bol.com Disorganized and Unreliable: My Frustrating Experience with Bol.com

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Bol.com. Back in December of 2019, I decided to order a USB cable from them. Unfortunately, it turned out that the cable was out of stock. But here's the kicker - they still took the money from my account! I was pretty frustrated, but I figured I'd just cancel the order and get my money back.

Well, that was easier said than done. It's been three whole months now, and Bol.com still hasn't returned my money. I've tried everything - calling, emailing, chatting with their Customer Service team. But every time I do, they just give me the same old line: "Oh, that's a different department. We'll check what's going on." And then...nothing. No follow-up, no updates, no nothing.

Honestly, I'm pretty fed up with Bol.com at this point. I've had enough of their disorganization and lack of communication. There are plenty of other online shops out there that are much better organized and more reliable. So I think I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

bol.com Bol.com's Exceptional Customer Service: A Review

I recently had an issue with my delivery from bol.com. Unfortunately, the delivery firm was unable to locate me at my home address and instead delivered my package to a nearby gas station without informing me. It took me quite some time to get in touch with the delivery firm and sort out the issue.

However, I decided to reach out to bol.com to express my frustration with the situation. To my surprise, they were incredibly understanding and apologetic, even though the issue was not entirely their fault. They quickly offered me a significant discount on my next purchase, which I greatly appreciated.

bol.com Bol.com: Untrustworthy Website with Terrible Customer Service (CASE: *******)

Bol.com is not a trustworthy website. I made a payment for my order, but after two weeks, they claimed that I didn't pay anything. I was shocked and frustrated. I sent them a screenshot of my bank account and an official bank statement to prove that I had paid, but they still refused to accept it. They even threatened me with a collection agency, which made me feel even more stressed.

I don't want to pay twice for the same order, and I won't let them scam me. I have decided to take legal action against them and go to court. I will also make a YouTube video to warn others about their dishonest practices. It's not fair that they can get away with treating their customers like this.

Their customer service is terrible. They always say that they will contact me as soon as possible, but they never do. It's frustrating to deal with them, and I feel like they don't care about their customers at all. They are dirty scammers who only care about making money.

I hope that others will read this review and think twice before ordering from Bol.com. Don't trust them with your money, or you might end up in the same situation as me. (CASE: ***)

bol.com Bol.com: A Company That Avoids Honesty and Prosecution

I have had a couple of experiences with bol.com and unfortunately, they were not positive. I ordered some shoewares twice and both times, I did not receive them. I tried to contact bol.com several times through their chat service, but it seemed to be automated and did not provide me with any real solutions. It felt like they were trying to convince me to drop my complaints.

After some frustration, I decided to use some key words like "scam", "swindler", "legal", and "prosecution" in my messages. Only then did I receive responses from real people. It seems like their whole strategy is to avoid being honest and to avoid being prosecuted. It's really disappointing to see a company act this way.

When I read some of the reviews here, it seems obvious that they were written by bol.com staff. This is really concerning and makes me wonder how many other reviews are fake. In my opinion, this company should be closed down by law. It's not fair to consumers to be treated this way.

bol.com Bol.com Review: Frustrating Experience with Management Fraud and Lost Investment

I recently had an experience with bol.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. As a part-time worker, I was tasked with promoting the brand by selling 50 retail items per day. However, I kept receiving messages asking me to verify my account due to management fraud. I complied with this request once, paying $100 to do so. But then, just a few days later, I was asked to pay $575 to cover taxes in my account. I knew this was not right, as taxes are only paid when you withdraw money, not when you have it in your account.

Despite my refusal to pay this amount, my account was closed on July 7th, 2022, and over $3000 of my investment was lost. I have been unable to access my account since then, and all attempts to contact the managers, helpline, and support staff have been met with silence. I am left wondering how I will ever get my investment back.

Overall, my experience with bol.com has been extremely negative. The repeated requests to verify my account, coupled with the demand for an unreasonable amount of money, made me feel like I was being scammed. And now, with my account closed and my investment lost, I am left feeling helpless and frustrated. I would not recommend bol.com to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy platform for their investments.

bol.com Poor Customer Service and Delivery: My Experience with Bol.com

So, I had a pretty bad experience with Bol.com. I ordered a product and was supposed to receive it in just two days, but it's been three whole weeks now and I still haven't gotten it. I was pretty upset about this, so I decided to contact their customer care team to see if I could cancel my order. Unfortunately, I had to contact them twice because the first time they were pretty rude to me and said they couldn't cancel my order for some reason.

The second time I contacted them, they were still pretty rude and said they couldn't cancel my order again. I don't understand why they couldn't just cancel it for me - I mean, I bought it from Bol.com, not from some other seller. It's their responsibility to make sure I get my product, and if I want to cancel my order, they should be able to do that without having to check with the seller first.

Honestly, it's really frustrating when you're not given the value you deserve as a customer. I mean, I spent my hard-earned money on this product, and I expect to get it in a timely manner. But instead, I've been waiting for weeks and getting nowhere with Bol.com's customer care team.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend Bol.com to anyone based on my experience. If you're looking for a reliable online retailer, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

bol.com Frustrating experience with bol.com - Order not processed despite payment

I had a bit of a frustrating experience with bol.com recently. I ordered an HTC One Mini and my account showed that the order had gone through. However, I was later informed that due to a computer glitch, my order had not actually been processed. Despite this, they had already taken the money out of my bank account. I was told that my money would be returned within 14 days, but I had already spent 15 euros on the phone.

