Getting ready to order my 7th pair
I have severe damage and limited movement in both ankles due to a motorcycle accident. I had to return one pair and the process was quick and easy. I have three different style of athletic shoes and two pairs of sandals. I wear the sandals around the house instead of slippers and they save me a lot of pain. The shoes allow me to work and play more than we ever thought possible. I would recommend them for anyone with arthritis and limited motion like I have. I also use the Gravity Defyer orthopedic inserts which I prefer to the pair I bought from my foot doctor.
Best shoes for my back pain
These shoes really help me absorb the shock of hard surfaces when I walk which leads to a less affected back (pain)

I also like how the sole has technology in it! I mean you are paying $145 for a pair of shoes that have integrated technology and a trampoline system within it! So that's a plus!
I also like how most shoes are genuine leather or nubac.

Great Shoes Great Service
I have purchases multiple pairs of shoes and been more than happy. I have foot issues (flat, wide, planter f, etc) and for years tried all kinds of inserts (including special made ones from the foot doctor) with no relief from the pain. I could hardly walk a block without my feet, ankles, knees giving me issues. Once I purchased these shoes all of these problems cleared up. I was amazed! They are worth every penny! I have never had an issue with quality or shipping and just ordered sandals from them for the summer. After reading all of the negative reviews I guess you could say it is different for everyone. I, for one, am very happy and so are my feet, ankles, knees, etc

I recently bought a pair of Women's G-Defy Extora II Athletic Shoes; I have suffered from heel spurs and plantar fasciitis for years. I work for a local professional sports team so I spend a lot of time standing and walking - up to 10 hours a day per event. The next day I would be so crippled up that I could barely get out of bed. Two weeks ago I purchased my first pair of Gravity Defyer's and I worked two 10 hour days back to back. First I was impressed that after the first day I could get out of bed without pain; but knew I had another full day to go... This morning when I got up after standing all day and walking over 4 miles-I had no limp, no pain! I plan on buying a second pair to wear everyday!
Life Saver Shoes
I have Lupus, 6 herniated discs for which I just had neck and back surgery. This spring I was having severe hip, knee, and foot pain on the left side. I was told I had bursitis. Despite my health issues and I am a workaholic (50- 70 hours per week) and exercise fanatic (at least an hour per day) which BTW I also advocate for if you have arthritis and other health issues like me. These shoes were a miracle worker for me. I wore them constantly the first two months and my hip, knee and foot pain disappeared. They also helped significantly with my lower back pain. Like I said I am on the go from the time I get up until I drop asleep in the evening. These shoes have really improved my quality of life. Definitely recommend.
GREAT SHOE
So far I have purchased at least 6 pair of these shoes. I have plantar faciitis. But these shoes are not meant to cure PF but to help relieve the pain. I walk 3 to 5 miles per day. I have PF in my right foot. Since I walk everyday, the sneakers I buy are expensive (120 to $200 per pair) so the cost is not a problem. Pros: The sneakers have lots of cushion which I need, they are comfortable to wear, they last a long time. I've walked over 300 miles in each pair I bought. Cons: They are expensive, they are kinda of heavy (although I noticed that they've trimmed them down a bit--don't know why). The critics of this shoe either expect too much, expect the shoe to cure PF, don't like the high price, or they work for the competitor. One thing, you have to know what your actual shoe size is before you order. Know if you need a wide or a medium. I LOVE THIS SHOE!

I have been in the brand name retail shoe business for over 50 years, I've seen products come and go, NOTHING is for EVERYONE and complaining about the fit of shoes you order is ludicrous, shoes MUST be fitted in a store by trained salespeople, PERIOD. That being said, now that I'm retired I work out almost daily, walking is a big part of that workout and up to wearing my Gravity Defyer shoes I wore New Balance mostly because of my need for a 4E width. My Gravity Defyers fit EXACTLY like my NB, I wear a 13 EEEE in NB, a 13 XW in Gravity Defyer. As far as my review these shoes are on a par (price wise) with the better NB products. The comfort for me is slightly better, knee pain is gone, toe cramping is gone, it took a 10 minute walk to adjust to the feel as these have a slightly thicker heel than my NB, but after that I don't even notice it. The different insole (high arch/low arch) is very smart, I prefer the high arch (again, a professional fitter will help you decide) it is the BEST company insert (included in your shoe purchase-there are some "aftermarket" inserts that you pay extra for that are slightly better) I think, if you have "issues" these shoes should be seriously considered, they are an option I am very happy I tried. DEFINITELY worth the price, I would NOT buy them WITHOUT first trying them on in a REAL store, NOT a "big box" store but a store where you can be SIZED and FITTED and you'll KNOW if it's right for you. It CERTAINLY was for me.

