Zalando UK and Yodel delivery disaster: received dirty laundry instead of Levi's jeans
I put in an order on Zalando UK for a couple of pairs of Levi's jeans. It took a bit of time, but Yodel eventually delivered them to me today. Needless to say, I told them that this was ridiculous and the issue could have been resolved had they simply helped me change my password. I have now lost access to my entire order history and can't check it against my credit card statement. I have seen other people on review sites having this same issue. There appears to be major security issues on Zalando. People who value their personal information should stay well away.
Evri Review: Shoddy Products and Terrible Customer Service
This company is just a total mess!
So, I bought a pair of those fluffy slippers for myself for the new year, but when they arrived I discovered they were baby-sized or something! Not cool man, not cool at all. This is definitely something that the manufacturer should have got right. Anyways, I set up a return thing with Evri cuz I wanna get my money back y'know.
But then the courier guy comes to pick up the parcel and it took him TWO times to actually get it. Ugh, don't these people have anything better to do with their lives?!
Finally, after a whole week I checked the Evri site to see what's happening with my return process, and guess what? The tracking number for the return thingy is apparently invalid! Like, excuse me, what kind of amateur operation is this?! It's almost like they don't want to give me my money back or something.
So, I try and get some help from a Zalando person and they tell me they're going to investigate the situation, but they can't give me a replacement. And to make matters even worse, the same slippers I bought for 32 quid are now selling for 65 pounds? What kind of madness is going on here?! Basically, they're trying to scam me out of my money.
At this point, I'm really not sure how to get my refund. Like, am I supposed to go through my bank or something? This is just ridiculous!
Honestly, this company is just a total shambles. They're happy to take advantage of hardworking people like me. I was lucky that I only lost a small amount of money, but what about all the other people who are getting scammed by these con artists?! It's not fair at all.

This is really unacceptable, especially since I have been a loyal customer for quite some time now.
I have been trying to escalate my enquiry, but staff informed me that they don't transfer calls to managers, which I find really concerning. Honestly, I'm starting to feel like I have been scammed. Having no option to talk to someone in charge is really frustrating, and it makes me think that there is no real support in place for customers like me who are facing such problems.

Beware of Zalando UK: False Promises and Poor Customer Service
I had a real bad experience with Zalando UK. I mean, these people are straight-up lying to their customers. I ordered a Carlo Culucci jumper on sale but it turned out to be the wrong size. By the time it arrived the size I actually needed was out of stock and the price went up. So, I quickly jumped onto their online chat to see if they could give me the same sale price once it was back in stock in my size. Barlaan was the name of the dude who I was chattin' with and he said no problemo and that all I had to do was pay for the jumper once it was back in stock and they would refund me the difference. Everything was agreed and I went ahead and ordered the item the second time. And then they went back on their word. They refused to give me the discount that was promised by Barlaan and came up with all kinds of excuses, like time period, that Barlaan never mentioned. I even saved the chat and took screenshots to prove it but that didn't matter to them. They just didn't want to honor their own customer service agreement.
Because of all this, I will never shop at Zalando again and I highly suggest that you read reviews before ordering from them. It's not just me, but there are a lot of people out there who have gotten poor service from them. Zalando might have good deals at times, but honestly, it's not worth the money if they're going to treat their customers like this. I actually found the items I wanted to buy cheaper and with better service elsewhere.
So, save yourself the hassle and money and avoid Zalando UK. They might have a few good deals here and there, but the small amount you save ain't worth it when other places offer better service and cheaper prices.

