Disappointed with MrRebates: Missing Rebates and Non-Complying Stores
I gotta say, I've been using MrRebates for a while now and I'm not too happy with the way things are going. It seems like every time I make a purchase, I have to wait and wait for my rebate to show up in my account. And sometimes, it never does! I mean, what's the point of using this site if I'm not going to get the cash back that I was promised?
One of the biggest problems I've had is with Amazon. They're always advertising these great rebate promotions, but then they don't report the transactions to MrRebates. It's like they're trying to cheat me out of my money! And when I asked MrRebates about it, they basically told me that they can't do anything about it because Amazon is one of the stores that refuses to consider claims.
I don't think that's fair at all. If Amazon wants to be an affiliate of MrRebates, they should have to play by the rules like everyone else. It's not right that they can just take advantage of unsuspecting customers and not come through with the promised rebates. And it's not just Amazon - eBay and Half.com are guilty of this too.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with MrRebates. I feel like I'm not getting the full benefit of using this site because so many of my rebates are missing. I hope they can figure out a way to hold these non-complying stores accountable and make sure that their customers are getting the cash back that they deserve.
Mixed Experience with Mr. Rebates: Appreciate Rebates, but Hassle to Receive Them
I've been using Mr. Rebates for a while now, and I have to say, it's been a bit of a mixed experience. While I do appreciate the rebates I get, it can be a bit of a hassle to actually receive them. In the past couple of years, I've had to write to Mr. Rebates to get my rebate more often than not, and even then, I have to wait a whole month before I can even complain about it. This has caused me to lose out on quite a few rebates, as I often forget about them by the time the month comes around.
Recently, I stayed at a motel twice in the past month and didn't receive my rebate. I made sure to click through to the site and even started over when I thought I might have done something wrong before booking the room. It was only a small rebate of about $1.20 for each stay, but it adds up over time. I still have two weeks before I can make a complaint about not receiving my rebate, so I've written to Mr. Rebates to see if they can help me out.
Despite these issues, I still use Mr. Rebates because I do appreciate the rebates I get. However, I've started using ebates more often because I always receive my rebate with them. Even though they offer a lower percentage, it's worth it to me to not have to deal with the hassle of waiting a month and potentially losing out on my rebate.
I'm not sure if the issues I've had with Mr. Rebates are due to my use of Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer, as I know other sites have had issues with GC. Regardless, I hope that Mr. Rebates can improve their rebate process so that it's easier and more reliable for their users.
Mr. Rebates: The Ultimate Cash Back and Coupon Website
I been using Mr. Rebates since 2009. I usually pick cash back websites and airline shopping portals based on how much money I can get back. But, Mr. Rebates usually has coupons that I can use too (which banks and airlines shopping portal may not have). Plus, I get rebates on top of that! They never missed my purchases (or, when I use them right), but another popular website messed up with me for a big one (so now I don't always feel confident when using that website). I feel really good with Mr. Rebates and told my close friends to use it too.
I only sent my question to the customer service once, on a Friday. The website says they will reply within 1 business day (in my opinion Mon-Fri), but the staff replied my on the next day (Saturday) with detailed info.
Mr. Rebates is one of my most important go-to rebate websites. Highly recommend!

Disappointing Experience with Mr. Rebates: Missing Cashback and Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Mr. Rebates (mrrebates.com) recently. I made an order with Harvey Nichols back on April 03, 2021 (order number GE***223GB, in case you were wondering), and I was supposed to get some cashback from Mr. Rebates for it. But when I checked my account, the cashback was nowhere to be found.
Naturally, I submitted a request for the missing rebate, but I never heard back from the company. I was getting pretty frustrated, so I decided to reach out to them on Facebook. Finally, after a bit of back-and-forth, they responded. But let me tell you, it was not a pleasant conversation.
At first, they tried to tell me that there was no record of my shopping with Harvey Nichols. But I had the proof right there in my account history: "***/3/2021 1:46:24 AMHarvey Nichols8%Free Delivery on $250+ Orders". Eventually, they admitted that they had made a mistake and that I had indeed made the purchase. But then they tried to tell me that I had never requested the missing cashback in the first place! That was a load of baloney, because I had the support issue confirmation right there in my inbox: "Support Issue: The order number you specified on the previous page has already been submitted to the Mr. Rebates' claim system so it cannot be resubmitted."
But the worst part was when they told me that it was too late to claim the rebate. According to their website, you have 90 days after purchase to claim your cashback. But they were trying to tell me that I had missed the deadline. That was a total lie, and I was not about to let them get away with it.
