I didn't realize that ordering a S would mean that I would receive what ever size determined by the staff who shipped. It is written on their website that shipping takes only 7-10 business days. But I was actually waiting for my order for almost a month! Very poor and extremely slow service. Well, I hate them so much that I even decided to keep everything. I just donated the clothes.
Horrible experience.
I placed an order on 1/12/15 and the next day I received a conformation email with a tracking number. One week later I checked the status of my order and realized that it wasn't shipped out yet. But I wanted to give them a chance. Few days later I emailed them asking where my order was and when will it be shipped out. But they just ignored me. Then I sent them another message asking for a refund, but still nothing. It was very rude and unprofessional for such a big company. Next time I demanded my money back and asked them to cancel my order. And then I finally received a reply, but it just said “Your order is in shipping process. Thanks again for shopping with us." And since then I received only emails stating how happy they are that I am their client. It's already December 28, but I didn't receive anything yet. Horrible experience.
Order stuck and the seller ignored us
The company www.fresh-tops.com is real rip off. We have ordered 2 tops from the website, and our cards were charged immediately. We got the USPS tracking number. We checked it every day, but our items were stuck somewhere in Florida. We tried to contact the seller, but all agents were offline and no one replied to our emails as well. We wasted time and this company continued to scam other people. Be careful and don’t advise this website to your friends.
