HD Accessory customer service

When I emailed them concerning an issue with a purchased product, they sent a dismissive reply. When I called, the phone rang without pickup on almost every extension. When I finally did speak to someone, the person I spoke to was extremely rude. Customer service is the worst I ever experienced. They are nearly impossible to reach and do not even attempt to provide decent customer service.

HD Accessory phone case and screen protector combo kits for galaxy s9

I ordered 3 Mybat phone case and screen protector combo kits and when I received them the screen protectors are all too small to cover the entire screen of the phone. When I called customer service they said that if I am unhappy I can return them at my cost. I feel very misled as these items are sold as a kit and they should be the correct size for the phone. It doesn't say that the screen protectors are not going to cover the screen of the phone totally anywhere on the website. I would have ordered them from somewhere else or a different style set if I had known this information. A complete scam and now I'm out the money. Never order from this company!

HD Accessory non delivery

I ordered a charging cable from this company and never received it. I emailed them multiple time and never got a response until I threatened them with legal action and then they responded that next day. I emailed them back with the info they asked for and now it's been 3 weeks. I am just waiting for my lawyer to get all the paperwork thats necessary to file lawsuit against them and I will be suing them for time taken to email them multiple times and for money stolen from me in a transaction where I didn't receive what I paid for and for emotional damages and stress

HD Accessory misguided web posting

Ordered as stated on HDAccessory web site, screen protector for I-Phone 4, received Protectors for I-Phone 3 which completely different. Tried several time to explain to customer service representative their mistakes, they refused either to provide what they advertised on their web site nor accepting returning the order with full refund plus shipping. Finally, I disputed the charges with my credit card provider who credited the price of the screen protector as credit provider courtesy. HDAccessory is for sure a rip off site, that rip consumer of product quality and shipping cost.

HD Accessory Poor service

Bought my wife the iphone 3g for Christmas and were looking for some accessories. This company obviously spends some money for advertising because they are high on the "google" list when you search for items.
I ordered a Jabra bluetooth, a silicone case, and an extra usb cable for the iphone. They were real quick about taking the payment and we finally recieved our merchandise in about two weeks. The iphone case was as advertised and sealed in a package. Although it does seem very cheap, but hey, you get what you pay for. The usb cable was in a zip lock bag with a rubber band around it. The Jabra bluetooth was in a factory package with all the instructions and parts. But, the package, upon careful inspection appeared to have been resealed. Sure enough the bluetooth would not take a charge much less turn on and the usb cable worked the first time I pluged it in, after some jiggling, but would not work again.
As stated by other reviewers, you can not get in touch with this company! If you review their return policies, they will take back, or exchange products IF the package can be resealed "as factory new" and within 30 days and blah, blah. Have you ever tried to open a plastic package that has a small electronic item in it without "damaging" the plastic? It's virtually impossible.
After two weeks of emails they finally responded, after I stated that I just wanted to exchange the items, and promised an exchange. It is Feb. 17, and they recieved the items around the second week of January. I sent the items back with confirmation delivery throught the USPS. They will not respond to my emails, I send them one every day, and they do not answere their phones.
The first impression I got from this retailer after recieving my products was that they were a reseler of damaged and returned products. I know that the big stores (ie: Best Buy) auction off by the pallet load, boxes of returned and damaged products. HDaccessories, sells cheap stuff at cheap prices. If you want something that can't be broken...like a cell phone case, go for it, but I would not recommend them for electronic purchases.

HD Accessory Never received item - no response

I ordered a pair of earbuds a while ago and only one side worked. I emailed and tried to call the company but got no response.

In January, I ordered another kind of earbuds and a FM transmitter car kit. The earbuds came and these work much better, but the car kit never arrived. I kept waiting thinking it was coming in a separate box. I have since emailed 3 times and tried to call them. The phone number does not appear to work and again, got no response from my email. The only alternative now is to dispute the charge.

I used to tell a lot of people how great this company is, but no more. Be careful!

I HAD THE SAME THING.
I just ordered a pair of earbuds and only oneside worked! there phone number doesn't work. there e-mails don't work. DO NOT buy from this company. I guess this will teach us all a lesson to only buy Amazon.com or Walmart lol so we know that we arn't buying crap.

