on so decided to contact them. I got one of them refunded and still waiting to hear from the other. This is totally unacceptable and not on at all. Not happy

The Hut.com nespresso machine (british model delivered in the usa: electrical differences)

I live in the USA and order a Nespresso machine on sale at TheHut website not realizing the machine would come from UK/EU (electrical/power differences).
They shipped me the machine - took forever but got here - and obviously, I couldn't use it.
How can a company sell a product that doesn't work to another country is beyond me.
Anyways, the friendly customer service said I could return it but had to pay for the return. Well, shipping cost was in the hundreds of dollars, i.e. close to the price of the $200+ espresso machine.
I explained all that to customer service with to no avail.
Thank you for the worst ever online shopping experience. Or should I call it cheating? Trickery? Shame on you.

The Hut.com complete rip off!!!

Buyer beware! Ordered DVD set for Christmas on 11/27/2017 with estimated arrival on 12/18/2017. When I inquired why I still did not get it, they told me to wait til 1/3/2018. No tracking available. They took my money and I don't have anything to show for it. There is no one to talk to. I don't think this is a legitimate business.
1/5 Update - I did get an e-mail that a refund was issued. We'll see.
1/10 Update. I did get a refund for the item, but not for the shipping of the item I never received. Apparently, I was responsible for not getting the item. Was it ever shipped? Can I get proof that the item was ever shipped? They don't even have the item on their site anymore. Nice racket - keep the shipping from every item you never ship. Even if I have to pay a little extra, I will stick with Amazon. Beware!

The Hut.com They don't deliver orders!

I want to know where my order is! The Hut did not deliver my stuff and I have no tracking number. These people are nothing but a bunch of scammers and their terrible site should be shut down. Avoid like a plague and save your hard earned money!
I even paid extra money for fast delivery and after two months of waiting still no sign of my order. I can't believe this scam is allowed to do business! There are so many people who fell a victim to this store! And the worst thing is that no one actually cares. I am so mad and no words can describe how angry I am! Please read the reviews and stay away, they don't deliver orders!

The Hut.com Don't order from this company!

My sister ordered some DVD's from The Hut website and paid big money for the order. She wasted about $40 on DVD's which were not working! When the set arrived and we tried to watch them it said that these DVD's were not working in our region! There was nothing said about that on their website! Wanted to return them, but no one from The Hut replied to our messages.

The Hut.com Do not buy DVDs from The Hut!

Ordered several DVDs from www.thehut.com and it took them forever to deliver my order. But the worst part was that DVDs were not working! There was an error and it was said that according to the release dates these DVDs were not working in USA! When I contacted customer service they said that all the information was on their website and that all the DVDs have their international region codes! Went to their website and checked again and found no codes! Liars! They refused to refund me and told that it was only my fault. I asked them to show me those codes because I was not able to find them myself and they replied nothing!

I completely agree! And almost 2 years later, they are still in business treating people the same way! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

The Hut.com I shop online for many items and have never encountered as many problems as what I have with the hut

Ordered a watch - it was damaged when it arrived. I immediately returned it but after a month was still waiting on my money. After numerous phone calls and emails they eventually gave me the money back. I shop online for many items and have never encountered as many problems as what I have with the hut. Never ever again will I use them - wish I had found this page & reviews before I purchased from them.

Items show as "In Stock" but right when you place the order, it says "not in stock" and they take over 2 month to deliver. Why does it take 2 months? Its because they know that you cant dispute these charges with your bank after 60 days! These people are PIECE OF [censored]S AND NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!

Can't imagine how anyone could have a good experience with them. Ordered one product and it never got to me. Sent a complaint saying that it had not reached me, and after a week or two, they got back to me to say they were going to send out another. That one didn't get to me either, so after more messing around with customer 'service', finally got a refund after a couple of months. Avoid!

Ordered something several weeks ago. It was "In stock". After 1 week they still didn't ship it, but instead changed it from "In stock" to "Usually dispatched within a month". Created a message and the customer "service" had several weeks to answer now. They still didn't reply.

So short: They happily take your money. But don't expect anything in return.
