In response to the still anonymous complainer, we will continue to stand on our twenty year record. We have never seen any bills for money lost by this person or company.

Anybody can say anything on the internet. We welcome proof from the complainer, but we believe that this proof will never surface. Both of the complaints were made by the same person who offers no way for us to contact them directly. Please, just call us.

Our comprehensive owner’s manual and warranty book is over 50 pages and it thoroughly explains our carts and warranty. It comes standard with each cart. It details how to easily get assistance with any cart problem someone might encounter. Basically, just call us and WE WILL take care of you. We’ve been in business for twenty years, and never an anonymous complaint. What does that tell you?

As anyone can see, on the front of our website, our name reads DreamMaker Hot Dog Carts, formerly American Dream Hot Dog Carts. We are definitely NOT hiding a name change. It is plainly out in the open and the entire industry is aware of it.

Isn't it strange that Mr. Anonymous never asks for money or help to repair his cart? He just wants to complain about something that may have never even happened…

"Ben Dog" the poster of this complaint...you are a faacken idioot, either it is you Ben from Ben Hot dogs or some puuussy trying to paste this (perhaps bogus) complaint on Ben himself either way, who ever you are, suck dog and choke on mustard, for Dream Makers are very customer oriented, courteous and polite.

Kudos to you people at DreamMakers, your site is awesome and your products are of fine quality and very sturdy.

There is some great news regarding auction item fraud- a nationwide company with over 1, 500 agents launches February First. They will go, in person, to verify an auction item for you to make sure it is legitimate and they will even take the item to UPS or Fed Ex to ship it to you! The company is called Wegolook.com and here is a general description of them:

WeGoLook is an online service that provides visual confirmation and a personalized report, completed by a real person, to verify a prodcut, person, place or thing. WeGoLook customers will be better informed, avoid costly surprises, plus benefit from unbiased confirmation without having to travel.

It might be helpful to you and others to utilize their services before getting scammed- especially high-end auction items.

It is, and always has been, the firm policy of DreamMaker Hot Dog Carts (formerly American Dream Hot Dog Carts) to handle any problems for our customers IMMEDIATELY upon notification. If warranty repairs need to be made in the customer's location, we will pay those invoices directly to the repair shop. Of course, we must KNOW ABOUT a problem in order to fix it. If the person writing the above complaint will contact us and not remain anonymous, we are ready to rectify the situation.
