Terrible Experience with Online Shopping Site: Late Delivery, Poor Quality, and Unhelpful Customer Service
This site is not good at all. I ordered 19 things and only got 3 of them right away. I called and asked where the other 16 things were and they said they were a pre-sale item, which means they don't even have them yet. They get them from different places and then send them out. I think that's stupid. Why would you advertise something you don't even have? They said I would get tracking information on the 14th, but when I called on the 14th they said I would get it on the 17th. Then on the 17th they said I would get it on the 19th. But on the 19th I got a really bad email with a lot of mistakes in it. The email said I wouldn't get my things in time for Christmas. But then I got another email saying I only had one day left to get my things before Christmas! The people who work there are not very nice, and the music they play when you're on hold is really annoying. The clothes are not good quality either, they feel like they're from Walmart. I won't order from this site again, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered so much.
PLNDR/Karmaloop Review: Cheap Prices, Terrible Customer Service
I gotta say, I never wrote a review for a biz before, but I just had to after my experience with PLNDR/Karmaloop. I mean, their prices are pretty cheap and they got some cool stuff, but their customer service is straight-up the worst I've ever seen. And I'm not just talking about clothing companies, I'm talking about any company in any field, from home goods to food. They don't give a hoot about putting the customer first.
First off, they don't even have a phone number you can call. You gotta do everything by email or chat, and let me tell you, they take their sweet time responding. And sometimes they just straight-up leave the chat if they don't feel like dealing with you. Real classy, PLNDR.
So here's what happened to me. I was entitled to a refund because I returned my item within 14 days, just like the email they sent me and the paper that came with my package said. But instead of giving me my money back, they only gave me store credit. I wrote to them and explained that I followed the guidelines, but they said I wasn't eligible because the item was on sale. But they were wrong, and they refused to fix their mistake. The associate just up and left the chat room when I confronted them about it. And get this, all PLNDR items can only be returned for store credit, even though the literature that came with my package said otherwise. What a bunch of baloney.
This isn't the first time I've had a terrible experience with PLNDR, and I'm telling you, don't waste your time or money with them. Stick with Jackthreads, they know how to treat their customers right.
PLNDR Review: Hidden Fees and Poor Customer Service - Beware!
So, I recently made a purchase from PLNDR, an online store that sells some pretty cool and unique items that you can't find in Canada, eh! I ordered a sweater for a teenager and was charged $7.95 for shipping. The website clearly stated that any applicable duties and taxes would be extra and that they wouldn't be responsible for them. I knew that I would have to pay some taxes since the item was made in the USA, but I didn't expect to be hit with a COD charge of $15.38 when it arrived by postal delivery.
I was pretty surprised by this charge, and even the postal worker who delivered the package was confused. It turns out that the mailing company that PLNDR used, DHL Global Mail, charged me $10 just to process the $5.38 payment for taxes at the border. I mean, seriously? A $10 fee for a $5.38 payment? That's outrageous!
I decided to reach out to PLNDR to see if they could do anything about this charge, but all they did was send me their shipping information and apologize. I was pretty disappointed that they didn't take any responsibility for the extra charge, and I suggested that they include this $10+ fee on their website so that other customers wouldn't be caught off guard like I was.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend buying from PLNDR. They may have some cool items, but their shipping and handling fees are ridiculous, and they don't seem to care about their customers' experiences. Plus, the amount they put on the package for shipping was only 70 cents! It's pretty clear that they're just trying to make a quick buck off of unsuspecting customers.
PLNDR.com: A Love-Hate Relationship with Canadian Customers
I gotta say, I have a love-hate relationship with plndr.com. Scratch that, I actually hate this website! Let me tell you why. If you're a Canadian and you order products over $24, you're gonna get hit with duty. And let me tell you, it's not a gentle tap on the cheek, it's a full-on [censored] slap. Come on, plndr.com, why do you think Canadians are dumb?
Here's the thing, plndr.com doesn't write the actual price of the items. Nope, they write the commercial pre-sale price (aka when it was on karmaloop full-price). And why do they use DHL? To make a profit off us! Half of the C.O.D. payment goes back to plndr. The Canada Post mailman and the Canada Customs Agent told me that I should be charged for the present value of the articles that I purchased. Makes sense, right? Clothing prices depreciate when a new collection comes out.
