I was very happy with my purchase, 25% discount off
I was very happy with my purchase, 25% discount off the prices i found in stores. I didn't quite understand the type of store this was and when i got the watch the warranty card from Tag Heuer wasn't there, however a 2 year warranty from Watchmaxx was there. When i called to find out why it wasn't there, the gentleman explained to me that they are a watch reseller and that anytime a piece doesn't come from Tag Heuer directly to the customer, the original warranty card is not included. Very happy with the watch and the price and service
First time buyer with you guys
First time buyer with you guys. We will see how it goes. I'm particular.
I used to buy from Authentic Watches but their quality has slipped. Items ordered did not pass quality control or were blemished. Questions to them either unanswered or delayed long enough for me to turn to you. I spend a lot on watches and their is too much to watch out for on EBay. I bought a fake watch (Panerai) which was discovered two months after sending in for service. A fake, relisted once I got my money back. Scammers abound! Treat me like a valued customer and I will return.
Ordering was very easy
Ordering was very easy. My Tag Heuer Carrera 02 arrived as advertised. New Tag box, new watch, manual, warranty card, and Norton Shopping Guarantee. I had the bracelet adjusted for proper sizing and the extra link was returned to me. This added a few days on to my delivery time. I expected as much. The entire transaction was very smooth. I did spend a little extra to have my watch overnighted. Knowing the exact arrival day and time allowed me to be present to sign receipt of my watch. Once I got my shipping notification, my watch arrived the next day in perfect condition. I would purchase again from Watchmaxx. Buy with confidence.
Tudor Heritage Chrono as described and at an excellent price!
The Tudor heritage chronograph has been discontinued so I would have to go look beyond an A.D. I have purchased two Tissots from Watchmaxx in the past, and I've been completely satisfied with the watches and their customer service. I had a couple of questions on this Tudor because they had it listed as a floor model. After speaking with them on the phone, they answered all my questions and confirmed its floor model condition as excellent. When I received the watch and inspected it, I found it to be in excellent condition! I am very thrilled to get this watch and for Watchmaxx to offer it to me at a discount price and their great customer service! I highly recommend Watchmaxx for whatever budget of watch you are shopping for!
Great company, Great product and Great customer service
Great company, Great product and Great customer service.
We bought the Women's Omega Seamaster in the Blue dial which was very hard to find anywhere else. (jomashop said 6 months for delivery, Amazon and retail store were $500 more)
They had the watch in stock and were able to over night it to me.
We were completely satisfied with the quality of the product, the ease and speed of ordering and delivery and the Phenomenal Customer service provided after the sale (we had a shipping issue that wasn't their fault) that they immediately made right.
I will definitely buy future watches from them. BTW- they also sell on Amazon which made me feel better about buying a high end watch from them.
Thank you all again, You made my Wife's Birthday spectacular.

I worked with a person named [redacted] to buy two designer watches
I worked with a person named [redacted] to buy two designer watches. He was very helpful because I had to use multiple gift cards to pay. He made the entire process easy and waited patiently while I made each payment. I'm excited to wear these watches on my wrist!
Please disregard the negative reviews from customers who may not have fully understood their purchase, experienced
Please disregard the negative reviews from customers who may not have fully understood their purchase, experienced buyer's remorse, or were influenced by their spouse to return the product. I have purchased four watches from this company over the years, and their service has consistently improved. I had the pleasure of dealing with a representative named ***, who promptly addressed all of my inquiries through the chat feature. Despite placing my order at 11:30 on a Friday, I requested Saturday delivery and *** made it possible. Additionally, he provided me with a generous coupon code to finalize the purchase. I am tired of playing games with other watch dealers, such as ***. Although some brands may be more expensive, this company ensures immediate satisfaction. I managed to purchase an OMEGA Seamaster 300 Master Co-Axial Chronometer 41mm 234.30.41.21.01.001 at a discounted price of over 25%. Remarkably, I received my tracking number before concluding the chat with ***. I am truly impressed and will definitely return for future purchases.