HD Accessory iPhone Case/Customer Service

I ordered an iPhone case from this company. The case itself is nice to look at, but does NOT work with the iPhone. There is a plastic cover over the screen that makes it next to impossible to use the screen. It works sometimes if the icon you need to press is in the middle of the phone, however, any button near the corners is rendered inoperable. Thought I could simply exchange it or return it. Sent an email to the "services" department and the "return" department. Nothing. Tried to call the number they gave me, doesn't even ring. Sounds like I'm lucky to have received anything at all. Don't buy from this company, but if you insist do not buy this product for the iPhone: "Pocket Crystal Case" or "Pocket Mirror Case." Stinkers.

HD Accessory Never recieved Product/or Response

I placed an order with this company on 12/28/07 i made several inquiries about the shipping date of the order with no response. on 1/14/08 I recieved an email stating the order had been shipped with no tracking information. On the following Monday 1/21/08 I sent another email requesting a tracking number... no response On Tuesday I sent another email again requesting a tracking # or I would file a complaint with the BBB. Still no response. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they replied that the package was shipped and delivered but could not supply any tracking information except something was received in Baton Rouge on 1/18/2008. I again asked for more detailed information to reply... NOTHING.
This company is a TOTAL RIP OFF!
TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW... BEWARE!

HD Accessory Do not buy from this site!

I ordered an FM Transmitter for my iPod on 12/28/07 paid with Paypal (recommended). I received order confirmation from them immediately followed minutes later by notice from PayPal that my account had been charged. Emailed them on 12/30/07 asking for ship date - no response. Emailed them 01/04/07 saying if I didn't received product by 01/07/08 I wanted to cancel the order - no response. Between 12/30/07 and 01/07/08 I attempted to reach them by phone numerous times . Typically the line would ring so long I would eventually get a fast busy and a disconnect. Since I hadn't received my order by 01/07/08 and had not heard from them since the day I ordered (12/28/07), on 01/08/08 I opened a dispute with PayPal. The evening of 01/08/08 I received email via PayPal that the order had shipped on 01/09/08?! I checked the tracking number several times but only electronic information had been received. Nothing had actually shipped. On 01/11/08 I posted a comment at PayPal regarding the dispute stating "As soon as I receive the product and am satisfied with it I will withdraw the dispute." That evening I received email, again via PayPal, that the product had shipped. I checked the tracking number and my order was on it's way. I received the order on 01/14/07. I checked it out and it worked OK. That was the evening of 01/14/07. The next morning I received email that the seller, Kewyei Inc., had elevated my dispute to a claim. I had the product in hand less than 12 hours without withdrawing my dispute and Kewyei elevates it to a claim! HDaccessory.com will charge you immediately and take their own sweet time keeping their end of the bargain. It is my personal opinion that these people are either incredibly naive about running a business, incredibly stupid about running a business, or incredibly dishonest about running a business. I will NEVER shop at any site run by Kewyei and I will warn everyone I can not to do any type of business with them.

DO NOT WORK WITH OR ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Like the others' experinces, this is a terrible company which you should avoid it! Tried two days on contineous basis to call but no response. Be aware that do not leave your credit information since you can not erase it afterwards. I contact my credit card company and warned them about any misuse.

After I filed a complaint with the BBB, one day after the complaint I received an email notification from HDAccessory about a shipment being made, and guess what - a few days later I got my stuff. So do the same thing - file a complaint, receive your order and never order from them again!

I have the same problem (ordered something and never got a shipment). I actually checked them out on the Better Business Bureau and they have a good rating! I just filed a complaint with the BBB and urge everybody with problems to do the same. It appears that complaints that were filed previously by other people were all resolved. The more people complain, the better! Either issues get resolved or the good rating of HDAccessory gets changed to a bad rating, so that consumers avoid getting ripped off. Interestingly, somebody must be still working there, because the HDAccessory website changes (new specials and so on) almost daily. Good luck to everybody and post a new comment if you get something resoved.

HD Accessory Cant contact for exchange!