I couldn't help but wonder why they couldn't just send me the phone since they already had my money and knew what I had ordered. It seemed like a simple solution, but apparently it was too much to ask for from this company.

Overall, I was pretty disappointed with my experience and I don't think I'll be using bol.com again in the future. If you're looking for a headache-free shopping experience, I would recommend staying far away from this place.

bol.com Bol.com's Subscription Scam: A Frustrating Experience with Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with bol.com that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order for a pair of shoes on January 14th, but ended up cancelling them shortly after. To my surprise, I noticed that a "Subscription" had been added to my cart, even though I had never intended to order one. As a first-time customer who doesn't speak Dutch, I had to use a translation tool to navigate the website and figure out what was going on.

I tried to cancel the subscription myself through the website, but couldn't find a way to do so. When I contacted bol.com's agents via Facebook, they claimed that the subscription had already been cancelled several times before the 30-day mark. However, I soon discovered that I was still being charged for the subscription, even though I had cancelled it on the same day that I ordered it. I couldn't understand how they could bill me for something that had been cancelled.

I continued to contact bol.com through email and Facebook chat, but they kept insisting that the problem had been resolved. However, I kept receiving bills for the subscription, including late fees for a subscription that I had never wanted in the first place. They even threatened to send me to collections if I didn't pay up. I had all the chat logs and emails to prove that I had tried to cancel the subscription from day one, but they refused to wipe the amount from my account.

In the end, I had to file a fraud charge against bol.com, which was accepted. I plan to pursue this matter to the fullest extent, as I have now paid for something that I never ordered. Needless to say, I will never be purchasing from bol.com again. While they did admit that it was a mistake and promised to refund me, they later reneged on that promise. It's a shame that such a large company can't seem to get their act together when it comes to customer service.

bol.com Unable to proceed with payment - no assistance

I personally live in Canada and my partner is in the Netherlands, for the past couple of months I've been using bol.com in order to send him gifts from the Netherlands to him. At first I was paying with my first Mastercard Credit Card and everything was working well, after approximately one month and a half I had an error message on the website saying that my credit card was marked as "fraudulent" when this is not the case, it is simply a Canadian Credit Card and I assume they marked it as fraudulent because the currency is CAD and that I pay an exchange rate when purchasing in Euro on Bol.com. Then I started buying Bol.com gift cards through Paypal on outsourcing websites which were working, I sometimes had error message when trying to enter them but nothing else, however, eventually, I had a Gift Card that had maybe 2-3 Euro left on it, nothing much, but I was unable to use it anymore and it said on Bol that there was nothing left in it, which I had calculated and there would be a couple of Euros left. After this, fast forward to the past two months, I've been using a Prepaid Koho MasterCard to make my purchases on Bol, I didn't have any issues with the payments, but I had issues with late deliveries. I have attempted to contact customer service, being from Canada I can't call, I can only reach via chat, I waited a total of 6h with the page open (from 7 am EST to 1 pm EST) and never had any agent answering, it was just loading the whole time on the "start live chat" even though it says on the page in Dutch "we're available day and night". Now fast forward to the past two days, I was planning on getting a gift for our anniversary on Bol. Nothing much, just about 29 Euro. I login, enter my regular information as I usually do, confirm my credit card and I get an error message saying that due to technical difficulties they are unable to process my Payment and to use a different payment method. The message also states the technical issue is with my own credit card company, I contacted them, everything is fine on their end, they didn't even receive a request from Bol to pass a payment, then I tried my credit card on another website for a different purchase, no issue whatsoever. In the message it also says to try again later, so I tried at different hours and nothing. At this point I tried to contact customer service, again it loaded for hours, never got a response. I then attempted the other credit card, then I got the message from before again that this credit card is not accepted on the website. So I told myself, fine, I'll go back to the old route, went on an outsourced websites and purchased a new Bol. I spent 26 Euro for a 20 Euro gift card. I get on the website, attempt to enter the gift card, it tells me that there's a technical error that I can't enter a gift card at this time and to use a different method of payment or to try again later. After another 7h of the page loading for customer service I went to bed that night. I reattempted today to make the purchase with the credit card and to add the gift card, same messages. I started attempting this at 9 am EST and we are now at 12:27 am the next day and I still have the same error message. The customer service loading page has been opened since 11:30 am EST and I still do not have any answer or anyone picking up the line. There's no message on my account, no warning, I have no email, I thought maybe there has been suspicious activity, but nothing.

Desired outcome: Better customer service and if they can't fix my payments, I want compensation for the gift card I purchased and can't have refunded as I can't use it on their website for no reason.

bol.com Beware of Bol.com: Poor Customer Service and Fake Products

Bol.com is not a good place to buy from. I had to order twice from them and both times, I had problems. The first time, they sent me the wrong item and they never replaced it. I was really disappointed because I needed that item for a project I was working on. The second time, they sent me a fake item instead of the 160? item I ordered. I was really angry because I had spent a lot of money on that item and it was not even real. I would not recommend buying from Bol.com because they do not seem to care about their customers.

bol.com Disappointed with Bol.com's Response to Generic Mask Scam

I recently made a purchase on bol.com for some 3M mouth masks. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that I had been sent some generic off-brand masks instead. To make matters worse, some of my friends had also ordered from the same seller and had experienced the exact same issue.

I decided to reach out to bol.com to complain about the situation, but unfortunately, the responses I received were quite generic and didn't really address my concerns. I was also disappointed to find that there didn't seem to be any way to dispute these types of scams on their website.
