Caught Cash Savers 10% scam..👍
After an EXTENSIVE EXAMINATION AND BREAKDOWN OF MY RECEIPT I was able to FIND THE SCAM for the 10% (@the register) add-on. After CAREFULLY adding and regarding I realized this: EACH ITEM, WHEN RAN UP WILL AUTOMATICALLY ADD TAX AND THE 10% EXTRA PER ITEM. THEN AT THE END OF THE TRANSACTION THEY WILL ADD ANOTHER 10% ON THE TOTAL(WHICH INCLUDES THE TAX) SO, BASICALLY YOU'RE CHARGED AN EXTRA 20% AT CHECK INCLUDING ADDING YOUR TAXES IN THAT 20% ADD ON. I AM FLOORED. I WILL NEVER GIVE CASH SAVERS OR THEIR SUBSIDIARIES ANOTHER PENNY OF MY MONEY. They are thieves and scammers. Do the math, check it out yourself. I WOUL RATE IT A -100 IF I COULD.
Recommendation: Do not ,I repeat, do not shop @ this store. !!!!

Employee
Every time I shop at the Hendersonville Tn. Location manager Angela is always in a foul mood and has corrected employees loudly in the main store in front of anyone who is shopping. These employees may need correcting, but the way its being done and in front of any shoppers is unprofessional as a manager. This is not the 1st complaint that I have made, I also advised the store manager before but obviously the issue hasn't been resolved. This latest embarrassing situation (yes it was even for me as a shopper) happened 2/25/23. Where she raised her voice asking a employee if "they read their handbook and to take out their earbuds"The other shoppers in the area also echoed displeasure in the way she was being. Continued behavior will keep my family from returning to that store.
Desired outcome: Treat people with respect, if issues need to be addressed, do so in a private setting away from customers and other employees.

I purchased some meat today and it is absolutely wretched smelling. We tried to cook it and it's stinking up our whole kitchen I am disappointed and would like a refund. I live 30 min away or I would drive there and take them back but I don't have the gas for that. I just want this issue resolved and I would hope this never happens again. I frequent that store and won't be coming back if this happens again.
Employee being a bully
Hi I'm currently 8 months pregnant and in Muskogee Oklahoma I was just sitting at the cash savers on 32nd street Muskogee Oklahoma and an employee by the name of Richard he is short white where's glasses had told another customer I was asking for money when omg how is me being on the phone asking for money what the heck I'm homeless and pregnant and Richard is always bullying us thinking he is better then us and he is not he L hates working always says it's time to go home he looks the doors 10 mins til 10pm which is closing he is rude hateful and a huge bully something needs done about him the black lady almost gobin my face and If he thinks just cuz I'm pregnant I won't fight a witch bully he is dead wrong... Strong armed robbery by supervisor
Hey my name is Artero Robertson. I walked to shopping center to get drinks and supplies. I had a create in my hand I found in front on street mile from shopping center . Bought drink and took a seat for few minutes. Supervisor walks out come in front of check cashed store and demanded I give him the crate I found n aggressive manner. I feel robbed. I was there at about 8 am , March 6th,( I am a coworker), I was using a coupon and it wouldn't work (I knew it was legit after 16 years in co.) She got pissed off and told coworker to do other things to make it work and to get me out of the store and then preceded to say we work tomorrow and it will not be like this, Disrespectful , now I know how her customer s feel.

out of date products
I purchased some item on 6/18/2017 from my local store only to return home and cook it days later. When the product didn't turn out right I looked at the date and it was dated 9/15/16. When I attempted to return the item the manager refused because I didn't have a receipt. I asked whom has a receipt for grocery purchases. She refused to look at the camera to see the purchase and she refused to return my money. I contacted the owner of the store David Lott at [protected] and explained the situation and to seek a resolution and he gathered all of the information but never return my call. This is the second time this has happened to me and I'm concerned about the quality of the food. I would like a total refund for my purchases.
