Mercado Livre is a total scam! I bought a product costin' more than 900 reais. It was never shipped and the vendor refuses to give me my money back! This is a criminal fraud. Mercado Livre participates in this crime by publishin' the vendor information and assistin' in takin' the money, then does nothin' to help!

I sold a phone on this website, shipped it out, and the buyer claims they received a bar of soap! The website supports the buyers, but doesn't protect the sellers from those who deceive others to take their money! The buyer gets away with a new phone, and the website even refunds their money! I won't ever attempt to sell anything here again. I've already filed a police report, hired a lawyer, and I'm beginning the legal process.