Purchased iPod accessory speaker system as Christmas gift. Broke after 6 hours of use. HdAccessory.com will not return emails and phone number has rung busy for 10 days (I've called everyday at multiple times). RMA process on their websites results in receiving generic RMA response stating that they received the request-but never any follow up.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

ordered a product for my iPad a holder. Was never rec'd. Called the service is really bad. they claimed it was delivered on the Feb the 23rd 20013. My office is closed on that day it was a Saturday. They refused to do anything. so I Canceled the charges made on my credit card. the service person sounded like a child.

HD accessory is clearly a scam site. It is perpetuating the American greed philosophy that we are seeing so much of lately. I ordered three items from the site and I guess I was luckier than some people who ordered from them because I received the items. One of the items was a car charger for my I phone and when I tried to charge the phone, the phone said it was not able to charge with the attached charge cord. The other item that didn’t work was a splitter for the I phone. When I plugged it in, the sound was garbled.
So, I asked for a RMA # from the HD site and waited to hear from them which never happened. After waiting 3 days, I emailed HD requesting an RMA # (using their other email address) and didn’t hear anything again. I also called HD a number of times and the phone was always busy. After waiting a day, I emailed again using the two email addresses listed on their site and this time it came back as undeliverable. In the emails I sent, I said that if I do not hear from them I would submit a complaint and also ask for a credit from my credit card company. Well, guess what, after filing the complaint with the credit card company, within the hour I received emails from HD scammer saying that I was a valued customer and here is your RMA # etc. It was pretty obvious that they sent that after getting an enquiry from the credit card company.
Don’t waste your time on this site.

I ordered the black aluminum case for my iPhone 3g, they sent some clear plastic split case with a black stick on lable on the top half with some type of texture, a total piece of garbage, not even close to what I ordered.
And I have had no response from email or phone yet.
Couple more days, then I can hoestly say.

HD Accessory Terrible service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered some ipod accessories from HDaccessory.com on December 15th, 2007. I ordered the items for an overseas trip I was taking on December 29th. As my departure date approached I got concerned that I had not received the shipment or even a shipment conformation. I proceeded to call, fax and email these folks MANY, MANY times. The phone either rang and went into fax mode or was constantly busy. I also faxed a letter with my concerns over and over to no avail. I emailed at least 7 times and finally gave up and went on my trip with borrowed ipod accessories from a friend.

I finally received a shipment conformation on January 3rd, 2008 (19 DAYS after I placed the order). Even if you deduct Sundays and two days for Christmas... COME ON FOLKS... this is completely unacceptable. I just arrived back in the states today, January 14th and I just received the package. I had called my bank to dispute the charge and was going to get the money today... when the package finally appeared. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN and I suggest you DON NOT EITHER. It took ONE MONTH to receive my items. There is no customer service whatsoever... I called their number today and it has been changed to a 323 srea code number. They are SHADY at best. STAY AWAY from HDACCESSORY.com!

I had been ordering items from HDACCESSORY for a couple of yrs and never had a problem, items were shipped quick and product was of good quality for the price the I paid. BUT recently I purchased an audio/video cable for my ipod classic so I could attach the ipod to my TV. Well the thing does not work! So after several attempts to call them I was finally able to talk with someone and his attiude seemed like a was bothering him. He did give me an RMA # so I could return the product. I shipped with USPS with signature required. I received the signature card (signed by them) a few days later, but never recieved credit for the product. I emailed them and they responsed by telling me I needed to send them a copy of the signature card and RMA# so they could find my shippment. I faxed the signature card to them-- No Response--. I called them and finally someone answered and they told me it takes 2-3 wks for returns. I told them it had been longer than that. Well I recieved my product back with a refused shipping on the box, even though they signed the signature card accepting delivery. Like I said they WERE a good company. NOW I will never order from them again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! STAY AWAY!

DO NOT WORK WITH OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Fully agree with all the others. This is a terrible company to work with! The website contact address never answer a phone and no email reply. Be aware about giving your credit information since the information stays there and you can not erase it. I have contacted my credit company and warned them about the possible misuse.

While I don't care for the lack of Customer Service afforded by HDAcessory, I did receive my order, it was correct and they did respond to my email inquiry asking for a shipping date.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend this site to anyone, but I can only really complain that they don't answer their phone.