Now, I'm not gonna lie, I gave plndr.com one star because they have brands that are hard to find in Canada, and the sales reps are really chill. But here's the thing, this is what happens when hipsters get into the corporate business. Just use USPS and Canada Post! I don't care how long it takes, I just don't like it when I get told to pay duty on clothing that was worth $50.00 (which were all made in America, by the way, so NAFTA agreement should be applied properly) and get charged a C.O.D. fee of $39.97! And this is the fifth time too many where I've been charged duty over $35.00 from this website.
Dear PLNDR/KARMALOOP, be smart and not stupid...or stop selling to Canadians, since you love DHL! I hate DHL, it's a fascist carrier company!
Plndr Review: Unprofessional and Disappointing Customer Service
Plndr used to be my go-to for snagging some sweet threads and accessories at prices that were too good to pass up. But lately, I've been feeling pretty let down by them. I've placed about 5 or 6 orders in the past few months, and I haven't received a single one of them. And to make matters worse, my bank account was charged for each of those orders. What gives, Plndr?
I decided to reach out to their customer service team by emailing ***@plndr.com. After waiting for what felt like ages, I finally got a response. But it wasn't exactly what I was hoping for. Apparently, due to some bad weather, my items couldn't be delivered. Okay, fair enough. But why didn't anyone bother to let me know? And on top of that, they don't offer refunds. Instead, they only give out gift certificates. So I took the certificate and waited a few weeks to see if things would improve.
When I finally decided to use my gift certificate to order a bracelet, I was met with even more disappointment. After waiting for 3 weeks, I still hadn't received my order. So I reached out to their customer service team again. This time, I got a response within minutes. But it wasn't exactly the news I was hoping for. Apparently, Plndr is going through some kind of restructuring. And any orders that I've placed won't be fulfilled. Wait, what? No mention of a refund or anything? Just a sorry and a shrug of the shoulders? And to make matters worse, their app and site are still up and running. I keep getting notifications for flash sales. And they're still taking people's money. What's going on here?
As someone who works in the purchasing and receiving department for a retail company, I know how things can get complicated behind the scenes. But this is just ridiculous. Plndr is easily the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. And I can't imagine that they'll be able to stay in business much longer if they keep treating their customers like this.
PLNDR Review: Terrible Customer Service and Shady Business Practices
So, I bought a ton of clothes from PLNDR and boy, was I excited! But, they never told me that some of my items were backordered. I waited and waited, but nothing came. Finally, I decided to cancel and get a refund in mid-February 2015. But, it's been almost a month and they haven't responded to any of my emails or "live chat" messages. And let me tell you, that chat isn't even "live"! It's just a bunch of bull$#*! excuses about how they're slow.
Every time I contact them, I get the same message:
"Dear Karmaloop & PLNDR Fam,
Thank you for contacting us!
Due to high contact volume we are experiencing delays in response time. For the time being, we ask that you allow 3-5 days for a response from our support staff. We hope to be caught up in the next week or so and will be back to our normal 24 hour response times. Please refrain from sending multiple requests as it will only slow down the progress we are making through the backlog.
Also, you may have noticed that our phone lines are not operational now. We are currently restructuring out customer service department to better serve you. We have brought our customer service team back in house to deliver higher quality support to you, our customers. For the time being we are only available through Live Chat and Email.
Don't panic if you don't hear from us right away, we will get back to you as soon as possible.
As always, thank you all for your support and patience;
Customer Support"
I mean, seriously?! A whole month of getting this message?! I'm so over this crap. The only problem is that I paid through PayPal and I don't know how to get my money back. I think this company is shady as hell. They need to be shut down for being the criminals that they are!
