Miss Arty Balance money gone

I had under Avaible and under Reserve around $550 now I have around $200. Why if I not make any withdrawns, where are money gone?

Miss Arty Poor Quality Product - Company would not accept returned product

I placed an order for 6 pair of shoes from Miss Arty on Jan 29 and waited several weeks to receive 4 of them. The quality was poor, but I decided to keep 2 of them. I waited another two weeks, but still did not receive the others, so I cancelled the 2 pair that were still not sent to me. I was refunded for those.
I told Miss Arty I did not want to keep 2 of the 4 pairs I had received, even though they offered me a 15% refund if I would keep them. I knew I wouldn't wear them and wanted a full refund ($64.74) so I followed their return policy instructions and paid to ship them back to their warehouse in China (even though the return address on the package I originally received from them was from Chino, CA).
I shipped to the China warehouse via DHL and my package was there within 5 days. DHL tried for 2 weeks to contact Miss Arty to let them know they had a package for them. Miss Arty ignored the calls and emails from DHL, and the package was eventually sent to the Customs Dept in China.
All this time, I was in regular communication with Miss Arty via email to let them know that DHL was trying to reach them, and provided the DHL tracking information several times, and they were always responsive to my emails. However, Miss Arty continued to ignore the emails and calls they received from DHL. Because Miss Arty would not give me an explanation as to why they would not correspond with DHL and receive my package, I can only assume it was so that they could say they never received my returned product and therefore would not have to give me my refund of $64.74.
I am sharing this story on as many social media outlets as I can and will also file a claim with the BBB. Miss Arty operates using unethical and misleading business practices.

Miss Arty product is inferior

The product is very inferior in quality for the price. And it is the incorrect color. Also, when you click on "View Order" in order to find out how to return it, you get a page that says "Sorry, this page cannot be found". Nice.
I replied to the email order, asking how to return it, and if I do not hear back within a day I will call my credit card company and put a stop payment on it.

Miss Arty never received item

I placed my order Dec 18 and I never got my order with the tracking information they sent me.

I tried explaining it about four times to them when I emailed them and their response was to just copy and paste the same tracking information that I told them that did not deliver my package.

When I requested to start a refund process they just sent the tracking info with 'Now again' in all caps. I feel as if me telling them I never got it meant nothing.

Miss Arty shipping

I ordered a coat for my sister, who is in the hospital fighting cancer. I wanted her to have it for her trips to the doctors. I paid extra for expedited shipping and still have not received it. The shipping address was 4235 Nimmerrichters Legacy Place, Waldorf, MD 20601
The coat was for winter, purple and had a hood. Please follow up as soon as possible.

Miss Arty i've been waiting and waiting‐what a ripoff

I placed an online order for shoes on November 19, 2019. I have yet to receive them. I've inquired several times via email only to be told to wait as I will received them soom. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't refund because shoes were already shipped. Well, I've waited and waited. And still nothing. I want my money back or item ordered.

Miss Arty clothing merchandise

I ordered 9 outfits from this scam website. When they came, there were no where close to what I ordered and the seams weren't even finished. Pure junk! What's worse is paypal, who I paid through said if I return the items and the company responds they got them, I will get a refund, of course, I am responsible for the return shipping. I spent $156 for the items I purchased. To return them to china, it will cost me almost $400. So, don't order from this place and be careful using paypal for any purchases unless you use your own credit card associated with your paypal account. Total ripoff from both! I would have given them zero stars but that was not an option.

Miss Arty all

July-August 2019. The dresses I ordered were made out of the cheapest polyester and the sizes were completely inaccurate. The dresses were misrepresented by their descriptions and photos on the Miss Arty website. I will never wear any of the dresses and I believe Miss Arty intentionally misrepresented their products. The worst part is that it is nearly impossible to return products to this company and they will not issue a refund even after trying to negotiate with them. I will never buy anything from the Miss Arty company again. I will also report them to the better business bureau to hopefully prevent others from having the same misery as I have had with this company.

Miss Arty product

I ordered for a dresses from Miss Arty
& None of them look as nice as the quality that they have pictured on their website.
The dresses I received The material is horrible! They look and feel like they purchased the material of the dollar store!
I would never wear these dresses!
The reviews say that it's almost impossible to return them and if you can then make you pay shipping.
So, I guess I'll have to Alter them so that my granddaughters can play dress up with them or something?
I should have read the reviews 1st but I didn't I learn my lesson!
They are scammers @
DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

Miss Arty product not as described. this is a scam company

This is a scam company out of China, the address in the UK they are using is a SCAM.

They use stock photos of Name brand products to sell their Knockoffs. In addition, they do not send the product you order, then when asking for return or replacement, they want YOU to pay all the shipping after they've scammed you. If THAT doesn't work they offer you 25% of your original purchase as a refund...think they are making money off of us stupid Americans, your right! I have reported to FTC and General Attorneys office, there will be more reports. So sick of these scammer companies stealing my hard earned money! I paid $76 for 2 items that aren't worth the material used to ship the product. NO one would EVER wear these clothing items. They are cheap in quality, do not look at all like the pictures in their ads and talk about flammable! Remember the paper clothing in the 60's...well, here you go!

