American Fidelity Assurance Company review: Customer service/ processing time

In years past I would have given this company 10 stars. However, they have fallen short numerous times in the past year. Every time you call, you get a different answer. No one seems to know what is going on. They say 5-7 day turnaround time, but it is more like 10-12 at least. It is absolutely ridiculous. My claims adjuster is Crystal Paulson. She is very rude and unprofessional every time I speak with her. She stated that I was not allowed to switch adjusters, however, when I speak to someone else- they assure me it will be changed to someone else. Needless to say- she is still my adjuster and still rude as ever. I also have asked her supervisor, Brad to contact me, but I have yet to hear from him either. I have every policy they offer and pay them hundreds of dollars every month and have for 15 plus years. That doesn't seem to matter to American Fidelity because they would not allow employees to be disrespectful and rude to LONG TIME customers if they did. I have started to look for other companies that offer these services. Maybe they will appreciate my business and money.
