Allstate Motor Club review: Allstate roadside service

After being a customer since 1993 my wife was left stranded on a two lane highway in 100 degree weather and was told that since it is a holiday everyone is closed so you will have to wait until tomorrow to get service. She explained she was in the road way since she can't get off the road since there are no shoulders, only ditches on the sides. They told her it is her responsibility to get off the road. She got help and pushed the van for over a mile to find a place to get off the road. So much for their 24/7 365 day service! Fortunately my sister was with her and called her aaa and they came out and towed them out of a dangerous situation! I tried to call and cancel my membership and was told I would have to call back tomorrow since it is a holiday! Aaa here I come!