Sent me wrong watch and told me to pay restocking fee plus shipping and insurance costs to send back to them.
Watchmaxx sent me the wrong watch. it was supposed to have a blue face like what it shows online but it came in black instead. When i complained They said i had to pay to send it back ( shipping & handling) with insurance and then want to charge a restocking fee 3% or apply it to another watch. How do i know this other watch would be the right one? what a scam.! I have complained to them on 3 separate emails. they don't even dress the issue. So i cancelled the order and sent them the watch. Don't buy form these people.
Top-notch from web order and customer service
Top-notch from web order and customer service...to shipping, delivery and final product. Very pleased with Watchmaxx.

We purchased a watch for $7500 from their website. They sent an email saying it would be delayed. The email stated we could either wait for the watch, cancel the order, or select another watch at a discounted price. They have the same watch listed on another platform for $7950, including additional fees. I called to inquire about the delay and was informed that the watch was actually in stock but was priced at $8500, which was a mistake, and they could not honor the advertised price. During the call, they simultaneously canceled the order and issued a refund. It was a terrible experience. Who does this? Advertise a watch for sale, accept payment, then send an email with misleading information. It was clear they were never intending to ship us the watch and were likely hoping we would cancel the order so they wouldn't have to acknowledge their error.
I purchased a Tag from their website last 4/3 and paid $25 for it to be delivered between tomorrow, 4/7 and 4/8. I sent them an email asking whether the item will be delivered on time since I paid the extra $25 because according to their website, it's still processing and has not shipped yet. However, I did not get a reply from them. It's just discouraging to receive an awful customer service after paying a high price for a premium product. I decided to just cancel my order. I am just waiting for a feedback from watchmaxx.

I would strongly advise against purchasing from this vendor due to several issues with product quality, unclear terms
I would strongly advise against purchasing from this vendor due to several issues with product quality, unclear terms and conditions, and extremely poor customer service. I have been trying to resolve an issue with a watch I purchased since June, and it is now December. Initially, I noticed that the watch arrived with a broken box and appeared to be slightly used, but I decided to keep it since it seemed to be functioning properly upon inspection. However, it soon became clear that the watch was not working correctly. When I contacted the vendor to request a refund and return label, they responded by stating that the watch needed to be exposed to light for a certain amount of time to charge, which I was already aware of. I reiterated my request for a refund and return label, but they continued to ask if the watch was in the same condition as when I received it, despite me already providing this information in my initial email. This back-and-forth continued, with the vendor failing to address my concerns and questions. Frustrated, I expressed my dissatisfaction and threatened to report them, leave negative reviews, and file a fraudulent credit card claim. Surprisingly, they finally provided return instructions, but did not address my other issues. I sent the watch back as instructed, but have not received any communication from the vendor since then. They have both my money and the watch, and despite claiming to authorize the return and refund, they have not followed through. I reached out to them multiple times via email, but received no response. I then called their customer service, but was told that they could not refund the money due to a credit card dispute that had already been resolved. Feeling helpless, I contacted my credit card company again and reopened the dispute. In their response, the vendor changed their stance and stated that they would not refund my money, but would instead repair the watch under warranty and send it back to me. This was the first time they mentioned a repair option, and it was not what I wanted or agreed to. My credit card company closed the dispute as resolved based on this response. I gave the vendor additional time to fix the watch and send it back, but have not heard anything from them. I recently sent another email requesting an update on the refund or repair status, but have not received a response. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of communication and resolution from the vendor is unacceptable.
