Like, back in the day it used to be 30 TL, which was way more reasonable, but now it's kinda steep. But honestly, everything else is totally chill. I recently placed an order on Trendyol from the seller of Great Books, and I have to say, I am not impressed with the service I received. My order, which has a tracking number of *** and delivery number of ***199, has been stuck on Trendyol Express since 20.04.2023 11:51 in Ankara, and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. I contacted Trendyol Express Customer Service, and they opened a registration for me. However, when I spoke to an official from Trendyol chat, they were not helpful at all and told me to wait for 5 working days in a rude and mocking tone.

I had to wait another 5 working days for the record I complained about for my cargo, which I had already waited for 7 days, to be resolved. This means that I have to wait for a total of 14 days, 7 days plus 5 working days (which is 7 days) for the cargo that is still in Ankara. This is unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received.

It seems like Trendyol doesn't care about their customers anymore. The feelings of satisfaction and empathy have been removed, and the quality level has dropped considerably. It's a shame because Trendyol used to be a top-level e-commerce platform with excellent customer satisfaction. However, now it seems like there is no difference between being a member or not, and the elite status doesn't matter.

I will be conveying my dissatisfaction to Trendyol's management team, social media, the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and other relevant institutions and organizations. I hope that Trendyol takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

It's been 6 working days since I contacted Trendyol, and I still haven't received any updates on my order. If there will be a return situation, they are talking about 10 working days. This is unacceptable, and I hope that Trendyol takes immediate action to resolve this issue.

In conclusion, Trendyol needs to improve their customer service and take their customers' concerns seriously. I hope that they will take this feedback into consideration and make the necessary changes to improve their service.
