Got a wig from Wowwigs and it took like a whole month to get it. When I finally got it, I saw that it wasn't the wig I wanted. I tried to leave a review on their site but it never showed up.

Wowwigs is terrible! I got a HD lace wig from them and it's so dry, 2 inches shorter than I thought, and the quality is so bad. I put in a paypal dispute but they said no. I just want to tell everyone not to buy from them. Don't waste your money and save yourself a headache.

I got a wig from Wowwigs. They sent it fast, but it was the wrong one. I told them and they said sorry. They wanted me to send it back and they'd pay $13 for shipping. But it was too much to send it back. It cost $90! The wig was $184. I tried to send it back with ***, but it was $126.69. PayPal said I had to send it back or not get my money back. It was bad. I got the wrong wig and lost $184. Wowwigs is bad.

Finally, on September 20, they replied and said they didn't have the item. I asked for a refund, but they won't give me one. They have a different address on their website, and they're not responding to my emails. This company is keeping my money, and they won't refund me. I've never ordered from them before, and I need help getting my ***USD back.

This company thinks they can just keep people's money, list items that they don't even have, say they're out of stock, and refuse to issue any refund. I have never ordered from this company, and I would appreciate some help with them refunding the ***USD. Thank you.

March 29, 2022 - I order stuff from Wowwigs for CDN $866.33. March 30, 2022 - They say they're waiting to fulfill my order. March 31, 2022 - I order more stuff and ask them to ship everything together. They say it's cool and they'll let me know if there's any problems. April 1, 2022 - They charge my MasterCard. April 4, 2022 - Nothing's changed with my order. I cancel both orders because they charged me but didn't ship anything. April 5, 2022 - I call them and they say it's my fault because I wanted everything shipped together and some stuff was on back order. They didn't tell me that before. They say I have to pay a 15% restocking fee if I cancel. I tell them that's not fair because they haven't even shipped anything yet. They hang up on me. April 5, 2022 - They offer me a 30% discount to keep my order. I say no. April 7, 2022 - I haven't heard from them and I dispute the charge with MasterCard. They charged me before they even shipped anything. I want my money back - CDN $866.33.