People should avoid this vendor for its product quality, predatory fine print, and the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've been trying to resolve this issue since June. It's December. I should have returned it immediately when the watch arrived with a broken watch box and appeared slightly used, but the watch seemed fine when I inspected it. Also, even if they send you a watch that doesn't work, you're expected to pay to ship it back and the fine print says you can expect large "restocking fees" on top of that, which didn't seem worth it for a broken box. (You'll see that I expected/demanded a return label since customers shouldn't have to pay to return items that don't work.) Anyway, here is my first email to them, which explains the issue in detail: "Hello, I got a watch for Father's Day, which was ordered through Watchmaxx. Order number ***. I need to return it for a refund. It's a Citizen Eco Drive watch, meaning it should charge by light. When I inspected the watch it started running when exposed to light, so I removed the tag and wore it for a whole day in the light. It lost time. Not only that, but it has a battery charge indicator which hasn't moved. It's in the lowest red spot - not charging. Can you send me whatever you need to send for a label so I can return it for a refund? Thanks!" Response from WatchMaxx: "Since the watch is powered by the sunlight the watch needs to be in actual light for 2 minutes for 1-day use; 11 hours to fully charge. Please let me know if I can further assist you." Of course I know this, and it wasn't working correctly. So I answered: "Yes, you can further assist me by doing what I requested. Please let me know how to return the watch for a full refund since it's not working properly." Response from WatchMaxx: "Can you please advise if the watch is in the same exact condition it was received in, meaning that its unworn with all stickers and labels not removed." Of course they know the answer to these questions, since I explained it already. So this was my next response: "If you'll read my initial email, I explained that already. It appeared to work, but does not properly hold a charge as it should." Again, they have all the information they need and I've answered their questions, yet they respond with the exact same email message as their last response. Response from WatchMaxx: "Can you please advise if the watch is in the same exact condition it was received in, meaning that its unworn with all stickers and labels not removed." This was a bit shocking, which you can likely tell from my response: "Are you just joking around with me? It's difficult to tell. My initial email answers that question. Please read it and let me know how to get my money back." At this point, they send me the generic return instructions from their website, but answer none of my questions. Response from WatchMaxx: "We have sent you a return email. Please follow the instructions on how to send the watch back to us." The "instructions" didn't address my specific problem at all, expected me to pay to return the watch I just bought that didn't work, with no expectations based on their fine print that I would get anything in return. The best I could hope for would be a partial refund based on their "restocking fee". At this point, I assumed much of their business was a scam. I don't mind grey market watch dealers, but they can make a lot of money just selling bad watches to people who send them back, they pocket the "restocking fee" and sell the bad watch over and over in a never-ending cycle. My response: "I received the instructions. There is no way I'm paying to ship back a watch that doesn't work. And, as I've explained, I did wear it for a day and removed the sticker/label. There was no way to tell it didn't work prior to doing so. So I need confirmation that you're paying for shipping and that I'll get a refund with no "restocking fee" before I send it back. If you can't stand by your product when it's faulty and have all these unreasonable "rules" to get back only a portion of what we paid, it will only reinforce my theory that this is a scam site. I'll be forced to report you, leave reviews to warn others, and make a claim for fraudulent credit card charging. This is getting ridiculous." Response from WatchMaxx: NONE I gave WatchMaxx over a week to respond and they didn't respond at all. Since they refused to respond, I called my credit card company and explained the situation. They said I should dispute the charge to get to the bottom of it, which I did. Magically, I finally received a response from my last email. Response from WatchMaxx after credit card dispute: "Please use the attached label to send the watch back to us." So they finally agreed to pay to send their broken watch back, but didn't address my other issues/questions. This was my response: "Since it’s not working properly, will you be refunding my money, with no “restocking fee”?" Response from WatchMaxx: "Once the watch comes back we will contact you about the refund." This didn't inspire confidence. I figured if I sent my watch back, I would be out both the watch and my money based on my experience and their predatory fine print. Here was my response: "That's not good enough. I'm not paying a "restocking fee" when you send me a defective watch. I need to know I will get a full refund when you receive it." Response from WatchMaxx: NONE After about a month of no response whatsoever, I followed up: "Still waiting to hear back from you on whether I'll receive a full refund." Response from WatchMaxx: NONE I remained very concerned that if I didn't get a confirmation ahead of sending the watch back, I would be defrauded by these folks. Since WatchMaxx indicated to my credit card company that