custom Glasswear
I ordered custom glasses from this business in the end of March for a May 15th event. I spoke with Jenn before placing the order to ensure that a May 15, 2021 was doable. She guaranteed me that she would be able to fulfil the order. The order was supposed to be shipped 4/9/2021. I received an email from her on 4/17/21 asking what was the date of my event. I responded to her with the date. She replied saying that she had not received her inventory yet but will be receiving it within a week. I then asked of she was sure she would be able to fill the order because time was winding down and if I needed to order from somewhere else I would need to do so asap. She assured me that she would have her inventory and would still be able to fill my order. I emailed several times after that. I finally received an email on 5/3/21 stating that she was still waiting for the inventory to come in. I sent several more emails after and received a response on 5/6/2021 stating that she would not be able to fill the order. I am so upset. These were supposed to be the keepsakes for the guests at my husband's surprise 75th birthday dinner. Now not only do i not have a keepsake, I have nothing for my guests to drink out of. I am beyond upset. I would never order from this company again.
I will not buy from this store
I wanted to place a big order with CheapFavorShop and was planning to buy 100 glasses from them. I had some questions regarding my future order so I decided to contact CheapFavorShop first. Unfortunately they did not reply. I left about 10 messages asking them to contact me as soon as possible but they never bothered to do that.
Then I went online and made a small research and was terrified when I saw so many negative reviews! I'm glad I didn't made my order and I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are absolutely terrible!
Unprofessional service
I have purchased several wine glasses and several jars from www.cheapfavorshop.com and when I received my order it was totally incorrect! First of all I received only wine glasses and the second thing was that shape of the glasses was incorrect. I contacted customer service and sent them pictures. They agreed they made a mistake and said that it would be too complicated to return everything and asked me to keep everything. They also offered me a discount on my next order. Well, seemed like a great deal so I agreed. That was my first experience with CheapFavorShop.
When I ordered for the second time I reminded them about the discount but they claimed the never promised me anything. I'm very disappointed with this company, their products are great, but as a company they are very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I have ordered some champagne flutes from www.cheapfavorshop.com two months ago for my wedding. My wedding came and went and I did not get anything yet! I contacted CheapFavorShop customer service many times and every time they said one and the same thing that my order was already on its way. It seems like all the replies were computer generated because all the messages looked exactly the same! Stay far away from this place!
Personalized mason jars
I ordered 72 personalized mason jars for my wedding. I paid $160 for these. I okayed my proof and everything was going fine until I received my shipment. The shipment came with three boxes inside of a big box. The second I picked it up you could hear all the broken glass and there were shards coming out of the main box. I opened the box and atleast 20 if not more of my mason jars were broken. Whoever had packed them didn't put anything inside the boxes to protect the glass NOTHING (no paper, bubbles, inserts, anything). It took me an hour to clean up all the broken glass out of the boxes and my floor. I called about this and they said they would send me 20 new mason jars and they were sorry for the inconvenience. This was on November 16th- I contacted them again December 15th because I hadn't heard anything and they said something had been missed and they would rush the new jars to me ASAP and I would have them by the end of the week. On January 6th I still had not heard anything or gotten my shipment so I emailed again. The response I got was that the person doing my order got rushed to the hospital and no one else knew about my order. This is after I was emailing two different people and calling (although you call them and wait on hold for ten minutes only to get a voicemail where no one will return your call- I called at least 5 times where this happened). The person who emailed me back apologized again and said she would get me 20 more mason jars in the mail that week. I received my mason jars yesterday (January 19th) and they sent me 18 and the personalization was about the size of a nickel and nothing like what my first ones were. I seriously think they were playing a joke on me for how messed up this was. I contacted them again and asked for my money back because I would rather just go to a different company at this point and the response I got was, if I ship them back to them (with my own money) they will refund me my $160 but that is only after I pay the $40 in shipping to send them back or they can give me back 50% of my money because that is company policy. Not once have I seen this company use any policys and I want my money back. Please, if you are thinking this company is a good deal do not do it. It is a hassle and will make your wedding favors look cheap and ugly. Please take a look at the pictures I posted to prove what they did to me.
Never received order
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS: I placed order for favors for daughters wedding. Didn't receive confirmation or shipping information. They debited my bank for sale. When didn't arrive started calling. You can never speak to a live person. Voice mail only. Left several voice mails. No response. Emailed. Took days to answer then they were rude. Told me they would ship that day or next and send shipping information. Never did. Emailed for 3 more days they never answered me back. Called bank reversed debit. Horrible customer service. Horrific business practices. I will not ever do business with them again and neither should anyone else.
Don't order from them – ‘coz no refund
I placed the order on the website www.cheapfavorshop.com. I already paid for it, but after several hours I found out that this company fooled customers. I decided to cancel my order, but these ### didn’t return my money back. I was furious and wanted to open case against them, but the rep informed me that I agreed to their terms and conditions, and it was mentioned there that no refund provided. I saw this paper for the first time. They are real scammers and ###, so please stay away from them.
I am not sure what you ordered BUT the return policy i very clear on the website. Unless you ordered things that fall under the NO RETURN POLICY then just send them back after you get them.
