Stay was appauling , 1st room a/ c not working , 2nd room , toilet not flushing ,3 rd room upgrade garden villa continuous sound and worst in nighttime trying to sleep , recording provided agreed but engineer could not trace source without the daytime appropriate engineer, 4th room upgrade to cliff villa , whilst there no privacy as workers working at back and us being strict Muslims , we complained and still have photos in our possession , all incidents / complaints were reported and logged .As you will appreciate this completely ruined our holiday and triggered of my wife’s ulcerative colitis, ( medical history can be supplied if you require) therefore rest of the holiday at the kempinski in the city was purely in the hotel.We are regulars at the Anantara Dubai,Qatar and few others , we have taken this long to report due to mother having stroke and mother in law bed ridden and wife dealing with her own health issues .we can only demand full costs of our holiday as you will appreciate no amount is going to make up for the trauma we were put thru .[protected]@hotmail.co.uk [protected] 4 southmeads road Leicester LE22LS