they sent me a return label, they closed the dispute as resolved and I didn't have any leverage or anything to lose. I either keep a worthless watch or send it back and see what happens. I sent the watch back months ago now. So far, I have heard nothing from WatchMaxx. They have both my money and the watch, even though they told my credit card company they authorized the return (and sent a prepaid return label), and they told me they would contact me when they received the watch back. Scam vendor status confirmed. So, in September I responded by email again: "I sent this watch back weeks ago and have still not received a refund. Could you provide an update for me please?" Response from WatchMaxx: "Since there is an open dispute with the credit card company we will not be able to refund you." Now, since they told my credit card company that they authorized the return and sent a mailing label, my credit card company closed the dispute - so that was already resolved, which I informed them. This was my response: "There is no open dispute, since you told them you offered to refund it and sent a return label. And now you have both the money and the watch back. So how would you not refund it? Response from WatchMaxx: NONE After receiving no response from WatchMaxx once again, I decided to try calling their customer service. I prefer to have a written record, but email wasn't solving anything. I was hoping talking to a person would resolve the matter. I spoke to a kind woman who explained that they couldn't refund the money because of the credit card dispute. But as I informed her, the dispute was closed and resolved. They had their money because they said they would refund it and sent a mailing label. She indicated there was nothing they could do. They wouldn't return either the watch or my money. They were keeping both! At this point, I had no idea what to do. I figured their scam was complete. I called my credit card company though and explained the situation - that WatchMaxx acknowledged having the watch but refused to refund my money because of the credit card dispute that they knew was already resolved/closed. They suggested re-opening the dispute in that case to receive a reply from WatchMaxx, which we did. In their response to the newly re-opened dispute, they backtracked on the refund they previously "approved". Now they claimed that they would not refund my money, but that it was still under warranty, so they would be repairing it and sending it back to me as soon as it was repaired. This was new information, and something they have never communicated to me. I no longer want their bad watch and they told me to expect a refund before. Again, because they told my credit card company that they would resolve the issue by fixing the watch and sending it back to me (not what I was told or what I want), my credit card company once again closed the disputed case as resolved. I gave WatchMaxx several more weeks to fix the watch and send it back as they told my credit card company they were doing. I've heard absolutely nothing from them. So I finally sent another email on December (one week ago), which follows. "Please update me on the status of my refund or repair. It's been months since you've had the watch returned and you haven't refunded my money as requested. So again, you have both my money and the watch. You can't keep both. Because of your lack of responses, I had to dispute the charge again through my credit card company. Your response to them was that you would repair it under warranty and send it back to me. It's been two months since you told them that and no refund or watch return yet. (I've attached the letter from Discover that shows they concluded the dispute because you claimed to be resolving the issue.) This is the worst customer service I've encountered. What's going on?" Response from WatchMaxx: NONE
Disappointing Experience with WatchMaxx: Poor Customer Service and Long Wait Times
So, I had a bit of a rough time with WatchMaxx. I ordered a watch from them, and it took them two whole months to cancel my order. When I finally called to see what was going on, they told me there was some kind of technical issue that caused the cancellation. I was pretty frustrated, but I figured they would at least match the price of my initial order. Nope! They refused to do that, which was pretty disappointing.
But honestly, the worst part of the whole experience was how rude and disrespectful they were to me on the phone. I was just trying to figure out what was going on with my order, and the person I was speaking with was really aggressive and confrontational. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was shocked to learn that the guy I was talking to was actually the owner of the company! His name is Eli Hoffman, and let me tell you, he was not a pleasant person to deal with.
All in all, I would definitely not recommend buying expensive or luxurious products from WatchMaxx. They clearly don't care about their customers, and they're not willing to go above and beyond to make things right when something goes wrong. Save yourself the hassle and find a different retailer to buy from.
WatchMaxx Review: Quick Purchase Process, Quality Watch, but Packaging and Transport Could Improve
I recently purchased a watch from WatchMaxx and I have to say, it was a quick and easy process. However, when I received the watch, I noticed that it was missing a pin that attached to the clasp. This was a bit of a disappointment as I had to go to a watch specialist to fix the issue. It's important to note that because of this issue, the watch did not securely fit in the box and arrived on the side of the box. Additionally, the band did not look new and appeared to have been handled during transportation.