I wish I'd checked this site before putting in my order with hdaccessory. I ordered a wired headset for my iPhone and there is no inline microphone as advertised AND it won't insert completely into the jack so I can't even use it as an headphone to listen to music. What's really interesting is there is no manufacturer stated anywhere on the packaging or the headset. I've called them 5 times and the phone just rings and rings. I'm now filing a complaint with the BBB.

I ordered I Phone accessories on 12/26, they took my $$$ 12/28/07 and I am still waiting as of 1/21/08 for my stuff. On 1/10/08 I e-mailed the fools and they sent a shipment notice on 1/11/08. I checked the tracking on 1/16 and the stuff was still sitting in CA! As of 1/19 it is sitting in Albany, NY. God only knows what I am going to receive when the junk finally gets here.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE! I have been shopping on the internet for many years and this is first time I have EVER had a problem with an order.

I ordered some ipod accessories on 1/4/08 and was sent a confirmation letter right away. I check my credit card postings every day, and two days after the order was placed, charges were confirmed on my online statement. Since then I have been waiting for delivery. Yesterday (1/16/08) I looked online at my original order with HD Accessories and found there to be no shipment information yet. I sent them an e-mail asking about that and have no response yet. In the meantime I have looked online and found many other complaints following the same format. That is sure no way to run a business and expect to stay in business. Hopefully, the order will still come through even if it takes some time, but I would certainly think twice about ordering with this outfit again.

HD Accessory Misrepresented produce and will not answer E Mails or phone calls!

Ordered a product that was supposed to be compatible with a ZUNE player, it is not, the electrical connection is for an IPOD only. I cannot get them to answer e-mails or their customer service number. They have taken my money and will not respond.

I AM SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT THE BAD LUCK YOU GUYS HAD WITH THIS COMPANY.BUT I DID ORDER TWO ARMBANDS FOR MY IPOD NANO AND RECEIVED IT IN LIKE FOUR DAYS I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER.ALSO WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM SOMEONE ANSWERED THE PHONE RIGHT AWAY.IM KINDA WORRIED ABOUT ORDERING AGAIN BECAUSE I MIGHT NOT GET SO LUCKY THE SECOND TIME THE ITEMS THAT I ORDERED WAS GOOD QUALITY.I ORDERED EVEN AFTER I READ THE REVIEWS BECAUSE IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT THOSE IPOD NANO ARMBANDS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE I BOUGHT TWO OF THEM AND IT STILL DIDNT EQUAL UP TO WHAT I WOULD HAVE SPENT FOR ONE

I have ordered some things from the company and though they are unreachable over the phone, when I wrote an email claiming that I didn't receive a product, they automatically sent me a replacement. Just have patience and they'll take care of it.

After I filed a complaint with the BBB, one day after the complaint I received an email notification from HDAccessory about a shipment being made, and guess what - a few days later I got my stuff. So do the same thing - file a complaint, receive your order and never order from them again!

I, too, have not been able to get HDAccessory to respond to anything I send. Luckily, I got what I ordered, albeit very slowly; however, I wish to return one of the items and can't get a response on how to do this. I truly wish I had gone ahead and gotten the items from the Apple store. At least I would know where to find them.

I have the same problem. I ordered a number of items on Jan. 8. My credit card number was charged immediately (not like they state in their policy, where they claim that they charge the card when items are shipped). The status of my order still lists "ordered", not shipped. I have not received any shipments as of Jan. 18. They are not reachable - the phone number is always busy (probably lots of people trying to reach them). The few occasions where I got through, nobody answered the phone. No responses to emails whatsoever. I checked them out on the Better Business Bureau website, and they actually have a good rating. I will probably file a complaint with the BBB, since they only took my money and never delivered any product. I suggest you file a complaint as well, the more people do this the better. Good luck to everybody who has problems.

I can agree that these people are unreachable. I too have tried MANY times via email and phone. I find it interesting that they changed their phone number and actually posted the change on their site. I had the previous number and when I called it, I received the recorded message 'the number you are trying to reach has been changed to...". When I rechecked the website, there is was... the changed number! I have contacted my bank since I made the purchase via a Mastercard bank card. If I have any luck with what the bank is going to do, I'll repost. The sad thing is that this purchase was for my daughter...and it angers me more when my child is involved! Also, believe it or not, I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH PURCHASING ANYTHING ON THE INTERNET! I regret to say this is my first!