Terrible Experience with PLNDR: Delayed Shipping, Poor Quality, and Unprofessional Customer Service
PLNDR is not a good website to shop from. I had a really bad experience with them. My first order took a really long time to arrive, it was over a month. When it finally arrived, the items were not as they were pictured on the website. So, I decided to return them. But, I had to pay for my own postage. I never received any confirmation that my package had arrived, even though I had written the return number (RA) that PLNDR provided me in multiple places. I called PLNDR to find out if they received my package, but my call was dropped three times. The fourth time, I was put on hold for 40 minutes with obnoxious and unprofessional blaring music. Finally, I spoke with someone and they told me that my package had arrived one week ago and it was just sitting there. My account wasn't credited, so we took care of that over the phone.
I tried to make a new order online, but their system was messed up and my store credit promo code wasn't working. So, I had to make another dreaded call to place the order. It took about three weeks to arrive. When it finally arrived, neither of the items fit me. The sizing charts that PLNDR provided on their website were far from true. I sent one item back to exchange for a different size, but of course, I had to pay for my own shipping. The other item I spent $70 tailoring it to fit because there were so many ill-fitting parts. I spent $70 tailoring a $25 dress. As for the item that I exchanged, it still hasn't arrived and it's been three weeks since the package was not just sent but received. So, I made another dreaded phone call to find out why and they said I would have to pay for the shipping cost to send the new size out. I've spent way more than anything has been worth and they were horribly rude. I will never shop from PLNDR again. Stay away from them!
Unprofessional and Incompetent: My Experience with PLNDR Customer Service
PLNDR is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever done business with. I ordered some items from their website for my son's birthday, but the process was not smooth sailing. I forgot to add an item to my order, so I placed another order separately. However, I did not receive the initial order, and I realized that it had gone to my spam mail. I forwarded it to my regular mail, but it was too late. My second order arrived, but the first one never did.
I called their customer service number, and the girl who answered the phone sounded like she was high as a kite. Her words were slurred, and she claimed that my order was cancelled because there was a discrepancy with my address. I had sent it to a different shipping address, and the default system changed my initial billing address to the shipping address. According to the girl, I was sent an email that I never received, and because I did not respond, my order was cancelled. I had a telephone number listed, but no one bothered to follow up with a call. This is not how a proper business practice should be.
I asked to speak with a manager, but during the process of me holding on and the call being transferred, I was hung up on. I called back, and I got the same high as a kite girl. I was then transferred to a "lead" aka manager named Alex, who was even more absurd. He just kept apologizing like a trained robot, but with no real solution to the problem. If you are expecting solutions to your problems with this company, I would not count on that as an option.
In fact, I would advise you not to waste your time with this company or doing business with them. Their staff are some of the most ignorant and callous individuals hired to serve in the customer service capacity. They do not care about proper business practices, and they do not have any real solutions to problems. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
PLnDr Review: Terrible Customer Service and Unreliable Website - Shop Elsewhere
I recently had an experience with PLnDr that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. My first order with them went smoothly - my items arrived on time and everything was correct. However, my second order was a completely different story.
I had ordered some Christmas gifts from their website, not realizing that some of the items were pre-sale. When my order arrived, only one shirt came in. I checked for the other items that were pre-sales, and it said they would still arrive before Christmas. However, they didn't come until the very end of December or early January. I was left in the dark about the status of my order, as they didn't provide any tracking details or updates.
Because my presents didn't arrive on time, I had to go out and buy a whole new set of things. When I tried to call their customer service, I was put on hold for over half an hour and had to listen to the same annoying song on repeat. When I finally got through, they gave me a $25 credit as compensation for the hassle.
I tried to use the credit on their website, but the coupon didn't work. I had to call them again, which was another nightmare. Eventually, someone helped me return the money to my bank account.
Despite all of this, I foolishly decided to shop with them again. I added a promo code to my basket and checked the total, but when I went to the checkout page, I realized that they had my card saved. I removed it and applied the promo code, but the website charged my card anyway. I was charged $138 instead of the $48 that the website had shown me.
When I called customer service, they told me that I would have to wait until I received the items in the mail and return them to all of the separate vendors. This was a nightmare, and it took them forever to refund me my money. Even now, I still haven't received all of my money back.