Furthermore, I found the packaging to be quite sloppy. I would highly recommend taking a closer look at the packaging when you purchase your watch. It's important to take photos of how the watch was received and the packaging it came in. If you remove anything from the packaging, you may not be able to make a return.
Despite these issues, I am happy with my purchase from WatchMaxx. The watch itself is of high quality and looks great on my wrist. However, I do wish that the packaging and transportation of the watch could have been better. Overall, I would recommend WatchMaxx to anyone looking for a quality watch, but just be sure to inspect the packaging and watch carefully upon arrival.

Disappointed with WatchMaxx: Order not fulfilled, payment charged, and poor communication
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with WatchMaxx. I mean, I ordered a watch back in December and was told it would arrive sometime between late December and mid-January. Seemed like a reasonable timeframe, especially since the watch was in current production. But then, come mid-January, I get a notification that my order couldn't be fulfilled. What the heck, man? I was counting on that watch!
Honestly, it's hard not to feel like I got scammed. I mean, the site showed my order as confirmed and my payment was charged, so what gives? It's not like I was trying to order some rare, hard-to-find watch or anything. This was a pretty standard model, so I don't understand why they couldn't fulfill the order. And to make matters worse, it took them over a month to even let me know that they couldn't fulfill it. That's just plain rude.
I've seen a lot of positive reviews for WatchMaxx, but now I can't help but wonder if they're all legit. I mean, maybe they're just trying to drum up business with some fancy marketing scheme. Who knows? All I know is that I wasted a bunch of time waiting for a watch that never came, and now I'm out the money I spent on it. Not cool, WatchMaxx. Not cool at all.
Disappointing Experience with Watchmaxx: Watch Not Working Properly
I got my watch from Watchmaxx today, and I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out. My buddy Francisco brought it all the way from the States to Chile for me, and it's not working right. The minute and hour counters are all messed up when you turn the crown - they only work in position 1 or 2, not both. I took it to a store to get the band resized and asked about the problem, and the guy there said I should take it to a service center because it's clearly not working right.
So tomorrow, I'm gonna take it to the local Longines service center here in Chile like the instructions book says. But honestly, I'm not feeling too great about Watchmaxx right now. This might be the first and last time I buy from them.
Disappointed with WatchMaxx's Customer Service for Luxury Watch Purchase
I recently made a purchase from WatchMaxx, an online retailer that specializes in luxury watches. I was excited to receive my Bell and Ross wrist watch, but unfortunately, the watch bands did not fit properly. I reached out to their customer service department to inquire about purchasing individual watch bands, but was informed that they do not sell them separately.
Feeling frustrated, I decided to call WatchMaxx directly to see if there was anything they could do to help me. I spoke with a representative named Sal, who asked me to send them an image of the watch with a measuring device included as a reference. I did as he requested, and was informed that they would forward the image to their supplier.
After waiting for some time without any updates, I decided to call WatchMaxx again to follow up on my request. Unfortunately, I was told that there was nothing they could do to help me and that I was out of luck. I couldn't help but feel disappointed and frustrated, especially considering the amount of money I had spent on the watch.
I couldn't help but wonder, if you're paying a premium price for a luxury watch, shouldn't you expect it to fit properly? While I understand that WatchMaxx may not sell individual watch bands, I was disappointed by their lack of effort to help me find a solution. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with WatchMaxx and would hesitate to make another purchase from them in the future.
WatchMaxx Review: Great Selection and Prices, but Missing Paperwork Raises Concerns
WatchMaxx is a great place to buy watches. They have a wide selection of watches at great prices. I recently purchased a watch from them and it was exactly what I ordered. The watch looks completely authentic, but it did not come with any of the paperwork other than the owners manual. This was a bit of a disappointment, as I was expecting to receive a warranty card and a COSC certificate.
I contacted WatchMaxx about this and they said that they would send me the COSC certificate. However, they also informed me that I would need to purchase the warranty card for an additional $150. This was a bit of a surprise, as I was not expecting to have to pay extra for the warranty card. I understand that the warranty card is important, but I feel that it should have been included in the purchase price.