I has ordered from Zalando UK a couple of times now. My first purchase was alright, but it was slow taking seven working days to contrive me merchandise. Although, in my second purchase, I glimpsed the real quality of their products. I appreciate their competitive prices and as I saw in my first order, the quality of the products is quite good. Conversely, I cannot say the same for their customer service, which has been sour lately.
I made my second purchase on January 26th, and I got an email from Zalando on January 28th, informing me that my order had been shipped and would arrive within 2 to 4 working days. However, it had not yet arrived on February 3rd, and that made me suspicious. I contacted Zalando's customer service through their chat help, as I had done before. It was already 17:20, and they reminded me that the working day had not concluded yet. Although, they had a solid case that, as I had never received a UPS parcel after 16:00, I should be more patient.
The tracking button on my order page was broken and brought up an error message, so they provided me with a link to UPS's tracking site. Nevertheless, following the link, it appeared that a label had been created on January 29th. On February 4th, and with the UPS tracking still showing label printed in Germany and shipped - delivery both blank, I became more concerned.
The customer advisor on the chat told me that the delay was due to Brexit, but I didn't get why it would stop my order from reaching me. She said she would contact UPS and email me. However, midday on February 5th, with no change in the UPS tracking and no email from Zalando, I called customer service. I spoke to a rather curt woman with a Dutch accent, who told me that her colleague had emailed UPS but had not received a response. That seemed odd to me, as I had called UPS UK earlier that day, and they were not able to give me specifics about the package, as I am not their customer. They told me that the term label printed usually refers to the fact that they are still waiting to receive the parcel from their client.
I challenged the customer advisor regarding their delay excuses and why Brexit should stop them from providing or having UPS collect my order. She got quite aggressive, and that raised a red flag for me. She said that I would have to wait for the email, which would update me on the situation.
Over three hours later, on February 5th, I received the email. I responded that as the item had not yet left, she had to cancel my order and provide me with a full refund. Even though I still wanted my order, I decided to "cut off my nose to spite my face," as I do not appreciate being lied to. Late on the 5th, my refund request was rejected with another lie. They stated that they could not refund me because my order had already been shipped, even though the UPS tracking page still showed that my parcel had not been shipped. The responses from Zalando's customer service were not reasonable, and that made me feel completely frustrated.
Of course, there might be a logical explanation why the information they are providing me does not correspond with that of UPS. In this case, I apologize for branding them liars, but the email shows that they have not provided any specific detail except for blaming Brexit. I am very curious about why Brexit would delay a German warehouse/stock center from giving UPS Germany my parcel.

I am a good hard working, honest person. I rarely treat myself to anything nice. I did however decide to buy a pair of Dr Martins. Unfortunately, they didn’t fit so I returned them.
I used the label printer at the shop and attached it to the parcel containing the boots. After chasing up my refund, I was told that my parcel received did not contain the Dr Martins.
I was apparently emailed about this but they went into my spam.
I can only assume that the label has peeled off and stuck to another parcel or could be with you or the courier under the original label T00D4A1526375514
I am now £139.99 out of pocket. I cannot afford to be without boots or a refund.
I have tried emailing, phoning, social media and getting in touch with the courier without any success so my brother suggested this platform.
I hope that you can help as I am running out of ideas and feel quite frankly robbed.

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with Zalando UK. I got a gift voucher for my birthday, worth ?25, which was pretty cool! Terrible, absolutely terrible customer service! I purchased loads of cool stuff worth ?200 from Zalando UK, and was eagerly waiting for my parcel to arrive. When the package finally arrived, I was utterly shocked to see that it hadn't been sealed properly at all. Due to this, the bag that I had ordered, which cost ?70, was nowhere to be found. How disappointing is that? As if that wasn't bad enough, they also sent me the wrong size trainers worth ?80! It's a no-brainer that I was extremely angry and upset.
I filled in a form to request a refund for the missing bag, and it took ages for them to even acknowledge my request. Eventually, I was given a refund for the bag. But when I sent the trainers and a pair of jeans back to them, I received an email from their customer service team claiming that they couldn't refund me. Apparently, they received an ASOS dress and Primark trainers back instead of my items! What a load of nonsense!
I was completely bewildered and couldn't believe that they were refusing to listen and refund me for what was clearly a mistake from their own warehouse staff. It's a shame that Zalando UK doesn't value its customers more and is willing to let their incompetence ruin its reputation. My poor cousin is a student and the nearest drop off point is so far away. It's like they don't want me to get my money back. And when I contacted customer service, they were so terrible and rude! Like, come on, guys, I'm your loyal customer here!