To make matters worse, they even tried to claim that I had used a coupon on my order, which would have invalidated my cashback. But I knew for a fact that I had never used a coupon on that order. It was just one excuse after another with these guys.
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed with Mr. Rebates. They seem like a pretty shameless company to me. All I wanted was my cashback, and they made it into a huge ordeal. I'm still trying to get my money back, but I'm not holding my breath. If you're thinking about using Mr. Rebates, I would definitely think twice.
Excellent Customer Service from Mr. Rebates: A Lifesaver for My Groupon Cashback Claim
Meegan was a real lifesaver when it came to my cashback claim from Groupon. I was missing a large rebate of 2K and Groupon couldn't find my order number, so they rejected my purchase. This meant that Mr. Rebates couldn't pay out, which was really frustrating. But Meegan was so understanding and helpful, she really went above and beyond to help me out.
I gave her all the order numbers I could get from Groupon's customer service, but it was still rejected. Meegan didn't give up though, she went to her manager to appeal it for me. After proving my purchase, it finally went through and I was so relieved. It did take over 6 weeks and I had to follow up with Mr. Rebates, but they were responsive and helpful.
I've been a member of Mr. Rebates since 2005 and I've received over 2K in lifetime cashback. I think they're excellent and their customer service is great too. They usually have higher rebates than other sites, so it's definitely worth checking them out. Just make sure to follow the instructions and click through them first, because those pennies really do add up!
Overall, I would definitely recommend Mr. Rebates to anyone looking to save some money on their online purchases. They're reliable, trustworthy, and their customer service is top-notch. So go ahead and give them a try - you won't be disappointed!
Mr. Rebates: A Disappointing Cash Back Site with Poor Customer Service
I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Mr. Rebates. I mean, sure, they offer cash back on purchases, but what good is that if they don't actually give you the money you earned? I've had a lot of trouble with them not recording my larger purchases, and when I try to contact them about it, they just don't respond. It's like they don't care about their customers at all.
And don't even get me started on their response to my email. They basically told me that my email works fine and that I should stop complaining. That's just ridiculous! If they can't handle customer service properly, then what's the point of using their site? It's like they're just trying to scam people out of their hard-earned money.
I've had a lot of cash back missing from my account, and they just don't seem to care. It's like they're more interested in making excuses for their greedy behavior than actually helping their customers. And if they're having so many problems with Amazon paying their users, then maybe they should just remove Amazon from their site altogether. But no, they'd rather just ignore people's emails and hope the problem goes away.
Overall, I'm really disappointed with Mr. Rebates. They're just like all the other bogus cash back sites out there, and I wouldn't recommend using them to anyone. They need to get their act together before they go down the drain.
Disappointed with Mr. Rebates: Issues with Recording Purchases and Poor Customer Service
So, I've been using Mr. Rebates for a while now, and I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed. Don't get me wrong, I've had some good experiences with them - they offer some pretty sweet cashback percentages on some of the merchants I use. But when it comes down to it, I've had some serious issues with them not recording my purchases.
I mean, I've made sure to always log in and click through their web portal or app when I make a purchase, but somehow, a lot of my transactions just aren't showing up in my account. And it's not just a few cents here and there - we're talking hundreds of dollars in motel stays that I never got credit for. And when I tried to reach out to customer service, I got no response. Not cool, Mr. Rebates.
I'm not saying I'm done with them completely - I'll still use them for eBay purchases, since they do offer some cashback there. But for anything else, I'm going to stick with eBates. At least with them, I know I'm actually going to get the cashback they promise. And honestly, after all the trouble I've had with Mr. Rebates, I don't really trust them anymore.
So yeah, if you're thinking about using Mr. Rebates, just be aware that you might not get credit for all your purchases. And if you do have issues, don't expect much help from customer service. It's a shame, because they could be a really great service if they just got their act together. But until then, I'll be sticking with eBates.
Exceptional Customer Service from Mr. Rebates: A Review of Their Dedication to Helping Customers
I recently had an experience with Mr. Rebates that I wanted to share. I was in the market for a vacation package and decided to use Hotwire to book my trip. But before I made my purchase, I remembered that I could earn cash back by going through Mr. Rebates. So, I clicked through their website and completed my purchase on Hotwire.
I received my confirmation email from Hotwire within 30 minutes, and I thought everything was all set. I just had to wait for my rebate to come through. But after a reasonable amount of time had passed, I still hadn't seen my rebate. So, I decided to contact Mr. Rebates to see what was going on.
To my surprise, they responded right away and filed a claim with Hotwire on my behalf. A few days later, I received an email from Mr. Rebates saying that my claim had been denied because Hotwire needed an order ID to process it. I had never received an order ID, so I was at a loss for what to do next.