I use to like these shoes and have previously ordered three pairs. My husband has also ordered in the past. At the end of December they were offering a big discount so I ordered a new pair for $104. After not hearing from them, I called customer service and was told my shoes were on back order. He told me if I wanted to change the color I could get them sooner. I went online and found a color I liked but kept the same shoe. I verified they were available and called them back, thinking I would get my shoes within 7 days. A few days later, I called again because I got a email saying they cancelled my order. I told them what had happened and the agent told me they had no record of the second order and I would have to pay $140 to reorder them. They would not honor my original order price. I think they do this a lot to make you pay the original price.
I placed an order on 9/8/2020 as I belong to a local Elks lodge who provided a $30 discount on gravitydefyer sneakers. On 9/24/2020, I still had not received my sneakers. After calling gravitydefyer, I was advised that the sneakers that I had purchased were no longer available. After advising the customer service representative that I had not received a phone call or email advising that these sneakers were not available, he apologized but could not provide a reason why no one had contacted me. After waiting for 16 days with no contact from them, I cancelled my order. This is not a good business practice and I would not recommend this company. I would also advise any Elk's lodge that provide a discount coupon to remove this add and not provide or recommend this company. What company does not reach out to their customers when they no longer have a product that someone has paid over $150 for an item? Shame on them. Bad customer services.
The shoes that I purchased were not suitable for me, so I returned the product according to the instructions in the box. I took pictures so that I *** keep record and sent the company an email as stated. It's been 1 week and I have not received a reply to acknowledge my return. I have since then sent another email. I just want my refund. Had I known that the company would be so negligent in helping me with my concerns, I would not have purchased in the first place. The shoes themselves fit too loose causing more pain than support.
The shoes are amazing...the only sneakers and hiking boots that I can wear. Their customer service response time is AWFUL! I paid for faster shipping as the USPS is horrible these days and it still took almost 2 weeks to receive the latest order of hiking boots. I had to exchange them because they were too wide compared to the sneakers and the replacement took almost 2 weeks and the return of the wide boots, using the FedEx label provided and used a FedEx dropbox and it took from 3/23 to 4/13 and two emails for them to give me the refund. Did they actually receive the boots or just give me the refund? Who knows!
If they warehoused with Amazon then they could save a lot of grief! Amazon Prime could have sent my sneakers AND boots within 2-3 days and returns/exchanges through Kohl's would make life easier for everyone!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE UNLESS YOU USE A CREDIT CARD WITH FRAUD PROTECTION***I ordered 3 pairs of shoes online. I received an order confirmation indicating that one of the pairs would not be available for months. I called and told them to send me a different color for the backordered pair. Then they sent me 3 pairs. Two pairs of the shoes I kept, the other was returned the same day and received by them 4/5/21. I called and emailed several times asking when I would receive the replacement. Each time I was told soon. I called 4/22/21 and was told in 48 business hours. I called yesterday and they told me I had a balance due (which is not accurate) and 'Ruth' who refused to let me speak to her Supervisor hung up on me. This morning I wake up to see a hold for 3 pairs of shoes as an authorization on my card when they already processed the payment for one of the two pairs I have in my possession. Upon closer review of my account, I owe them $45 for the other pair of sandals in my possession, but they tried to steal $134.95 which is much more than they were entitled to. I had to call my bank, I had Ruth on the phone who again refused to transfer me to a supervisor and she is a thief as far as I am concerned. This company is shady and if you review their social media pages, most of the comments are complaints about their customer service and shadiness.

These guys advertise a full refund but then don't give you a full refund bc they charge for shipping the return. Very deceiving. I am going to also complain to AAA for advertising a product that has deceptive business practices.

