American Standard Foundation Repair... On their first visit out, I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Salesman was patient and kind, not pushy. When the crew arrived to do the work, they were very polite and professional. I have inspected their wok, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do. The pice was very reasonable. We would recommend their services to others.

American Standard Foundation Repair does excellent work. They repaired the termite damage that I sustained and I am very pleased with the result. Mike and his employees are very professional. They are polite and friendly. They have the knowledge to repair any kind of foundation issues. This is the second time they have worked on my foundation and I trust them completely. 15 minutes after American Standard finished our project, we saw their water management solution in action. We got a heavy downpour and their solution piped the water away from our house and toward the street. It was a delight to not see standing water collecting around our house! Their foundation work was excellent and they were very thorough. Brandon, Zach, and the team were very polite, accommodating, and they left the work site spotless when they left. We'd highly recommend them!

Mike H. Was was very thorough and honest. After listening to our concerns regarding doors no longer able to close completely and latch, we did a walk through inside as well as outside the house. He identified potential issues that could effect the integrity of our homes foundation in the future. After his review he didn't try to sell us a service we didn't need. Instead he stated we had gutter/drainage issues and recommended a gutter company he was familiar with. I would highly reccomend this company to anyone.

Owner Michael Herring arrived as scheduled. He was polite, respectful and dressed appropriately. He presented himself in a professional manner and yet within minutes he became Mike to me. He listened to me about my problem and the history of the situation. He asked questions. Subsequent to his looking at the problem (cracked poured concrete basement wall) he advised what he could do to rectify the matter. He also shared what he would do if in the same situation knowing what he knows about concrete walls. What he could do and what he would do were two entirely different actions. I decided to leave the very small crack (crack was five feet long from sill plate down the wall and from inside to the outside) as it was without his repairing it- which is how he said he would handle the non-leaking hairline crack. Should I change my mind to actually sell the house and relocate I will have Mike make the repair if only for the peace of mind of the new owner. Mike's candor cost him monies but it certainly earned him my trust. KenG

A great experience and wonderful solutions and craftsmanship. Sept 30,2020 they finished up the 1st portion of several issues that needed to be addressed in my older home, that other companies "fixed" but was still not fixed. What a blessing to finally have a real french drain that does what it suppose to do! Its beautiful and even though I had it done previously 2xs before, this time I know it is done correct. The next project was to jack up and level the floors. Mike had told me after they were done we could "drive a truck on it " and it would be solid. He is true to his word! Brandon and his amazing crew were fantastic! Barely knew they were down stairs, except for the exceptional results we got. I am so blessed to have found Mike and his company for my old house. I have a few more projects and I know I am in good hands and will not have to keep re-doing the same issues over and over. They do it right. They make sure you are happy. They take their time with you and will answer all your questions. Love these guys! I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks guys and See you in the Spring!