Overall, I would not recommend shopping with PLnDr. Their customer service is terrible, and their website is unreliable. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
Poor Customer Service and Shipping Delays: My Experience with Plndr.com
Plndr.com is not a website I would recommend to anyone. My experience with Plndr has been nothing but trouble. My son ordered some shirts from Plndr last year and they were "lost" during the shipping process. He had used a VISA gift card to purchase the shirts, which he had received as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, he had already used up the gift card by the time Plndr realized that the shipment was lost. When we asked for credit, Plndr had already credited the gift card and told us that there was nothing else they could do to fix the situation. This was very disappointing, as the order was what my son wanted for Christmas from his grandparents.
The order was placed on December 3, 2014, and my son received only 3 of the 7 items on December 9, 2014. I called Plndr's "Customer NON-service" department a week before Christmas and was told that they had been having difficulty getting the "presale" ordered products out to customers, but that my son's products were in the warehouse and we would definitely receive them before Christmas. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and my parents were unable to give my son all the gifts they had bought him for Christmas.
I wasn't too worried, as my parents were staying with us until January 2, 2015, giving the items an extra week to get to us. However, when that date passed, I knew we had another 8 days because my parents would be coming back on January 10, 2015. My disappointment was elevated when they left on January 12, 2015, to return to Texas. Then, on Wednesday, January 14, 2015, my son received an email from Plndr stating that his remaining items had been shipped and could be tracked through UPS.
My son called me later that night asking if his products had been delivered. I said no because I had just spoken with Plndr's "Customer NON-service" department earlier that day and was told that the products had shipped that day. I asked my son to forward the email to me. After clicking on the UPS Tracking link provided in the email, I was very confused because the link indicated that the package had been delivered on Tuesday, the day before. It wasn't until I reread the UPS information and realized that the delivery date was Tuesday, December 9, 2014, and that Plndr had provided the link and tracking information from the first 3 items that were indeed delivered on December 9, 2014.
I sent an email back to Plndr and asked for a correct UPS Tracking link. What Plndr sent me on January 16, 2015, was NOT a LINK to UPS, but just the correct tracking number with the current delivery scheduled for Tuesday, January 20, 2015. I do not expect to actually receive the package and would still like to have the UPS link so that I can monitor the progress myself. Assuming we do receive the package on January 20, 2015, that means it took 49 days, 7 weeks, or 1.63 months to receive the merchandise my son ordered for Christmas.
Overall, I am VERY unimpressed by Plndr's support. I would not recommend this website to anyone.

PLNDR Review: Cute Shoes, Frustrating Shipping and Customer Service
So, I had a pretty interesting experience with PLNDR. I decided to order a pair of super cute wedges on October 4th, 2013. I chose the 4-7 day shipping option and patiently waited for my shoes to arrive. However, after the full 7 days had passed (excluding Saturday and Sunday), I still hadn't received my package and didn't even have a tracking number to check on its whereabouts.
After spending a good half hour on their website, I finally found an email address to contact them and explain my situation. They eventually gave me my tracking number, but then informed me that I had put in my address wrong, causing the package to be sent back to its original location. I had to give them my address twice after that, which was a bit frustrating.
On the 17th, the tracking information showed that my package had been delivered to Louisville, Kentucky and signed for by an unknown person. This was strange because I live in Indiana, not Kentucky. I decided to email them again on October 26th to see if they could help me out. They finally responded and said they were "contacting" their "shipping specialist".
Overall, I wouldn't recommend ordering from PLNDR. The whole experience was a bit of a hassle and it took a while to get any sort of response from customer service. However, I do have to say that the wedges were really cute and I was disappointed that I never got to wear them.
PLNDR Review: Promised Delivery Date Not Kept, No Response to Inquiries, Regret Doing Business
I made an order on PLNDR back in December of 2014, around the 13th or so. They had a statement on their site at the time that said "order now get your items before christmas!" I was excited to receive my order before the holiday season was over. However, I was disappointed when I only received one of the two sweatshirts that I ordered on February 10th. That's almost two months after the promised delivery date!
Now, it's been almost four months since I placed my order, and I still haven't received my other sweatshirt. Winter has come and gone where I live, and I have yet to receive my hoodie. To make matters worse, the hoodie I ordered is no longer even on their site. I'm starting to feel like they took my money and ran.