I wish you the best of luck. These people are unreachable. I tried many, many times. They have NO customer service whatsoever. To boot, they have recently changed their phone number to a 323 area code... plain shady if you ask me.

HD Accessory Rip off!

Order placed on 12/31 and no tracking number provided, no answer or busy phone and no response to email. I found this page on Wed. and have been reading everyone else's reports and want to thank you all for sharing -- you are not alone! I have filed dispute with my credit card company and they have given provisional credit and now they can track down the merchant. (I did not pay through pay pal).

Also interesting, as someone else noted, that the problems are recent, so something must have just happened there (flew off to Mexico, perhaps?). Given the volume they must do (iPod accessories after all) I'm surprised there aren't more complaints. Also, if it's the same company, there is hdaccessory storefront on eBay selling iPod stuff with excellent feedback but now the store is not selling items.

I will try sending a couple of more emails and see if it helps. This is my first bad experience with an online merchant but I suppose it's bound to happen.

I ordered 2 phone cases for a motorola Moto g pure on the 9th. They were shipped on the 10th. I have not received them yet and I paid for the first class mail 3 day's. When will I receive them. Today makes day three why did I pay for first class mail if I am not getting My order in the time I paid for

Phone cases are so cheap. They fall apart about a week after using them. The belt clips have pins that do not even go all the way through. You will lose your phone. Buyer Beware

Worst service ever! I placed a order with HD accessory last year on Feb 25, 2014, i sent the items back, but I never received a credit or my merchandise. All I have is my receipt showing i made the purchases. I'll never purchase anything else from them. My order number 1215960. My phone number: [protected]

I have ordered from this company on several occasions. My most recent item was ordered on Wednesday April 1st. I received it by USPS on Saturday April 4th. All my products have arrived in a timely manner and in excellent condition. I suggest paying for your order through pay pal and always check for estimated arrival time. ALWAYS read full description for the items you are purchasing.

Tried numerous times on Valentine's Day, Feb. 14th, 2015 to place an order. When attempting to check out several times, first using my credit card and then trying to go through Pay Pal, the product was still in my cart. Morning after, tried again and encountered problems. I have ordered from this merchant before and had no problems with the site or receiving merchandise. What has happened in such a short time period. I just hope that my account has not been debited numerous time due to this site's issues. I emailed the company yesterday, but of course, have not received a reply. I am going to warn my Facebook friends so that they don't have the same experience.

Unprofessional! I will never buy anything from them ever again. I placed an order and paid via Pay Pal. The order was shipped to the wrong address. I called HD Accessory and spoke with a secretary. She said they received the package back and someone will contact me for my correct address. I insisted that I could provide her with the correct address and she stated that someone else would have to speka with me. After not hearing from anyone I called back several times but got a busy tone, answering machine and disconnections. I emailed them and still no response. Finally after two more weeks of trying, I finally spoke with an employee and she said I would have to pay a restocking fee for a refund or another shipping fee if I still wanted the items. I asked to speak with her manager and she said the manager would call me back. Four days later (after no phone call) I was partially refunded my money and they charged me a restocking fee! Unbelievable! BAD BAD SERVICE!

Terrible company, indeed. Their product website is quite misleading, too. They made it look like they were offering a combo deal by posting " A combo deal: ipad stand with a smart cover", which clearly stated as a product title. However, the smart cover was not included in the delivered package. After arguing with them on the phone, I was told to check the site again. At the very bottom of the next page, it stated as not included. Be careful not to be fooled by their advertisement gimmicks on the website!

Order took forever to get here and when it finally did come about 3 weeks after I ordered, all IPhone cases were of terrible quality my Daughter could do a better job of making an iPhone case and she's eleven! Most cases had very crude edges some still tacky and came stuck to the plastic packaging, and most fell right off my IPhone! Buyer beware! Junk! Junk! Junk! I will never order from them ever again... You might as well just take your money and flush it down the toilet! The only thing they are good for is taking up space in your trash can!