Dealing with Hotwire's customer service was frustrating, to say the least. Every representative I spoke with claimed they didn't know anything about Mr. Rebates. But Abigail from Mr. Rebates didn't give up on me. She sent me a follow-up email with more information about the order ID and even went out of her way to talk to a supervisor at Hotwire on my behalf.
I was pleasantly surprised by Abigail's dedication to helping me. She could have easily left me to deal with Hotwire on my own, but she didn't. I even cc'd Mr. Rebates on all of my emails with Hotwire, and they continued to offer support and guidance throughout the process.
In the end, Abigail and the team at Mr. Rebates were able to secure a courtesy credit for me due to all of the trouble I had gone through. I was impressed by their genuine customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to help me.
I know that some customers have complained about not receiving their rebates from Mr. Rebates, but my experience showed me that sometimes it can be the merchants' fault. They may intentionally dock Mr. Rebates' commission, which in turn takes away our rebates. But I can say with confidence that Mr. Rebates did everything in their power to help me, and I appreciate their efforts.
Fraudulent Tactics and Terrible Customer Service: My Experience with Mr. Rebates
I recently had an experience with Mr. Rebates (mrrebates.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I had won a voucher for $100 to use on the Hotwire website, which I had never used before. Excited to take advantage of the voucher, I made two reservations and followed all the steps on the website to apply the voucher to my bookings. However, after entering my credit card details, the voucher was not applied and I was charged the full amount.
Naturally, I called the company to try and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was the worst I have ever experienced. I was made to wait on hold for almost an hour, only to be told that there was nothing they could do to help me. Despite the mistake being on their end (due to a website error), they offered no solutions and the supervisor, Tom, seemed completely indifferent to my situation.
It became clear to me that the website uses fraudulent tactics, such as offering vouchers to entice customers to book, only to charge the full amount without applying the voucher. What's worse is that they don't seem to care about their customers at all. As someone who works in customer service myself, I found this to be extremely disappointing. They offered no compensation or solutions to rectify their mistake.
I strongly advise against using this website for any bookings. If you encounter any issues or need to make even the slightest amendment to your booking, they will not help you and you will lose your money. There are countless other websites out there that offer much better service. While I understand that my experience was with a voucher, it's the fact that they use these tactics to lure customers in and then deceive them that is truly disappointing.
Earn Cash Back with Mr. Rebates: A Legit and Easy-to-Use Website for Smart Shoppers
Mr. Rebates is a totally legit website that I have been using since 2010. It's super easy to use and I have never had any issues with it. The key is to make sure you log in to Mr. Rebates before you start shopping, not the other way around. This way, you can be sure that your rebate is valid. I have earned over $4300 since I started using Mr. Rebates, and I have never done anything different than what I was doing before. All I do is log in to Mr. Rebates first, and then search for the store I want to shop at. For example, if I want to shop at Marriott, I just type it in the search bar and voila! I get an extra 3% rebate. Right now, Gap is at 6%, and some stores are even offering 10% or 15% rebates. It costs nothing to join, and all it takes is a few extra keystrokes to log in to Mr. Rebates each time you shop.
Once my rebates total over $100-$200, I ask for a check to be mailed to me. It usually arrives within a week after the end of the month I request it. I just asked for my December check for $143.00, and it will be sent the first week following the end of this month. You can also get paid by PayPal or other ways, but I prefer to get a check so I can actually see and touch it. It's always exciting to see the Mr. Rebates logo on the envelope after a long day at work!
If someone says they are missing a rebate and not to use the app, it's probably because they didn't follow the directions. You have to log in to Mr. Rebates and go to the shopping website through Mr. Rebates, otherwise you risk not getting your rebate recorded. Also, when you open multiple windows of the same store, make sure you are on the Mr. Rebates window when you check out, or it may not pick up your rebate. It's simple, and you can't blame Mr. Rebates for your errors.
Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Rebates. It's a site that a friend told me about years ago, and I have been using it ever since. I don't bother with any other rebate sites because Mr. Rebates is awesome! I never get spammed or bombarded with emails, except to let me know that I have money waiting for me. This should say it all: Lifetime Balance Mr. Rebates' Member Since 3/15/2010 Cash Back Earned:$4,328.38 Cash Back Rebates: 870 Referral Cash Back:$73.40 # of Referral Rebates: 127. Good rebates to you!

Mr. Rebates Review: A Total Scam, Stick with Ebates for Hassle-Free Cash Back
Mr. Rebates ain't worth it, man. They say they give you cash back, but it's always a hassle. You gotta file a claim every time and even then, they deny it most of the time. It's a total scam, if you ask me. You're better off using Ebates. Sure, the rates might be a bit lower, but at least you know you're gonna get your cash back without having to jump through hoops. Don't waste your time with Mr. Rebates, trust me.