Even if I do receive the COSC certificate and purchase the warranty card, I still feel that I need to send the watch in to Breitling to be absolutely sure of its authenticity. This is going to be an additional expense, and it is something that I was not expecting to have to do.
When spending this kind of money on a watch, missing paperwork sends up a red flag. There are many other gray market sellers that will include the paperwork with the AD info blocked out so as to assure the customer of its authenticity. I feel that WatchMaxx could do a better job of including all of the necessary paperwork with their watches.
Overall, I am happy with my purchase from WatchMaxx. The watch is great and the price was right. However, the missing paperwork is a bit of a concern. If you are considering purchasing a watch from WatchMaxx, be sure to ask about the paperwork before making your purchase.
Disappointing Experience with Watchmaxx.com: Poor Customer Service and Refurbished Watch?
I recently purchased a Cartier watch from watchmaxx.com and unfortunately, I was not satisfied with my experience. When I received the watch, I noticed that the box was dented and some of the paperwork was missing. Additionally, the watch did not have the accurate brand new stickers on it, which made me question whether it was a refurbished watch.
To make matters worse, the watch did not hold time properly, which was a major disappointment. When I called customer service to request a refund, I was met with an aggressive attitude and felt like I was getting the run around. I was fearful that I would not receive my money back, so I had to involve my lawyer and send a letter to ensure that I received my refund.
Throughout the process, I felt like I was being treated in a very condescending and rude manner. The customer service representatives were not helpful and could not give me a clear timeline for when I would receive my refund. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my buying experience and would not recommend watchmaxx.com to anyone.
In conclusion, if you are looking to purchase a watch, I would suggest looking elsewhere. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service at watchmaxx.com left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be doing business with them again.
Concerns with WatchMaxx Purchase: Authenticity and Quality Issues
I recently purchased a watch from WatchMaxx and unfortunately, I have some concerns about the authenticity and quality of the product. Firstly, the bracelet on the watch seems to have been swapped at some point and it doesn't fit well with the watch. Additionally, there are two different springs holding the bracelet on which makes me question if it's a genuine Breitling bracelet.
Furthermore, there is something loose inside the watch which causes a loud rattling noise. This is usually a sign of a fake watch, but it's possible that the watch was damaged during shipping from Russia. When I asked about the watch's origin, I was told that it would be shipped from New York which led me to believe that it was from the US.
I have attempted to contact WatchMaxx multiple times via email, but have not received any responses. This lack of communication is frustrating and concerning. I am now forced to have a full inspection on the watch to determine its authenticity and quality. Depending on the results, I may have to take legal action.
Overall, I am disappointed with my experience with WatchMaxx and would caution others to be wary when purchasing from this website. It's important to thoroughly research and verify the authenticity of any luxury item before making a purchase.
Buyer Beware: WatchMaxx Sells Fake Breitling Avenger Hurricane and Refuses Refund
I bought a Breitling Avenger Hurricane from WatchMaxx for $4900. They said it was brand new and real. But when I got it, there was no warranty from the manufacturer and no card to prove it was real. I tried to register it on Breitling's website with the model and serial number, but it said it wasn't in their system. How can it be real if it's not in their system? I found a problem with it right away - the chronograph wasn't working right. I made a video showing the problem and sent it to WatchMaxx. They said I could return it and gave me a label to send it back. I checked the tracking and saw that they got it on May 6th. Since then, I've been calling them EVERY DAY to get my money back. Every time I call, they give me a different excuse. It's May 19th now and I still haven't gotten my refund. I don't recommend watchmaxx.com.
Disappointing Experience with WatchMaxx: Poor Customer Service and Shipping Issues
I recently had an experience with WatchMaxx that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, I was never asked about insurance for my purchase, which seemed odd to me. Secondly, despite paying for next day shipping and signature required, no one I know signed for the watch when it was delivered. In fact, I received the watch from a third party who found the package. I consider myself lucky to have even received it at all.