Miss Arty dress

I ordered a dress and within 10 mins I cancelled the order after seeing reviews. Long and behold 3 days after I sent the email they said sorry already been shipped. Well I emailed back and told them, "I emailed within 10 mins of placing my order and you waiting 3 days to say sorry it's shipped? Once it gets here I'd like to return". Well they've not said anything. I spend $55. 😡😡

Miss Arty quality of clothing

You get what you pay for. If the pictures of the clothing on the website appear too good to be true it's because they are. What you receive after 4 weeks or so (if you receive anything) are cheap knock offs of what's actually pictured. Fabric that appears to be a silky linen is actually polyester lining like you would find in a inexpensive suit. None of the raw edges are hemmed. It's all serged. Sizing is Asian. I'm normally a 14 and wear a 4x. This order is going to the Goodwill. It's not worth the shipping or hassle others describe to return them. Never again! So many sites like this on the internet. Don't get caught in the trap

Miss Arty does not comply with their own refund policy

Unfortunately, I ordered a pair of shoes before I saw reviews about this vendor. I immediately cancelled my order within 10 minutes of purchase for a full refund as their refund policy states. I must have sent 4 emails with no response. lo and behold, an email is sent to me only after they took my money and shipped the item. I filed a complaint with paypal.

Miss Arty dress I never received.

I ordered a dress from Miss Arty two weeks ago for a photo shoot I have coming up in two days. I also paid ALOT for the quick shipping to insure it was here on time. I never received this dress, the phone number is bogus, and I never received and email back. I'm furious! This is a scam. They got me for $60 and then the money for the photo shoot I have to cancel because I don't have the proper attire. Please don't order from this site, ladies.

Miss Arty ma21208= order number

I ordered a coat from this company back in October. It never arrived, they said there was a problem with shipping. They would not refund my money. I have consistently sent emails, I do not trust the company. The telephone number is bogus. They do have a email : service@missarty.com, but do not acknowledge the request for a refund. They have now gone completely silent. I would advise anyone not to use this site.

Miss Arty jacket

I ordered a khaki jkt from them in xxL size. It was much bigger than that and it was cream colour not khaki and very badly made. It was $30. I asked for a refund and they used various tactics not to pay me back. Ignored some of my requests.
I sent a copy of the garment yo them as requested. They denied sending me the wrong colour even though the packaging said the order was khaki and it obviously was not so it was a bare face lie on their part.

Fraud! They sent knock-off shoes instead of the ones desribed in the ad, and require me to spend $36 to ship them back to China to get my $45 refund. Just look at the horrible shoes they sent, not even close! But Paypal gets their commission for every sale, so they don't care.

this shop is a scam based in China. I bought 3 items at the beginning of Oct. 2018. The items arrived in December and were so small a child couldn't fit into them. When I contacted them about returning the items, they did not get back to me until I registered a complaint with paypal and with shopify website. They sent me info about how to return the items which I followed, sending them the tracking number from the post office. It is now March of 2019 and they have not refunded my paypal account and keep putting me off when I require about getting my refund. I intend to do a campaign against this company.

Do NOT order from this company! I ordered two items ...both extremely poorly made and the XXL fit like a sm-med. Like above review, when I asked for a refund they tried to get me to accept 15% refund and discouraged returns by saying there'd be expensive postage and possibly tariffs. Horrible horrible horrible.

Miss Arty undelivered item and refusing refund

On 21st September 2018 This company Miss Arty were supposed to send me a jumper cost £39.99. They sent it with Yodel who said they delivered it and left it in the porch. They did not and did not leave a card or get a signature. (Yodel are also a company with a terrible reputation).
My contract is with Miss Arty or (Qandies the actual registered company name.) They did not fulfill their contract with me. They contacted Yodel who just continued to say it had been delivered. They had no permission to leave it in the porch which is what they said they did. We were on holiday and would not have told them to do that.
Miss Arty should refund my money but are refusing. My contract is with Miss Arty not Yodel.

I just want to know why I haven't received my order that I placed more than a week ago. The tracking number is MA34717 and I paid about $41.00 with my debit card. Ordered several items on April 7th. Confirmation email received. Paid for express shipping (7-10 days). Received shipping notification on April 20th. To date have received nothing. Have emailed customer service and get a "canned message" each time with no information. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS VENDOR. How sad.

I purchased a jumper in 6x and my 110 lb daughter would not fit her. Also, I ordered a sweater in size 5x and it fits like a large. I feel that they were out of the size I ordered and just sewed on size 5x and 6x onto a smaller size. This is a terrible business practice and also false advertisement. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY … YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH YOUR TOO SMALL SIZE ORDER. And to send it back would almost cost as much as the order does. I think that they should pay for a returned item. REALLY, REALLY BAD SERVICE.