I've tried to contact them about a refund, but their phone number is not in service. I'm frustrated that they have $30 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. It's been going on four months, and I haven't received any reply from them. I'm starting to feel like I'm being held hostage by this company.
I'm extremely disappointed with PLNDR. They promised a delivery date that they couldn't keep, and now they're not even responding to my inquiries. I would not recommend ordering from this company. They're a fraud, and I regret ever doing business with them.
Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with PLNDR
Let me tell you about my experience with PLNDR. To put it simply, their customer service is terrible. I've never experienced anything like it before. If you have a problem, there's no call center to reach out to. The live chat is always down, and if you email them, you'll be waiting for over a week to get a response. And when you finally do get a response, it's just a copy and pasted email with no information about your personal order.
I've been waiting for orders that date back to November 2014. They kept telling me that my orders would be sent within a week, but nothing ever showed up. So I asked for a refund, but it's been weeks and I still haven't received anything. And to make matters worse, the amounts they keep telling me are wrong. It's like they're not even trying to help me.
I'm starting to wonder if what they're doing is even legal. How can they take my money and not refund me? It's not just me either, I've seen other people complaining about the same thing. It's like they're stealing from us.
I really hope that something can be done about this. It's not fair to treat customers like this. I just want my money back and to never have to deal with PLNDR again.

PLNDR Review: Terrible Service, Disorganized Business Practices, and Garbajia Clothes
I'm so mad right now, I can't even begin to explain. I placed three different orders on PLNDR's website about two weeks ago, and I paid extra for 4-7 day shipping. But guess what? My orders haven't even been shipped yet! I'm so frustrated because I can't even contact them to ask what's going on. It seems like they're afraid of getting yelled at for their disorganized business practices.
To make matters worse, I can't even review my orders to see what I got. It's been so long since I placed those orders that I've forgotten half of what I ordered. I recently made another order with 2-day shipping, and it did arrive on time. But now I want to combine all of my previous orders and pay extra for 2-day shipping, but I can't do that because I can't review or cancel my orders, or even contact them.
It's so frustrating dealing with PLNDR's garbajia 4-year-old trash clothes. I mean, seriously, what did I even order? I can't even see my list! This whole situation is just ridiculous. I'm so angry that I turned my review into a rap. That's how much PLNDR has got me feeling right now.
Overall, I would not recommend PLNDR to anyone. Their service is terrible, and their clothes are not worth the hassle. If you're looking for a reliable online clothing store, look elsewhere.
PLNDR's Terrible Customer Service and Refund Policy: A Review
Their customer service is just terrible. If you're lucky enough to receive your order correctly, then good for you. But if you don't, then you're in for a real headache. They'll give you a gift code instead of a refund, which is just ridiculous. I tried to use my gift code along with a promotional code, but the transaction got all messed up. I tried to contact them, but it took me three whole days to finally get through to someone. And even then, they weren't helpful at all.
To make matters worse, the promotion had already ended by the time I got a response. And even though it wasn't my fault that the transaction got messed up, they refused to honor the promotion. They told me that a gift code (which is basically my money) can't be combined with a promotional code. I mean, come on! That's just stupid. If I have a gift code, I should be able to use it however I want. But no, they force you to pay full price if you want to take advantage of any discounts.
Their customer service is slow and unorganized. It takes forever to get a response, and when you finally do, it's not even helpful. I wouldn't recommend PLNDR to anyone. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
Plndr/Karmaloop Review: Great Deals, But Beware of Returns and Exchanges
This site is a real gem for finding amazing deals at super low prices, but as my dad always says, "you get what you pay for." I recently ordered a pair of black Cheap Monday Jeans and paid for shipping and taxes. However, when the jeans arrived, they were a dark gray color instead of black. I was pretty disappointed, but I decided to exchange them for the right color. Unfortunately, they told me that I had to pay for shipping again, which was a bit frustrating.
After I shipped the jeans back, I waited for two weeks and still didn't receive my exchange. They didn't even bother to call me to update me on the situation. When I finally called them, they told me that I needed to pay for shipping again! I was so angry because I had already paid $30 for the jeans and almost $45 for the exchange. I came to this site to save money, not to spend more. In the end, I had to settle for store credit, but I don't think I'll be shopping with them again.
