I had planned a Carnival Cruise to Alaska in August 2022. Due to health issues my medical team advised me not to go on the trip. I canceled my trip July 15, 2022. Carnival Cruise refunded their portion of my trip. I then contacted AON Travel Insurance for their portion of my claim refund. In August all the necessary paperwork was submitted. I waited until October 1, 2022. before calling. I was told by the agent they were very busy and in 30 more days I should recieve my refund. I called back on November 10, 2022. I again was told they were very busy and to give them another 30 days. I would like to get my refund claim of $1880, I feel I have been patient enough and AON needs to refund my claim! I started this process over a 100 days ago and would like AON to honor their commitment, now.
Desired outcome: I would like a claim refund of $1880 for my Alaska Cruise that I caneled.