Mr. Rebates Review: Frustrating Cash Back Tracking and High Minimum Cashout
So, I've been using Mr. Rebates for a while now and I gotta say, it's not the best cash back website out there. I've tried a few others like Befrugal and Rebatesme, but this one just doesn't cut it. One of the biggest issues I've had with Mr. Rebates is that it seems to miss or purposely not track some of my purchases. It's super frustrating when you're trying to save some money and you don't get the cash back you were expecting.
Another thing that bothers me is the $10 minimum cashout. I mean, come on, that's kind of high. I understand that they need to make money too, but it just seems like a lot compared to some other cash back websites.
Overall, I don't think I'll be using Mr. Rebates again. It's just not worth the hassle and frustration. I'll stick to some of the other websites that I've had better luck with.
Disappointing Experience with Mr. Rebates: No Cashback Received
My buddy told me about this website called Mr. Rebates. He said he made some good cash using it, so I decided to give it a try. I used it four times, once for buying plane tickets and three times for booking hotels. The bookings went through just fine, but I never got any money back in my account. I was pretty bummed out about it, to be honest. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. It was a total waste of my time.

Disappointing Experience with Mr. Rebates: Missing Rebates and Unhelpful Customer Service
Mr. Rebates used to be a great website for getting cash back on purchases, but lately I've been having some issues. I've noticed that a lot of my rebates are missing - over 70% of them, in fact. It's frustrating because you can't file a claim for missing rebates until 30 days after the purchase, and by then it's easy to forget about it. And if you do remember after 3 months, they'll just refuse to give you the rebate back.
I tried contacting customer service about this issue, but they weren't very helpful. They told me that it was my fault because I had Ad-block installed on my browser, which is a total lie. I'm a software engineer myself, so I know what I'm talking about. I've never had any problems with ebates, which is another cash back website that I use.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Mr. Rebates. It used to be a great way to save money, but now it seems like they're just trying to scam people out of their rebates. I wouldn't recommend using this website anymore.
Trouble with Mr. Rebates for HSN Purchases: Frustrating Experience with Cash Back
I gotta say, I had a pretty rough time with Mr. Rebates when I was trying to get some cash back for my HSN purchases. Me and my daughter both tried to use it, but we just couldn't seem to get our rebates. Mr. Rebates kept telling us that we were doing something wrong, or that it was our computer's fault. But that just doesn't make sense, you know? We use the same computers to buy stuff from other online stores, and we always get our rebates from them. So why would it be any different with HSN?
Honestly, I think it's gotta be something with the HSN site. It's the only one that we've had trouble with, and it just seems like too much of a coincidence. I mean, I'm not a computer expert or anything, but it just doesn't add up. And it's really frustrating, because I was really counting on that rebate money. I don't know if I'll use Mr. Rebates again in the future, but I definitely won't be using it for HSN purchases.
Disappointing Experience with Mr. Rebates: Missing Rebates and Poor Customer Service
I been using Mr. Rebates for a while now and I gotta say, I'm not too happy with my experience. I made three orders on Plant Therapy through them since May 2018 and the rebates are missing. I mean, what's the point of using a rebate site if you don't get the rebates, right? When I reached out to them about it, they said it was my computer's fault. But here's the thing, I got rebates from Amazon and iherb during the same time period and I used the same computer for all of them. So, it can't be my computer's fault, can it?
To make matters worse, their customer system is just plain poor. You can't enter an invoice number that's over three months old or less than three months old. I mean, what kind of system is that? It's just frustrating. And when I emailed them about it, they just gave me some bureaucratic answer that didn't really help me at all.
Overall, I'm just not impressed with Mr. Rebates. I'll probably be looking for another rebate site to use in the future.
Disappointed with MrRebates: Overly Sensitive Restrictions and Browser Compatibility Issues
I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with MrRebates. I've been using it for a while now, but I haven't received a single rebate for my purchases. It's frustrating because I thought I was doing everything right, but apparently, there are some overly sensitive restrictions that I wasn't aware of.
First of all, you can't have any other windows open except for MrRebates.com. I mean, come on, who doesn't have multiple tabs open when they're shopping online? It's just not practical to have to close everything else just to get a rebate.
And then there's the issue of signing into your store account. Apparently, you can't load your cart and then sign out of your store account and expect to get a rebate. No, ALL shopping activities have to be done via MrRebates, from signing into your store account to loading your cart to checking out. It's a lot of extra steps that I don't think should be necessary.