If you're planning to order from Plndr or Karmaloop, make sure you know exactly what you're getting to avoid any returns or exchanges. It's a shame that my experience wasn't great, but I'm sure others have had better luck. Just be careful and don't expect too much from these bargain sites.
PLNDR Review: Scam Artists Who Don't Deliver on Promises - Save Yourself the Headache and Shop Elsewhere
I was so excited to order some fresh kicks from PLNDR back in December of 2014. They were pre-sell, so I knew I had to wait a bit before they shipped out. I was told it would take 2-3 weeks once they received the stock. So, I waited patiently for a month. I sent a few emails to check on the status of my order, but didn't hear back for a while. Finally, at the end of January 2015, I got a response saying that my item had arrived and would be shipping out soon.
I was stoked to finally get my hands on those sneakers, but as the days turned into weeks and the weeks turned into months, I started to get worried. I sent more emails, but still didn't hear anything back. It wasn't until March 13, 2015, that I finally got some answers. And let me tell you, they were not the answers I was hoping for.
After much fighting and arguing, I found out that PLNDR had actually sold my sneakers to someone else. Can you believe it? They had my money for a full three months and then just sold my order to someone else. I was livid. They offered me a refund, but based on what I've read from other customers, I'm not holding my breath.
I used to be a loyal customer of PLNDR. I would order from them 2-3 times a month, spending anywhere from $50-$100 at a time. But after this terrible experience, I will never order from them again. And it seems like I'm not the only one. Many other customers have had similar experiences and have also decided to take their business elsewhere.
If you're thinking about ordering from PLNDR, I would strongly advise against it. They are the very definition of scam artists. They take your money and then don't deliver on their promises. It's just not worth the risk. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
Disappointing Experience with PLNDR: Late Shipping, Poor Customer Service, and Canceled Order
I used to be a big fan of plndr.com, but this year has been a real disappointment. I placed two orders, one on January 26th and another on January 30th, because they had some great deals going on. Normally, I receive my orders within two weeks or less, but this time it took over a month and it's now March 6th, 2015, and my orders still haven't been shipped out.
I tried calling their customer service line, but it was down, so I sent a couple of emails instead. The first email I received back from them said that they were having bad weather conditions and were having a hard time operating in their warehouse. I thought that was totally understandable, so I waited patiently.
Two weeks passed and I still hadn't received my order, so I messaged them again asking what was going on. They gave me the same excuse as before, but this time they said that my order was being processed and would be packed and shipped that week. Another two weeks passed and my order still hadn't been shipped out. I was very disappointed. I used to love shopping at PLNDR, but after this dilemma, I will never shop there again.
On March 10th, 2015, I found out that PLNDR had canceled my order about a week ago and kept my money. I was really upset. It's now April 5th, 2015, and I still haven't received my refund. What a waste of time and, most importantly, money!
I hope that PLNDR can get their act together and start providing better customer service. I used to be a loyal customer, but now I'm not so sure. If they can't fulfill their orders and keep their customers happy, then they don't deserve to be in business.
Mixed Experience with PLNDR: Great Products, Poor Customer Service
I used to use this site a few years back, and I recently decided to check it out again to see if they were still around. I was pleasantly surprised to find some really cool stuff at reasonable prices, so I placed a few orders. The second and third orders arrived quickly, but the first one was delayed for some reason.
I tried reaching out to customer service via email, but I didn't get a response for 8 whole days! So, I decided to file another support request. It's been 3 days since I sent the second request, and I still haven't heard back from them. I was starting to get frustrated, so I decided to look for other ways to contact them.
I tried leaving a reply to one of their recent tweets on Twitter, and to my surprise, they actually responded pretty quickly! They told me to DM them with my inquiry, but when I tried to do that, I found out that they have DMs disabled for anyone they're not following. So, I couldn't message them with the details of my order.
I really want to use their site again in the future, but I'm hesitant because every attempt I've made to reach out to them has resulted in little to no response. It's a shame because their products are really good, but their customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced.
Overall, I would say that PLNDR is a good site to shop on if you don't mind potentially having some issues with their customer service. If you do run into any problems, just be prepared to be patient and persistent in your attempts to contact them.
