No estoy seguro si es una buena idea. Mercado Libre es pésimo en todos los aspectos. Están súper desorganizados en cuanto al servicio al cliente. No protegen el dinero del cliente. Cierran casos cuando el cliente no está satisfecho. EBay aún tiene una buena reputación. Mercado Libre es una experiencia horrible y al final es una pérdida de tiempo. La espera, los problemas, el hecho de que no haya contacto directo y al final no solucionen nada, dejando al cliente sin dinero y sin producto, no es aceptable. Por cierto, la página de servicio al cliente te lleva a más productos y promociones. Es una experiencia HORRIBLE.

La verdad es que no me ayudaron en absoluto. ¡Y ni siquiera tienen la opción de cambiar tu número! Tampoco pueden llamarte, lo cual es bastante frustrante.

Decidí contactar al chat de ayuda, pero fue una experiencia bastante decepcionante. Los mediocres simplemente cerraron la conversación después de decirme que supuestamente me enviarían un formulario para cada producto, para así poder cambiar la dirección de envío. Resulta que los indios nunca llegaron el sábado como habían prometido, y al final lo reprogramaron para entregar entre hoy lunes y mañana. Sin embargo, solo llegaron 2 de los 5 productos que había pedido. ¡Qué vergüenza!

Adjunto lo que les envié a través de su opción "Enviar mensaje", así como la respuesta que recibí, donde me informaron que tardarían 24 horas en responder. También adjunto al final el mensaje que aparece cuando seleccionas la opción "Quiero que me llamen por teléfono". Después de esperar más de 1 minuto, la comunicación falló. Mágicamente, si te tardas solo 1 minuto en seleccionar una opción, simplemente te sacan de ahí con un mensaje que dice "El asistente virtual finalizó" y debes volver a ingresar. ¡Pobres mediocres!

Además, quiero mencionar que los vendedores tampoco estuvieron preparados para entregarme mis productos a tiempo. Es una lástima.

En fin, aunque me decepcionó mucho esta experiencia, no puedo evitar pensar que quizás todo esto se deba a que son mexicanos. Pero bueno, eso lo explica todo, ¿no?

Now, this site tries to avoid having a bad reputation as a middleman, so often you'll get your money back using MercadoPago. Thank goodness I haven't been scammed, but maybe it's because I buy things that aren't "too good to be true deals" like recent iPhones or computers at 50% off or less. I would like to advise you to always have your correct address, use MercadoPago, don't buy documents or services to obtain documents, prefer "MercadoEnvios" with DHL or FedEx, and check the user's reputation or if it's a new user, see if it's their first or second sale. Then use MercadoPago with MercadoEnvios, and make an effort to communicate with them to explain how this method works for the benefit of both parties. If the user refuses, then agree to cancel the transaction. DO NOT MAKE DEPOSITS TO NEW INEXPERIENCED USERS, unless you think it's worth giving it a try. Personally, I tried that when buying an Nvidia GTX650ti and I received it pretty quickly. I would buy again, as it was a safe deal, a normal item, a new user wanting to get rid of it, and the price was fair for the time.

Bought it on the 17th of October, and waited until the 24th for a response from Mercado Libre, stating I modified the carburetor. The carburetor has a defect as the butterfly moves up and down which causes fluctuating idle.

No exchange or resolution per Mercado Libre! lose of $480 Pesos.

In conclusion, never buy auto parts from the aforementioned or Mercado Libre!