But the biggest issue for me is that MrRebates doesn't seem to work with Firefox, Chrome, or Edge on Windows 10. I've tried it on three different laptops, all running Windows 10, and MrRebates failed on all of them. And I tried using all three search engines, but still no luck. It's frustrating because I don't want to have to switch to a different browser just to get a rebate.
Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with MrRebates. I was hoping to save some money on my online purchases, but it seems like the restrictions are just too much to deal with. I'll probably be looking for a different rebate program to use in the future.
Mr. Rebates Review: Higher Cashback, Longer Wait Time
This website, Mr. Rebates, is a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, they offer a higher cashback percentage than some of their competitors, like Ebates. However, on the other hand, it can take quite a while for your cashback to become available. In fact, I've had funds from orders placed back in November that still haven't become available as of February. That's a pretty long wait, if you ask me.
To make matters worse, even once your cashback is posted to your account, it can take another three months for those funds to become available for you to actually use. That means if you're looking to receive a large lump sum check, you might have to wait until the end of March to get back money from orders placed in November. That's a pretty long time to wait for your money.
All that being said, I do appreciate the higher cashback percentage that Mr. Rebates offers. It's definitely tempting to use them over some of their competitors, especially if you're making a larger purchase. However, you'll have to weigh that against the long wait time for your cashback to become available.
Overall, I think Mr. Rebates is a decent option if you're willing to be patient and wait for your cashback to become available. Just be prepared to wait a while, and don't expect to see your money right away.
Disappointing Cashback Experience with Mr. Rebates: Review
So, I recently made an order from Lenovo on 11/20/2022, and I was supposed to get a cashback of 112.40 dollars from Mr. Rebates. However, after 8 days, I was shocked to see that the website recorded my cashback as 0 dollars. I mean, seriously? I had entered the correct order number, and it was still being tracked by them. I was really disappointed with this experience.
To make matters worse, I had also placed similar orders with other competitors like TopCashBack, Befrugal, and Racuten around the same time, and all three of them had posted my cashback within 48 hours of placing my Lenovo order. So, I was really frustrated with Mr. Rebates.
But, as luck would have it, after 24 hours of posting my review, my missing cashback of 112.40 dollars was finally posted to my Mr. Rebates account. I was relieved that nothing was lost, but it was still a hassle to go through all of this.
Overall, I would say that Mr. Rebates is a decent cashback website, but they need to work on their tracking system and customer service. It's not fair to customers who are expecting to receive their cashback, only to find out that it's not being recorded properly. I hope they can improve in the future.
Disappointed with Mrrebates: Website Tracking Issues and Lost Cashback Rewards
I've been using Mrrebates for a long time now, and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with the service lately. For the past few months, I've been having trouble with the website tracking my orders and giving me my cashback rewards, especially for those big orders that I make. It's been a real hassle, and I'm not happy about it.
I've tried contacting customer service about it, and they told me that they would file inquiries with the companies and that the claim process could take up to 90 days. That's a long time to wait, and honestly, I don't have much hope that I'll ever see that cashback. I've already lost almost $50 in rewards for just three big orders from Avene, theory outlet, and Vince. That's a lot of money to miss out on, and it's really put a damper on my shopping experience.
I think I'm going to have to switch to Rakuten for my online shopping needs. I've heard good things about them, and I can't afford to keep missing out on these cashback rewards. It's a shame, really, because I've been a loyal Mrrebates user for so long. But if they can't get their act together and fix these issues, then I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.
Overall, I'd say that Mrrebates is a decent service, but they really need to step up their game if they want to keep customers like me. The website needs to be more reliable, and the customer service needs to be more responsive. Until then, I'll be shopping elsewhere.
About Mr. Rebates
The way Mr. Rebates works is simple. Users sign up for a free account and then browse through the website's list of partner stores. These partner stores include some of the biggest names in online shopping, such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target, as well as smaller, niche retailers.
When a user clicks on a link to one of these partner stores through the Mr. Rebates website, they are redirected to the store's website. If they make a purchase, Mr. Rebates will track the purchase and credit the user's account with a percentage of the purchase price as cashback.
The amount of cashback a user can earn varies depending on the store and the product they purchase. Some stores offer as much as 10% cashback, while others offer a flat rate of a few dollars per purchase.
One of the things that sets Mr. Rebates apart from other cashback websites is its low payout threshold. Users can request a payout once they have earned just $10 in cashback, which is significantly lower than many other cashback websites.
Another great feature of Mr. Rebates is its referral program. Users can earn additional cashback by referring their friends and family to the website. When someone signs up for a new account through a referral link, both the referrer and the new user receive a bonus.