PLNDR Review: Good Experience at First, But Customer Service and Refunds Need Improvement
I started buying clothes from PLNDR back in January and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience. My first order went smoothly, except that it took a whole month to get to me. But hey, I wasn't in a rush so it was all good. Then I decided to place two more orders in February. One of them shipped just fine, but the other one got cancelled for some reason. I was pretty bummed out, but they refunded me my money by giving me site credits.
Now, over the past three months, I've been trying to order random things just to use up my credits because I was getting tired of dealing with it. I even emailed customer service a few times, but never got a reply. The only time I actually got a response was when I emailed the CEO directly. Even then, nothing really changed.
I started to get really frustrated because the vendors for the items I was ordering told me that my stuff hadn't been sent out because they hadn't received payment from PLNDR. So they cancelled my order and told PLNDR to give me a cash refund. But of course, they only gave me store credit.
About a week ago, I decided to place one final order using the codes for my credits. But then something weird happened - the money actually came out of my account. I was pretty confused, so I contacted the CEO again. He told me that he would make an "exception" this time and refund my money because apparently they went bankrupt and weren't liable for any credits or money lost on the customers' end.
I did end up getting my last order pretty quickly, but honestly, I don't think I'll be shopping at PLNDR anymore. It's just too much of a hassle and I don't want to risk losing my money again.
Don't do business with them
I will no longer be purchasing anything from plndr.com, you're better off shopping at a thrift shop. The quality of the clothes is just terrible. I would never put them on. I was so frustrated. My decision to order from them was based on good reviews, so I spent over $400. And what did I get? Oh god, it is terrible. I think even Chinese websites sell a better quality then plndr.
Absolutely appalling. Don't buy anything from them, you'll only be disappointed...
They haven't sent my 15 items and provided stupid excuses
I placed large order on the website www.plndr.com. This order contained 20 items, but I received only 5. I sent several emails to the seller, who told me that other stuff was shipped today. I have been listening for this crap within several weeks, but the seller was liar. Scam, scam, scam. They are liars, scammers and thieves, so don’t deal with them or post comments about your experience with them.
They charged me for the wrong sum and didn't provide any info
I ordered sweater and skirt from the company www.plndr.com. I needed to pay about $300 for the whole order, but these jerks decided to mislead me. They charged me for completely different price and took $400 completely for nothing. As well as they didn’t provide any confirmation info and no idea how to get money from them. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
The products sold by plndr are worse than crap as is their customer service
The heels on the boots I bought for my daughter literally disintegrated after just one month because they seemed to be constructed from glue and wood chips. When I finally reached a customer service rep, he requested I email photos to him, which I did. After repeated emails, I've received no response. The products sold by plndr are worse than crap as is their customer service.
They're very slow to respond and customer service is unorganized and unhelpful
They have terrible customer service. If you got your order correctly then lucky u. If you didn't then most likely they have to give it back in the form of a gift code. I tried to use the gift code with a promotional code and the transaction got screwy so I tried to get into contact with them. Finally settled 3 days after the promotion ended and wouldn't honor it even though the customer service was impossible to reach and wasn't helpful at all. After a few days they finally said that a gift code ( which is basically my cash) cannot be combined with a promotional code. This is stupid. A gift code is basically my cash but if I want to use it I can't take advantage of any of the discounts that are going on, basically forcing me to pay the full price which makes the purchase not really much of a deal. They're very slow to respond and customer service is unorganized and unhelpful.
No way to unsubscribe from mailing list
No way to unsubscribe from mailing list. I have "unsubscribed" at the bottom of their spam emails more than five times and it hasn't worked. I doubled checked it was the same email as the one it was sent to. I even logged into my account and there is no way to delete your account or unsubscribe from there. Do not subscribe to their mailing lists if you don't like spam!
I have tried to unsubscribe several times and it wont let me. I wish I could sue for all the spam I keep receiving without a solution to stop it
Report them to the FCC. I did after the 6th time I tried unsubscribing. It says I was already unsubscribed, so they are aware they are in violation of their privacy agreement. A hefty fine should get their unsubscribe function back to working.