I wanted to purchase a pair of heir G-DEFY MIGHTY WALK shoes. I went to their web site and completed an order. I had previously tried to order by phone since I wanted to get some information on sizing and availability I was hung up on twice during this process. On the third attempt I asked for a call back. After approximately 20 minutes I did receive a call back from a CSR. I explained that I would like to change my order to wide vs x-wide shoes. She said she would look up the order. After a minute I was hung up on again. Their web site is one of the most confusing ones I have ever attempted to navigate, having spent my entire working career in IT. I am currently waiting for another call back and it has been over 45 minutes. After reading the complaints from the BBB about this company I am not sure I even want to do business with them. They certainly need an upgrade to their phone system and a new web company at the very least. The order was on 5/18/2020
This company could be so much better, They have absolutely no customer service. When I pay $160.00 for a pair of shoes that are suppose to help relieve pain, I expect some customer service to go along with that. I like the shoes wore them around the house for a week and noticed an issue with one of the lace eyelets was missing a piece. I like the shoe so I reordered a replacement pair on 5/9 thinking I would have another pair on the way as I had shipped the first pair back for refund. I received the second pair of shoes put them on and wearing them everywhere as I already knew how well they fit. 3 days in they started squeaky so bad, I woke everyone in the house. I have left well over a dozen calls with no answer, also believing I was in line to be called back. Now it is a month later, no call back. I tried to leave Custer Care an email, but that only allowed me to start a "case." Once you do that you get an internal error message. Currently I am out of over$300.

For general info. I am 78 years old, have severe Osteo Arthritis, trouble walking, prone to falling, use a cane to get around, I was talking with my daughter about your shoes. Thinking they might help with my problems, she bought me a pair of your walking shoes for Christmas. I followed the instructions wearing them 2 or 3 hours a day around the house. Did this for a couple of weeks then decided to wear shopping for groceries and a big box store. This was a good bit of walking and have done it several more times. The only time I really feel safe with the shoes is when I have a shopping cart to hold on to. I don’t know if this is a unique problem or if would occur with others.
The shoes are very well made, feel great on my feet, look good and show Quality construction. However I am unable to enjoy them and feel safe. I wanted to tell you about this so that others with balance problems wont be disappointed as I am. Might be just me but I guess I will donate them to Good Will as I can’t enjoy them. Hopefully this will help someone else.
Desired outcome: Just don't want others to waste their money, if they can feel safe with these shoes.

I have ordered a pair of shoes from Gravity Defyer website and wore them only three times at the office and one of the soles fell off! I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. It took them a week to reply and it was nothing but a computer generated response! They said how sorry they were and etc. Then I sent them another message and received the same response.
I found their phone number and called. Finally I spoke to a real person and not a robot. They said sorry again and told that there was nothing they could do. They said that it was already too late for a refund! Terrible!

I ordered some shoes from Gravity Defyer, but when I received them size was incorrect, shoes were too small and tight. I wore them only for few hours and wanted to cut off my feet. I decided to return the shoes, so I contacted customer service and asked for a refund. They refused to refund my money because I already used the shoes. They offered me a store credit and suggested me to keep the shoes. Do not waste your money! I'll never order anything from them again. Shoes were nice, but customer service is super unprofessional.

I won’t recommend anyone shoes from Gravity Defyer Corp. I have purchased one pair of shoes, which cost me $200. It was written in the advertisement that the quality was high and these shoes were durable. I think I have received defective pair, because these shoes started to squeak and I couldn’t wear them on public. The seller replied to my complaint and sent me the second pair, which was also terrible and they again started to squeak.
Many, many people had the same trouble as I did
I checked them out online, talked to a rep, asking if the shoes were true to size. He assured me that they were. I ordered 1 pair because I was on my feet, on cement, working 8 hours a day. I thought it would ease the stress on my feet because the shoes had springs in them. There was a 30 day guarantee on them and I asked the rep "What if they don't fit right and I have to return them? Does the 30 day return start over?" He said "No, you will just have whatever days are remaining on that order." It took about 2 weeks for them to come in. They didn't fit right. I sent them back within the same week. I insured the pkj. They sent me an email when they received it and said they would process a refund within the next week or so. It took emails and finally finding where they were located, notifying the BBB in that area and then after 3 months, my money was finally refunded. I reported this on another site, measuredup.com also. I want people to know. Sadly, I had not looked at the reviews on that site until I had my problem with them. I was not alone in that. Many, many people had the same trouble as I did.
