The replacement of the dryer has not been carried out after the technician indicated that it was not working.
On February 29, 2023, I requested the repair of a washer and dryer. The technician came to my house three times to repair them. I request to repair the Washing Machine the following parts: control board, level sensor, inlet valve, user interface, motor control It does not work
Request for the Dryer: Control board, thermistor, Motor. It didn't work. The technician reported the findings and spoke with a manager. American Home Shield requested a second opinion and to date NO COMPANY HAS ACCEPTED. IN TURN THEY OFFERED ME AS AN ALTERNATIVE OSSA (THE CUSTOMER GET A COMPANY THAT WILL QUOTE AND FIX UNDER THEIR CONDITIONS) AS A CUSTOMER IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO DO THAT MANAGEMENT BUT I STILL SPOKE WITH 2 COMPANIES AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY DO NOT ACCEPT THE CONDITIONS OF AMERICAN HOME SHIEL AND THEY CANNOT WORK THE DRYER PRIVATELY SINCE ANOTHER TECHNICIAN WORKED PREVIOUSLY AND WHO SHOULD SOLVE IT IS THE GUARANTEE THAT PAID.
I WAS INFORMED THAT A FIELD MANAGER IS WORKING ON THE CASE AND PASSED FOR APPROVAL BUT THEY HAVE MY CASE IN THE AIR UNSOLVED SINCE FEBRUARY 29, 2024