To make matters worse, the customer service I received was rude and unhelpful. When I returned the merchandise due to the box being opened, I had to pay to return the open box merchandise and was charged an additional $50 on top of everything else. This little shopping spree ended up costing me a total of $70, which is almost 20% of the cost of the watch itself.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, the lack of professionalism and poor customer service I experienced was unacceptable. It's frustrating to spend so much money on a product only to have such a negative experience with the company selling it. I hope that WatchMaxx can improve their processes and customer service in the future, as I would hate for anyone else to have to go through what I did.
Despite all of this, I will say that I did save on shipping and insurance fees, and WatchMaxx did make a profit from processing my order. However, the taxes that I was charged were never returned, which only added to my frustration. Overall, I would not recommend WatchMaxx based on my experience.
I bought a Watch from Watch Maxx
I bought a Watch from Watch Maxx . Order #*** . I received the watch yesterday evening (August *** ) and found that the watch price has dropped down from $525 to $485 . On my calling the Company they refused to honor the price drop . This is not acceptable .

These people are a total scam with the military. I had sold and then purchased a watch from them around the same time, and they will tell you that shipping to APO/AP addresses are taking extraordinary amounts of time, which I've proven to be completely false. I've discovered they are holding onto client's money in order to earn as much interest as possible before releasing either money for purchasing or to send off a purchase. My purchase was made, with the credit card charged, in October. Their site guaranteed delivery by a specific date in October. Today it is November and still no package! They will even go as far as to print shipping labels that when tracked, indicate the package has NOT BEEN SHIPPED and is still at the business!
1) I've verified they had not sent the package as of a certain date in October (yet stating it was supposed to arrive no later than a date in October which had passed).
2) I ordered merchandise from a competitor also in Brooklyn, Watchingo, and received my order within 5 business days, ordered in October. I've called and complained as to why there is still no package, only to be told by their scripted response 'it's not us--it's the shipping process' when I know for a fact this isn't true. As an active duty military member, I've written to the NY Attorney General a complaint due to their corrupt business practices and have been notified I should be hearing something soon.
Once this company sees you're from an APO/FPO address, they use it as a scam to hold onto either funds or merchandise, and it's downright criminal to do this to our hardworking military who sacrifice so much to begin with. My post office has verified that the package is STILL waiting to be sent. They took 2.5 MONTHS to settle sending me a measly $400.00, stating they never received the watch I had sent, despite my Post Office verifying it had been delivered. THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MILITARY MEMBERS! Please assist.
On Tuesday, November , I placed an online order for a Tag Heurer Carrera Calibre 5 39mm Watch with a black dial for $1,895. The watch was shipped and delivered in an efficient manner. Upon opening the package on Monday, November , I discovered that the watch had a grey/silver dial and not the black dial watch that I purchased I immediately contacted the company via email to advise them that I received the wrong package. I sent Watchmaxx numerous pictures of the back of the watch and serial number. They advised that the serial number did not match any of the inventory in their system and they claimed that the serial number on the watch I sent them matched a different watch from Tag and not the one that they sent me. I then sent them pictures of the boxes the watch came in as well as pictures of the tags (still on the watch) and receipt that was included in the package. I did not receive a response from the company. After two weeks of follows up, I reached back out to the company and advised them that I would like to return the watch that was incorrectly sent to me as it was not what I purchased. I was informed that they would not accept the return because it was not what they think they sent me. This is unacceptable. Watchmaxx sent me the incorrect watch whether or not their records indicate that. The watch came from their company, has all the tags still on the watch, receipts are included, etc. The error is on Watchmaxx and it should be corrected.
So i purchased a watch from watchmaxx and they sent me the wrong watch so obviously i have to return it, i paid the return shipping because it's
So i purchased a watch from watchmaxx and they sent me the wrong watch so obviously i have to return it, i paid the return shipping because it's their policy that if you purchase something and decides to return it you have to pay for the return which i clearly understand but since they sent me the wrong item i think it is my right to get that money that i spent on the return shipping.
